Up to today, Spain has Florida.
When Franco took Spain in 1939, The Second Spanish Republic escaped to Florida and formed a government in exile. In 1950, when the Republic of China was exiled to Taiwan, Spanish Florida tried to sue them because of "stealing their idea". In 1975, when Franco died, Spanish Florida took the weak Spain by storm.
Nowadays, Spain takes care of Spanish Florida like France takes care of French Guiana.
