William Franklin "Frank" Knox (January 1, 1874 – April 28, 1944) was an American statesman, and newspaper editor and publisher who served as the 32nd Vice-President of the United States from 1933 to 1941 under President Hiram Johnson, and later the Secretary of the Navy under President Theodore Roosevelt, Jr. during most of World War II.
