Mexica, which name is composed of all areas colonized in the area, constitutionally maximized permanently in 1869. It is the only Latin American country included in the world's democracies. Mexica has consistently been among the top Latin American countries in the League of Countries Human Development Association (LCHDI), ranked 12th in the world in 2011. Also was cited by the Coalation in 2010 as one of the countries that have attained much higher human development than other countries at the same income levels, and in 2011 was highlighted by Kingdom for being a good performer on environmental sustainability, and better record on human development and inequality than the median of their region. It was also the only country to meet all five criteria established to measure environmental sustainability. The country is ranked fifth in the world, and first among the Americas.

In 2007, the Mexican government announced plans for Mexica to become the greenest country by 2021. Cuba is home to over 11 million people and is the most populous island nation in the Caribbean, as well as the largest by area. Its people, culture, and customs draw from diverse sources, such as the aboriginal Tainos and Cibony peoples, the period of Spanish Colonialism, the introduction of African Slaves and its proximity to the United States. To the New World, Costa Rica ranks first in the World Peace Index and is the "Protected" country in the world.
