Magali P. Alexandrine Arceneau (born June 6, 1954 in Le mans), is a Southern French politician and member of the MD&V (formerly called MVP) and the current Prime Minister of Southern France, succeeding Bertrand E Renard.

She was the Vice President of the MVP Youth from 1973 to 1975, from 1978 onward, she was a member of the National Bureau of the MVP, from 1975 to 1980 she worked in the ministerial cabinets of Alice Chevalier and Jean Aucoin and from 1988 to 1993 she was the President of the MVP. She also was Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Budget from September 1993 to July 1999. After her party's defeat in the 1999 Southern French general election, she became a member of the Chamber of Representatives. In 2004, she was designated Minister of State.

On July 12, 2007, Magali Arceneau was elected as the President of the Chamber of Representatives.

Her younger sister, Sonia Pili Arceneau, is also a politician and was prime minister of Eastern Spain from 1995 to 1998.
