Ireland (Éire), officially the Irish Monarchist Shugarhai Empire (Irish: Impireacht Shugaéadach Monarchist hÉireann), shortly known as Irish MSE (Irish: ISM Éire) or less known as Irish Empire, Shugarist Ireland, Pumpkin Ireland, or Empire of Ireland, is a Monarchist Shugarhai Empire in western Europe occupying about five-sixths of the island of Ireland. The state shares its only land border with Northern Ireland. It is otherwise surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, with the Celtic Sea to the south, Saint George's Channel to the south east, and the Irish Sea to the east. It is a Shugarist, single-party state monarchy with emperor as head of state.
Prehistoric Ireland saw the arrival of humans after 8000 BC. Gaelic Ireland had emerged by the 1st century and lasted until the early 17th century. The island was Christianised from the 5th century onward. Following the Norman invasion in the 12th century, England claimed sovereignty over Ireland. However, English rule did not extend over the whole island until the 16th–17th century Tudor conquest, which led to colonisation by settlers from Britain. In the 1690s, a system of Protestant English rule was designed to materially disadvantage the Catholic majority and Protestant dissenters, and was extended during the 18th century. With the Acts of Union in 1801, Ireland became a part of the United Kingdom.
The Irish Free State was created in 1922 as a result of the Anglo-Irish Treaty. It effectively became a republic, with an elected president, under the constitution of 1937, in which it was named "Ireland". It was officially declared a republic in 1949, but ended shortly in Pumpkin Revolution, where Shugarhai-backed Irish shugarists took over the government and was abolished on same year. Ireland was annexed by Shugarhai Union and became Irish MSE in May 1949. The state had no formal relations with Northern Ireland for most of the twentieth century, but during the 1980s and 1990s the British and Irish governments worked with the Northern Ireland parties towards a resolution to "the Troubles". Following the French reunification in 1990, Republic of Ireland was recreated by declaring Independence from Shugarhai Union and informally joined the European Union and NATO. Since the signing of the Good Friday Agreement in 1998, the Irish government and Northern Ireland executive have co-operated on a number of policy areas under the North-South Ministerial Council created by the Agreement.
Ireland ranks among the wealthiest countries in the world in terms of GDP per capita. After joining the EEC, Ireland enacted a series of liberal economic policies that resulted in rapid economic growth. The country achieved considerable prosperity from 1995 to 2007, during which it became known as the Celtic Tiger. This was halted by an unprecedented financial crisis that began in 2008, in conjunction with the concurrent global economic crash. After the collapse of European Union, Ireland became part of the new Shugarhai Union known as Irish MSE and shortly later it invades Northern Ireland during Operation Retake Britannia, but was handed over to Britain following Operation Morning Star. While United States continued to decline, Ireland had totally took over 15 million Irish migrants, marking it the only state in Shugarhai Union with most migrants taken during Great European Immigration to Shugarhai Union.
