The United Liberal Republic of Massachusetts (ULRM) is a nation in the remains of the United States. It controls Massachusetts, Maine, New Brunswick, Montreal, and several other portions of Canada and the USA. It is a democracy, whose President is elected every five years. Since independance, it has gone through 4 wars- The War on Maine (result, Maine completely annexed by the ULRM); The British- American war (result, Britain defeated, Canada annexed- ULRM gains New Brunswick, Montreal, and several other portions); The War on Michigan (result, Michigan annexed, NY Gets land territory, ULRM gets free passage throughout the Great Lakes as it didn't properly negotiate for territory); and is currently in the Franco- Prussian War, on the French side, Invading Britain.
