Jacques Louis-Philippe Renaud (born December 4, 1950) is a French politician currently serving as an Assembly Officer in the General Assembly, and who served as State Minister of the French Empire from February 3, 2007 until his resignation on June 1, 2009, following an expense scandal in his Ministry. He is the son of former State Minister Patric Renaud, making them the only father-son pair to serve as State Minister. He assumed his seat in the College of Officers on January 1, 2010 under heavy criticism in the French media and from government accountability groups.
