What if the Italian Empire had continued its conquests of Africa during World War II and eventually achieved Mussolini's dream of a New Roman Empire?

In July, 1940, Mussolini launched his attack on Egypt from the West and South. Despite his General's advice, he ordered a continuous attack day and night and within three weeks he had overwhelmed the British defenses and was his forces were in Cairo. Though his forces sufffered heavy losses, the surrounded the 36,000 British in Egypt. In the fourth week of the attack, Mussolini ordered his forces to cross the Suez canal into Asia.
