List of Presidents of Chile in Napoleon's World. The President is both head of state and head of Government of the country. The President is responsible of the government and state administration.

Under the current Constitution, the President is elected to serve for a period of four years, with immediate re-election being prohibited. The shorter period allows for parliamentary and presidential elections to be synchronized.
