Indic Commonwealth, officially the Indo-Aryan Commonwealth (Sanskrit: इन्दो आर्यन छोम्मोन्वेअल्थ्), sometimes referred to as the I.C. is a sovereign state that controls the majority of the Indian subcontinent, ruling over most of the Muslims and Buddhists of Greater India. The two predecessors of the state are the Empire of India, and the Empire of Lanka.

Following centuries of political, economic and cultural success, the Empire of India was defeated in the Second Great War. With the Treaty of Constantinople, the Indian Empire became a disputed throne. With a marital tie between exiled Indian Emperor, Saddam Hussein's daughter, and the Emperor of Lanka, Dutugamunu Samir II, on August 24, 1965, Dutugamunu claimed the Indian Throne, and proclaimed the Indo-Aryan Commonwealth.
