Carolina is the successor state to the Republic of South Carolina. SC united with NC after a war between the two nations. After expansion into Tennessee and Georgia, Carolina was thrown into a civil war, which led to the abolition of slavery. The new anti-slave government helped to secure Cuban freedom. currently they are allied with Prussia, but are not openly fighting in the Great War.
Carolina is divided into nine provinces, which are further divided into counties. Those provinces are Savannah, Lowcountry, Piedmont, Peedee, Wilmington, Raleigh, Appalachia, Atlanta, and Knoxville
