Any nations who did not vote in that time period will not be counted as a yea or nay.

  • 1 vote per country (senate)
  • 1 vote per representative, according to population (house of representatives)
  • 1 vote per council member, according to Treaty of Marseilles and others to be voted on (council)

DiscussionEdit

Free tradeEdit

I propose to have a 'free trade' as one of the laws in Global Cooperation. It's basically make trading easier within the global cooperation and make sure that trading throughout the world is fair, Australia.

United StatesEdit

French Proposal - EnactedEdit

  • The United States has no further right to expand outside of North America and the Caribbean.
  • Any American expansion in Asia, Africa, South America, or Europe will result in complete sanctions.
  • America may not get involved in European Conflicts, even if it is for the allies' side. Any such action will qualify as an act of war and will result in declarations of war against them by the allies.
