Treaty of Richmond of 1883 (Balkanization of North America)

The Treaty of Richmond was a treaty signed between Texas and the CSA in Richmond, ending the Confederate-Texan War. The Treaty stated

1. Texas gained Sequoyah, and a very small sliver of Louisiana
2. Texas and the CSA, both now respecting each other, sign a pact to defend each other if the US invades
3. All people in Texas' newly acquired areas are given Texan citizenship (except Africans)

Texas gained quite a bit of land after the peace treaty.
