Kristianstad County (Swedish: Kristianstads län) is a county in Sweden. It has an area of 8 397 square km and a population of 302 011 residents. Kristianstad is the capital of the county. The county is a constituency in the elections to the house of commoners.
The area in which Kristianstad County now is situated, belonged to Denmark until 1658, when it was conquered by Sweden.
