High Consul Marcus Rubius
Marcus Antonius Rubius (b. 1971) was elected High Consul of the Roman Federation in 2011. He is a member of the Libertarian party, which promotes free immigration throughout the Federation, decreased federal involvement, and decreased taxes on corporations. Before being elected High Consul, Rubius served as Governor of Iberia. His predecessor as High Consul was Rudius Giulianius.
