Treaty of Washington of 1873 (Balkanization of North America)

The Treaty of Washington was signed by the Yankees and Confederates on February 13, 1873, ending The First

Confederate-Yankee War. The Treaty said that:

1. Texas would hold a referendum.The options would be to rejoin a nation or start a new one.
2. All borders would remain the same.
