Originally based on a flag design for "Transantarctica," but I think it would do better for Zamorie. The black and white triangles represent the Transantarctic Mountains, with black representing the abundance of coal in the mountains. The black also represents the indigenous Maori people of the area. Despite being a common color for the Maori (and New Zealand), the color red was intentionally not included in the flag due to its use in communism. The Southern Cross is meant to represent the regions Christian ideologies and the southern hemisphere in general.
