Russia is a semi-presidential federal republic located in Eastern Europe, and borderning Northern Asia. Russia once stretched east all the way to Novosibirsk, and at certain times, had control over lands even farther east. Novosibirsk, in fact, is an almost completely Russian state, and has extremely close relations with Russia to this day. During the days of decolonization after the Pan-Global War, Russia's area shrank and eventually reached its current borders.
