The Joint Asian National Conference, was the coordination and uniting body of Pan-Chinese and Asian sister parties and organizations under the aegis of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Chinese KMT, Previously there were sporadic meetings of organizations promoted or allied to the the KMT.
The Joint Asian National Conference was established during the Second Sino-Japanese War.
At its founding Conference it approved the Declaration on Asian Freedom and Cooperation. In its founding platform it declared its mission of anti-Imperialism and anti-colonialism against Europe and Japan, promoted the three principles (nationalism, democracy, and people's welfare), and solidarity of the Asian people. Also its members advocated for a "separation of the five powers" constitutions (executive, legislative, judicial, control and examination) in their respective countries.
Some of the members, the Chinese, Vietnamese and Tibetan parties, also endorsed the Three Stages of Revolution.
Its most powerful member, the KMT, provided founding and space in its propaganda sections for the other members.

- Brunei-Borneo Chinese League (BBCL)
- Indonesia Chinese Association
- Thai Chinese Association
- Civic Association for Community Improvement (Philippines)

- National Development Party of Thailand (left wing nationalist)
- Social Unity Party of Thailand
