|Chief of Government||-|
The government of Germany found itself facing many problems following the Great War. It was forced to accept drastic terms of surrender that crippled its economy.
The government did manage to counter the efforts of some extremists (both on the far-left and far-right).
Form of Government
Voters directly elect the President of the Republic. He in turn names a Chancellor as head of the executive.
