Previous: Communist rebels supported by U.S.S.R (CYOAH)

With Germany in chaos, the military steps in, to create a stable government. However, there are arguments over who should be in charge. People initially favor one of Hitler's Field Marshals, but after they remember how Hitler was a commanding man who didn't like the military, they figure that anyone put in charge by Hitler must be a bad idea to lead them. In the end, Heinz Guderian is put in charge. He is chosen for his excellent tactical sense, and his ability to lead through all circumstances.

Heinz Guderian, Führer of the Third Reich

The first act of Guderian, after becoming the leader of the German Reich, is to get the Reich into a total war economy. Factories begin churning out tanks, planes, and everything else the Reich needs to fight a major war. Rationing is instituted, so the military will have all the resources it needs. A new tank is designed, that is heavier than the Pz.Kpfw. IV, that can slug it out in a one-on-one match with a T-34 and come out on top. Guderian also ends the persecution of the Jewish population, as they are a valuable manpower reserve which the Reich cannot afford to lose. Under Guderian, the SS sees a severe reduction in its power, in a mirror of the Night of the Long Knives.

Naturally, Guderian does not tolerate the existence of Communist states in the German reich, and their newfound military strength is used to bring them back into the German Reich. Now that Germanies empire has been reunified, what direction will Guderian take in the war with Britain?

Send many troops to Africa, to finish England there.
