 The Kala Mahal is a mausoleum built for Shah Jahan, it is on the opposite side of the river Yamuna, overlooking its white counterpart, the Taj Mahal. The Kala Mahal is built of black marble and is in almost perfect symmetry to the Taj Mahal. The Kala Mahal is together with the Taj Mahal the most visited tourist attraction in India, and one of the most visited in the world. It is also a wonder of the world together with the Taj Mahal and is considered to be one of the most beautiful buildings in the world.
