Joseph of the Commonwealth (Toyotomi)
From Alternative History
King Joseph of the Commonwealth of British Nations was born on March 9, 1945, the eldest son of the then-Prince Frederick (later King Frederick II). Joseph is the first King of the Commonwealth to be born outside of England, specifically in Philadelphia. He ascended the throne in 1991 upon the death of his father.
In 1996, tragedy struck the Royal Family when Joseph's eldest daughter and heir Princess Mary died while visiting Tranquility City on the Moon, during the Depressurization Tragedy. First in line for the throne is therefore currently Joseph's grand-daughter, Princess Elizabeth.
Joseph is in ill-health. He has designated that his second daughter, Victoria, should act as regent if he should die before his grand-daughter comes of age.
