Iosif Vissarionovich Dzugashvili was the Fifth President of Russia from 1930 to 1950. He led Russia through the Sixth War and also in the post-war recovery period. Dzugashvili was one of the founding members of the Committee of Free Nations, along with Atlantean Chancellor David Cooper and Nordic Prime Minister Fez Monten. Dzugashvili died on a state trip to Korea in 1950 and was succeeded by Kiril Ivanovich. Dzugashvili is credited as one of the "founding fathers" of the CFN's Big Three (Russia, Atlantea, Nordica).
