France's history is the same as OTL until circa 1600 when Ottoman Empire invaded southern France.

In 1612, troops from The Moorish Kingdoms, the Ottoman Empire, and The Sub-Caliphate of New Grenada began to cross the Pyrenees from Modern Iberia (OTL Spain). These Muslim troops soon took most of southern France and with new naval landings at Marseille and the Rhone River, France was in a state of chaos. These lands which were the only lands not harmed by Britain 15 years earlier and the entire country was in ruin.Unfortunately, the West Europa Alliance was formed but failed to liberate these captured areas, which lead to a desperate peace talk.
