The British Imperial Federation abbreviated to BIF, or simply known as the United Kingdom was a political, economic and federated union between the former British Empire and it colonies established in June 7, 1947 and then formally dissolved in April 1, 1991. One of the largest empire in modern history and was one of the last opposition for the communist powers. By 1965 the Imperial Federation held sway over about 700 million people, one-fifth of the world population at the time. As a result, it’s political, linguistic, and cultural legacy is widespread. A union comprised of the multiple subnational British imperial federative republics, dominions, colonies, protectorates, mandates and other territories ruled or administered by the United Kingdom, its government and economy were highly centralized.
