The Municipality of Isulan (Malay: Perbandaran di Isulan, Maguindanaoan: Parbenderan sa Isulan, Filipino: Bayan ng Isulan, Chavacano: Municipio de Isulan) is a 1st class municipality in the province of Sultan Kudarat, Philippines. It is the provincial capital of Sultan Kudarat. According to the 2013 census, it has a population of 95,602 people and 67,068 registered voters.

The bulk of Isulan's population is predominantly Muslim, accounting for 82% of the municipality's population. The other 8% are Christians, mostly Roman Catholicism, Protestant, Iglesia ni Kristo, Evangelical and Jehova Witnesses with non-denominational sections.

The Maguindanaoan language is spoken by the great majority of the population, there are also speakers of Maranaoan and Iranun - those who migrated from the Lanao region. There are smaller communities of Tausūg-speaking communities. A handful of the majority of Moro Muslims can speak Malay as a second language, others Chavacano, or both. Other languages include mostly Visayan language, namely Cebuano, Waray-Waray, Hiligaynon as well as Tagalog and Kapampangan.
