Joan (Born 1714 Palermo- Died 1795 Naples) was the first queen (and fifth monarch) of Sicily. On October 26th 1732 she married Matthew II, King of Tuscany. They had the following children:

  • Matthew I - Her successor and King of Tuscany. Later king of Italy.
  • Mary - Duchess of Saxe-Altenburg
  • Victoria - Archqueen of Sweden
