Explanation of improvements over the years: Persia has been westernizing for several years now, and our army, fleet, and economy scores have also reached 1.5, the limit of Tier 4. We are getting more and more powerful, and we have also recently launched an attack directed at Russia, along with the Ottoman Empire and China, both of them which are allies of Persia and Tier 5 countries. Also, we have developed guns and other western weapons, and our economy is also getting better through the selling of "Heaven Tickets" and trading with the Ottoman Empire.
