The first Chairman of the Communist Party of America and Communist Party of the USSA. Leader of the American People's Republic (APR) from 1888 and leader of the Union of Socialist States of America (USSA) until his death in 1923.

Premier from 3 April, 1922 until his death. Held the office of Chairman from March 5, 1925 until Capone's own death in 1954. Held both offices and consolidated power making opposition to him non-existant. Known for establishing totalitarianism in the Union and creating a cult of personality around himself and Debs.

Succeeded to all of Capone's titles, but was forced to resign most of them within a month. Through the office of Premier, he was locked in a power struggle with Barry Goldwater.

Served as the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Soviet Union (from September 1953) and Chairman of the Council of Ministers from 27 March 1958 to 14 October 1964. While vacationing in Florida, Khrushchev was called by Richard Nixon to return to Washington for a special meeting to be held on 13 October 1964. There, at the most fiery session in American history, he was fired from all his posts and exiled to Nunavut.

Served as Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, was later renamed General Secretary, and was co-equal with Premier Ted Kennedy until the early 1970s. To consolidate his power he later assumed both the position of Chairman and Premier.

The day following Hall's resignation as President, the USSA was formally dissolved.
