Hello! I am a new user, but I would like to start the ultimate alternate history: A world where the four river valleys you know and love never formed.

You may effectively suggest any river valley civilization you want, as long as the river is suitable for farming at least half of the year (I'm looking at you, Amur!)

Every day (12:00 AM-11:59 PM GMT-6) constitutes a "turn," the exception being the entire month of March 2016, which will be used to accept new users and define a solid history prior to about 4000 BCE (OTL.) April 1st, 2016 will be the first real turn, and every turn from 4000 BCE to 2000 BCE counts for about 100 years. After that, a turn is 50 years, until the year 1000 CE (OTL.) From there on, a turn is 10 years until 1500 CE, and after 1500 CE every turn is one year. The game will finish as soon as the in-game year is the same as our current year on Earth.

List your username, culture name, and OTL river valley name below.

I'll take the Tsangpo in Southern Tibet. A language and name for the culture will be worked out in the future.

I could go with the Rhine if this pans out. Reximus | Talk to Me! 04:58, March 18, 2016 (UTC)
