Wu is the largest nation in East Asia after Russia and a rising power. It is only established after the apocalypse and thus, has less of a heritage. However, as a successor of Communist China, Wu has China's rich culture and heritage. China was a historical power and its first unified dynasty was in 221 BC, when Qin dynasty conquered all the warring states. However, in the recent Qing Dynasty, large amounts of land was lost to foreign countries. The Opium war and the First Sino-Japanese war is just two of these various shameful wars. In 1911, the first republic, the Republic of China was established. In 1937, the second Sino-Japanese war started and left China in ruins. The CCP again became victor of the Chinese civil War, which led to the establishment of the People's Republic of China. However, after PRC's collapse in the apocalypse, Wu became its successor state.

In 1983, after a disagreements to peacefully merge with Wu, Yue was invaded by Wu.
