George Herbert Walker Bush (born June 12, 1924) was the 41st President of the United States (1989-1997). He also served as the 43rd Vice President of the United States (1981-1989) under Ronald Reagan, a congressman, an ambassador and also as Director of Central Intelligence.
During his second term, Bush intervened in the Rwandan genocide and ended the tyrannical rule of Théodore Sindikubwabo after bombarding his residence; effectively killing him.
