The Treaty of Trier was a treaty that ended the Franco-Austrian War.

  • The Archbishopic-Elector of Trier shall be released from France as an independent nation within the Holy Roman Empire, with the rights of the Treverite Archbishop restored.
  • The lands of Zweibrücken and Julich shall be released from France as vassals of the Archbishop of Trier.
  • The nation of Verdun shall be released from France vassalage and annexed by the Duchy of Luxembourg.
  • The nation of Aargau shall be released from French vassalage and established as a vassal of the Archduchy of Austria.
  • France will recognize all Austrian claims to the Imperial Sea, and shall relinquish control over Vultsburg (Trinidad and Tobago). France will make no attempts to colonize Vultsburg or any other claimed Austrian areas (this includes Grenada, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, the Grenadines, and St. Lucia).
  • The nation of Lorraine shall be split, with a section being given to the nation of Strassburg. This shall form the new nation of Elsaß-Lothringen, a vassal of the Archduchy of Austria and a nation of the Holy Roman Empire.
  • France shall never again influence or vassalize any states it has now lost, or any nations within the Holy Roman Empire.
  • The nations of the Holy Roman Empire involved in the conflict and the nation of France shall form a fifty year non aggression pact.
  • The nation of Verdun shall be released from France vassalage and established as a vassal of the Archduchy of Austria.
  • The French possessions within the Holy Roman Empire shall be released from the empire, as will the nation of Bar.
