This report, an abstract of a more complete study to be released in January 2010, was written by Cuban General Gabriel Romero Navarro after an expedition through the southeastern part of the former United States. It lists settlements and larger political entities known to exist in that region, based on General Navarro's disoveries and other up-to-date sources.

The foreign ministers from Iberia and Andorra ministers met in the capital of the latter to discuss the future settlement and division of the Spanish region of Catalonia. Another infamous (spanglish) speech of Hugo Chavez, President of the People's Republic of Venezuela, concerning the debate about the future location of the League of Nations Headquarters.
"¿Canberra? oooo Canberra, Capital of ANZC is that a way to say: "WE, the Astrozelas, are the kings of the world!" and that "It's our world!" I don't like that idea! The Astrozelas the last pure white people, what you that do to the world? Pure white people nuked Asia and Europa and North America some years ago, pure white people was nuked black and yellow and real American people some years ago. And you know you are pure white people, any native Australian is alive today? And they was in the 80´s, we dont believe they die just for bad look! And we know who clean razely South Africa! But okay, you are not pure white people, you are just another English speaker, but, HELLO, Who you think nuked Poland? British do it! Who you think nuked Cuba? Was Gringos! Who you think I know why Sidney was nuked is for ANZUS pact, a pact between Australia New Zeland and USA to domine the world! In this new world, English speaker are free, but we not will your slave again. The Seat must be outside ANZC. WE are not slave of white english speaker. We know who nuked Vietnam and India. We don´t gid our peace house to the Bush house, Bush is not our Salvador, but is your helper. I don't like that. La base de Liga de Naciones no es ANZC! I feel that is what we, the world, say."
