George Walker Bush (July 6, 1946 - January 13, 2002) was the 43rd President of the United States, serving from January 20th, 2001 until his unexpected death on January 13, 2002. His 359 days in office was the third-shortest tenure in history and shortest tenure since the 1880's, and made him the ninth President to die in office, and the fifth of those to die of causes other than assassination. He also served as the 46th Governor of Texas from 1995 to 2000.
