Welcome to the ATL where, after Russian revolution of 1999, the National-Bolsheviks Party came to power.
An event named as the "Russian revolution of 1999" started on 31 December when Yeltsin departured from power. From December 31 to January 5, the National-Bolsheviks Party, the Liberal Democratic Party, the Communist Party and some small parties organized riots in Moscow. On January 1-2, it was still possible to stop the revolution, but on the 3rd of January Putin ordered to use armed forces. This made rebels become more radical.
On the 4th Minister of Defence Sergeyev defected to the NBP and surrounded Limonov and his Center. This action allowed the rebels to capure the Kremlin and the White House . Rebel tanks helped to capture Putin at St. Petersburg.
From 6 January to 12 was the "Moscow plot". Putin, Shoigu, Patriarch Alexy and many other of Yeltsin's officials in the capital were sentenced to severe punishments.
The first Five-Year plan (2000-2005)
Major changes in the country
On January 6th a combined congress of the National Bolsheviks Party, the Communist Party, and the Liberal Democratic Party began. In this congress, the 1990s were strongly condemned, a new constitution was accepted, and the constitution of the Russian Federation was abolished and replaced with the Russian Soviet Empire (the communist state with the principle of autocratic power) .
The new government openly declared its expansionist policy, considering the main task to "Construct the Empire from Lisbon to Vladivostok, with Russian culture as basis" Congress also elected the new government:
- Leader of the state - Eduard Limonov (official title - the leader of the Russian people) (NBP)
- Leader of the government - Vladimir Zhirinovsky (LDP)
- Defense Minister - Igor Sergeyev (NBP)
- Foreign Minister - Oleg Malyshkin (LDP)
- Minister of Interior - Gennady Zyuganov (CP)
- Minister of Finance - Valery Rashkin (CP)
- Minister of Propaganda - Alexander Prokhanov (NBP)
- Minister of party - Aleksandr Dugin (NBP)
- Minister Morales - Patriarch of Russian Communist-Orthodox Church Kirill (NBP)
Dugin also offered to eliminate multiparty system in the country as a "relic of capitalism and democracy." This offer was accepted by the vast majority of the congress. In the country there was now only one party - the National-Bolsheviks Party. Prohanov next addressed the question of morality in the country, that was shattered by the "savagery of capitalism." He offered to make the official state religion Communist Orthodox. Education for the net generation must be on basis of this new religion. More importantly, he proposed the creation of an organization like the IRGC in Iran, the main purpose of which was protection public morals. Both proposals were accepted with one amendment: establishing the Revolutionary Guards Corp, one of divisions of which became Guards of Communism Orthodox.
It was then decided to eliminate many TV stations like NTV , which were owned by disloyal oligarchs. There were only Chanell One and Russia-1. Both channels started to promote the National Bolshevism ideas. Immediately such propaganda began as "God's chosen Russian people," and his "Special russian way."
The recognition of the new state.
It should be noted that not every country of the world recognized the revolution and the New Russia. For example, the US president said in his speech about "preventing the communist coup" and "fighting against the commie ghost." Similar thoughts were told by the leaders of European countries. Only Lukashenko upheld the Limonov's government .
In Asia, the Russian Soviet Empire was immediately recognized by Iran and North Korea. After some time, this was followed by recognition from China. This surprised many Western countries, but it was more profitable to trade with Russian Soviet Empire, than to feud with it for China.
In the Western Hemisphere, the New Russian state was recognized only by Cuba and Venezuela, and Venezuela did it only after a painful reflection.
From the former Soviet republics, the RSE was recognized only by Byelarus. The Baltic countries urged NATO to save their independence from the "Russian occupation", and hastened to join the Alliance.
But then followed a wave of recognitions from the Eastern Europe countries, where the National Bolsheviks sponsored coups/parties flourished. In Bulgaria, at the 2005 party "Attack" won elections and immediately recognized the Empire. Two years later, in the elections in Serbia, the Serbian Radical Party won with overwhelming majority. The next day, after the election, Serbia recognized the RSE and entered into an alliance with it. In the same year in Poland the party "Self-defense" won election and enter alliance with Russia. The Eastern Block expanded...
Chechen war and crimes against humanity.
The second Chechen war was in full swing by the time Limonov came to power. Federal forces were supporting Grozny. The Chechen Republic of Ichkeria's days were coming to end, but the National Bolsheviks demanded the "Final solution to the Chechen question." In February, they started an all-out offensive by sending federal troops to the positions of Chechens.
Dugin formed a special "party battalions" that were compared with the Waffen-SS in the Third Reich by the Western leaders. Indeed, the resemblance was uncanny. Nazibol soldiers tortured civilians, killed them, mocked the elderly, raped of women and girls. These actions only embittered the Chechens, forcing them to rally around the existing center (including the forces that were enemies of it).
On February 2 Grozny collapsed. After that, from February to April, federal forces cleaned out towns and villages. This process of "cleaning" caused the Western journalists to complain of human rights violations, especially by volunteer battalions.
Spring of 2000 was the turning point of the campaign. Main leaders of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria were killed. After this war became sluggish, and it lasted until 2001, until the final victory was had in April of 2000.
In December 2000, the Chechens were going to commit terrorist attacks in Moscow; blow up some subway stations and grab the Dubrovka Theater, but careful work of the Imperial Security Office (former Federal Security Service) had eliminated the militants.
Crimes against humanity in Chechnya.
In Chechnya, Limonov's government for the first time showed his savage side to the world. Volunteer battalions surpassed in brutality to everybody: every women younger than 60 were raped, Chechens which they did not like (which were the majority) were killed, and marauding was encouraged. As Dugin said, "The barbarians' property must belong to the Russians."
But the whole world remembers another savage act... Stavropol concentration camps where terrorists' relatives were kept to blackmail terrorists. In the camps, prisoners were forced to work for the russian army, killing their own fathers, and forced to sew warm clothes for russian soldiers for operations in the mountains
The international community reaction.
The world was shocked by these Russian acts on her own citizens. US President George Bush made economic sanctions on RSE: Americans were not allowed to do business in Russia or buy russian weapons/hydrocarbons. Europe could not make the same measures for the Empire, as she needed Russian goods, but the EU condemned russian policy and issued lots of warnings.
In the Sunni world, violence with religious extremism was badly received. Sunni monarchies of the Persian Gulf agreed to a coordinated defense from the Russian Soviet Empire on May 7th, 2000. Special initiative was also showed by Saudi Arabia.
But North Korea and Iran fully supported Limonov's methods, and many African countries also expressed their support for the legitimacy of Limonov's government. An alliance with these countries became stronger and stronger
Fight against the oligarchs, corruption and other Yeltsin years' legacy.
In Russia during the Yeltsin's ruling the increased corruption, oligarchs, gangsters (same things, in fact), and lawlessness. Will new govermant be able to cope with these problems? The most important Russian oligarchs - Berezovsky, Gusinsky, Abramovich and etc. reacted to the coup calmly and didn't see threat for themselves. Only Boris Abramovich had the shrewdness to start the transfer of capital abroad. And he did not have time: By the order of the Russian Leader to March 3, 2000 transfers abroad were been under the control of the party. At the same time, Limonov created Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) of the person he trusted. The Bureau received enormous powers for the fight against corruption, which it has started actively use in the spring of 2000. In prison enters 89% officials of the old Russia, and on April 12 once all-powerful ruler of Kamchatka Abramovich was arrested. He was accused of illegal privatization posed murders competitors and etc. Guskinsky was arrested for "oligarchy plot" on April 3rd.
Berezovsky undersood that he can get same situation and 13 April had fled to Switzerland. On 14 April warrant for his arrest was issued because of suspicion for ordering Listev murder . Abroad Boris Abramovich unites immigrants which don't agree with the seizure of power by Limonov.
These cruel and often illegal methods aroused sympathy among ordinary people. They were believing that the "bandits finally got what they deserved." All oligarchy property was nationalized and returned to the state. Their families losed property too. International community, which was shocked by these methods. But RSE to reduce corruption fivefold in compare with Yeltsin period for 2 years
Limonov has officially announced returning to the Soviet economic system (March 4th of 2000) with allowed small business. Gosplan was revived and made "State Reconstruction Plan" (SRP). According to it, It was given only 3 years for the revival of the industry. For this purpose "Worker Armies" have been created. In it all unemployed in Russia were included.
Shock work of these armies raised the idle factories. They built railroads and highways everywhere in Empire. Instead of hard work they received rations, a tent for the night, and other vital human things. So Limonov employ most of the unemployed, for that everybody were grateful.
Oil and gas prices began to growth up, that increased Empire income twice. The EU was forced to buy these products only from Russia, because delivery from the Arab / US cost more expensive. March 7th, 2000 new contracts were signed with Germany, France and other countries of the EU for the supply of hydrocarbons. Same agreements were signed with China and North Korea.
As soon as the National Bolshevik Party came to power, it has established control over the media. Already in March of Chanell One was knocked Berezovsky, NTV became state chanell, as all Gusinsky property were nationalized. After Boris Abramovich fleed from the country, the same was made with the Chanell One.
On TV and radio immediately went materials with brainwash people as aim. The main role was played by propaganda minister Alexksander Prokhanov, who personally made TV and radio programs, and made a blank newspapers. As you can see, it has been a tremendous amount of propaganda. In addition, it has penetrated even in private life - it started to make many household items with the symbols of the Party and its slogans. For example, it was very popular vodka "victory". For lunch Russian people have offered "Putin's Meat" - pork, roasted on an open fire.
New churchCommunist orthodox was very important in the propaganda. After the last patriarch of the Russian Orthodox Church was arested, Ortodox Church was disbanded. Cyrill created Russian Communist - Orthodox Church (RCOC), which started working in February. RCOC got all Russian Ortodox Church property - in particular, churches and icons. Patriarch Kirill also became Morale Minister - the agency that monitors the moral character builders of National Bolshevism. In fact it was the mind police with huge authority. Kirill has the ability to close any "kommyobjectionable" places and clubs. Because of "objectionable" anybody could be fires.
Ethnic Minorities and policy in relation to them.
When Limonov came to power, he declared the Russian people "God chosen" and even "Aryan", but the other ethnic livingin the Empire, were worthy only work for master. After that protests, rallies, and somewhere armed clashes began . most difficult situation was the situation in March of 2000 in Tatarstan; Some Kazan areas are out of control. According to eyewitnesses, protest leaders were ready to establish Tatar Republic.
Then Limonov understood that he needs to take redical measures. He made a statement that if Tartars would not immediately go out, he would redirect a couple of battalions of the NBP from the Chechen front to help the police in Kazan. This threat has forced many people to leave the rallies and demonstrations, and the other tried 15 March to capture the city administration, but were repulsed by the police. Already on March 16 army come to Kazan , and 16-18 March protests were dispersed.
However, realizing the danger of this policy, Limonov changed goals: "Russian - a father of the house, and the other are family. That is, the subordination to the father in the house should be, but father has no right to offend too much other nations.
International Policy of Russian Soviet Empire.
Because of the Limonov and his company's rhetoric most of countries had refused to recognize the Russian Soviet Empire. This strongly influences the policy, it was conducted only within the loyal countries, the Empire decided to expand only in 2003. In Belarus total propaganda "Unity" Russian and Belarus began. Lukashenko could not resist the Limonov's pressure and 23 April 2000 the Empire got even more military bases in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
And then something happened that nobody didn't expect from Limonov: May 1st RSE has left the UN Security Council, came out of all European organizations (OSCE, for example) and set up their own organization: Alliance of the Moscow Treaty. It includes Iran, North Korea, Venezuela and Belarus. The goal of AMT: "Opposition to NATO." In the interval from 2000 to 2010 changed the composition of AMT, and to top 3WW looks so.
- Russian Soviet Empire
- Democratic People's Democratic Republic
- Islamic Republic of Iran
- The Syrian Arab Republic
- Libyan Dzhamarhiya.
- Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela
RSE very well supported "self-defense" in Poland and "Attack" in Bulgari. As result, "Attack", got 125 seats in the National Assembly (2005 elections). It announced the creation of the Bulgarian State. Volen Sidorov became leader of Bulgarian State. In Poland and Serbia in 2007 it was established regimes loyal to Moscow.
Results of The First Five-Year
The main result of the first Five-Year was the success of the construction Nazibol state in Russia. Seeing comrades's succsess in Moscow, left-right from over the world raised their heads. Also increases radically right parties (SRP victory in Serbia).
RSE Economic has risen. This was facilitated by many factors: the growing price of oil, punitive methods of reconstruction industry, isolation of the economy.
NBP power became indestructible. Any opposition was banned, all parties entered into one - the National Bolshevik. All the newspapers, TV channels and radio stations are controlled by the government. Minister of Propaganda Prohanov skillfully brainwashed people of the country, ensuring the stability.
But the main attention get army.35% of GDP was paid for army. It started receiving samples of new weapons, old ones restored. Army began regular exercises.
After the RSE go out from the UN, it has ceased to be functional organisation. Russia and his allies ignored all resolutions of the Security Council and other organizations of the United Nations.
The second Five-Year
