The Kisani Union (Punjabi: ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਸੰਘ Kisani Sagh), officially the Union of Kisani Socialist Republics (UKSN; ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਸਮਾਜੀ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਘ (ਕ. ਸ. ਕ. ਸ.) Kisani Samaji Qauman di Sagh (KSQS)) was a socialist state in northern and central India, central Asia and parts of western Asia that existed from 1922 to 1991. It was nominally a supranational union of national republics, but its government and economy were highly centralised in a state that was unitary in most respects. The Union's capital was Lahore.
