The Greater Azores Islands, more commonly known as Greater Azores, are an archipelago of 24 major islands in the Northern Atlantic Ocean, the largest archipelago in the Northern Atlantic. The islands have three sovereign nations, Kania, Atlantica and Hyèresia, as well as two overseas departments, the Portuguese Azores (Portugal) and Trois-Îles (France).
