The British Army is committed to a bilateral annual Exercise program with the Indian Army. In 2010 Bravo Company, 4 Rifles exercised in India. Exercise Ajeya Warrior is the reciprocal element of this program` for Anglo Indian forces to observe and mentor each other in different approaches to modern day soldiering tactics. This year the exercise was held on Salisbury Plain, in which 20 Armored Brigade exercised with a Company from the Indian 3rd Bihar Indian Army contingent. The final strike operation which was held on the 19th of August 2011, was for the 3rd Bihar Indian Army Contingent to show what they had learnt from British mentoring teams.NOTE TO DESKS:
