Welcome to "Just a scrap of paper" timeline! In this ATL Germany decides not to attack Belgium and thus Britain does not enter the war until 1915. Russia is beaten severely by the Austrians, however the Russian revolution is a lot less bloody and the Russian Monarchy continues. Mexico attacks the United States and though the US put up a very strong fight, Mexico manages to hold off until Germany intervenes and helps Mexico. Ireland gains it's independence in 1916 during the Easter Rising but the dreams of an Irish Republic is not realised, Germany attempts to force the Irish to create a German, friendly monarchy, which happens after a short 14 day campaign in Ireland which leads to an end of the Irish Republic. By November 1918 Europe is in a mess, with the Central powers winning and the Allies on the verge of collapses they surrender.
