THE BETA HAS BEGUN! FEEDBACK PLEASE! AND DON'T FORGET AXIS VS ALLIES: REVOLUTIONS ISN'T OVER YET!

Axis vs Allies Reborn - 1933.5

  • Germany: President von Hindenburg dies of natural causes, allowing Hitler to become the head of state and government of Germany. Hitler immediately removes anything from the Constitution that would remove him from power. He begins rounding up Communists and other political opponents, while rebuilding Germany's military. However, persecution of the Jews does not begin. The economy begins to improve slightly and military spending increases by 13 percent.
  • Bolivia: Improves military. Communist people begin to preach and the Communist people begin to grow. Plans are maid for an invasion of Paraguay in the near future. Cuba and New Zealand are asked to form CABONZ.
  • Iraq: Ask the UK for support in the development of our military and infrastructure.
  • Korea: The Koreans begin to fight for freedom and fight against Japanese rule. The Korean rebels continue to fight against the Japanese. Some Koreans begin to assassinate some high ranked Japanese officers as well, though a couple of them has failed, while some of them are successful.
  • United States: President Franklin D. Roosevelt and Congress pass a new series of bills known as the New Deal to help pull the United States out of the Great Depression. Meanwhile, the Twentieth Amendment to the Constitution is passed, which moves inauguration day from March 4 to January 20. Congress votes in favor of Philippine Independence from the United States.
  • Sweden The King issues a declaration of opposition against the said "Adolf Hitler" as he opposes his recent moves of constitutional amendments. Meanwhile, Sweden builds up its military and economy. More jobs are created.
  • Greece starts a buildup of its army and navy. Alliance requests are sent to Italy, France, Sweden, the United States and Spain.
    • France accepts.
Australia-climate-map MJC01

Australia's climate.

  • Australia: The Prime Minister says Australia has done well overall since gaining de jure independence in 1901 and full de facto independence in 1931. The Aussie parliament ratifies Australia’s continuing loyalty to the UK, Canada and New Zealand. Sheep farming is enhanced, but this difficult in places due to the arid terrain. A few more houses are built in Hobart, Cairns and Darwin. The economy is still a bit stagnant and depressed after the Wall Street crash several years earlier.
  • Japan: Offers Korea to be a Self-governing region of Japan (Like OTL Hong Kong). Starts building up of the Army and Navy. Sends alliance requests to Australia, Brazil and Colombia.
    • Korean Diplomacy: Korea accepts the offer.
  • Canada: Military buildup begins, sends Trade and Political Alliances to the U.S.A., Australia, Sweden and Greece.
  • Australian response: Canada’s trade deal and political alliances with Australia are accepted. Japan is told to wait until it is all fully debated in the Aussie parliament since an alliance with Japan would possibly run counter to the nation’s White Australia policy.
  • United Kingdom: The British economy is repaired following the recent global economic turmoil. Meanwhile, Churchill warns against Germany's rearmament.
  • Argentina: Mourns the loss of the Honorable former President Hipolito Yrigoyen. A man named Elias Castro is elected president of the Argentine Republic. It becomes clear to him that he needs to impose massive social changes to move his country into the future. With a growing populace, industry and economy, President Castro hopes to make Argentina into a leader of South American prosperity. He immediately drafts economic reforms that are passed by a compassionate Argentine Congress. He seeks investments into the country. The elimination of corruption, (most) drug cartels, (reduction of) criminal activity, and extreme poverty are on the president's list. President Castro extends his hopes of prosperity to all nations in Latin America and drafts a plan with the Colombian president to create a Latin American Confederation.
  • With the Holodomor going in full swing, the Soviet Union's Mikhail Kalinin is able to convince Iosif Stalin of stopping collectivisation and partially returning the Kulaks, or at least stopping their imprisonment and banishment. The second Five Year Plan is put on a hiatus as the agriculture is attempted to be improved. Meanwhile, several Bolshevik leaders Stalin suspects of like Bukharin, Kirov, Pytakov and Zironev travel to Paris, where it is suspected they meet with Leon Trotsky, although officially it was only a discourse among French Communists (unless Chris doesn't want this to happen; it really will only affect Soviet policies but if you're uncomfortable with that feel free to cross it out).
    • Fine with me, we French are an accepting people ;)
  • Italy: Military buildup continues around the empire and roads are built across the heartland as well as Libya, Somalia and Eritrea. Mussolini decides to try to get friendly relations with Ethiopia, offering modern technology, aid in modernization and a full military alliance in return for friendly relations and open borders. Ethiopia will also be given some land in Somalia so it can have ocean access. An alliance is offered to Austria, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, and Poland.
  • LOL peacefully vassalizing Ethiopia. Polish alliance? Strike out polls below. (Mods only.)
    • Yes:
      • Scraw
      • Pita- Strike out Polish alliance, yes. And BTW, Italy invaded Ethiopia in OTL. And they succeeded. Not quite sure why you're offering them peace ...
    • No:
      • '
  • Spain: The Democratic Government is filled with mainly Fascists and Communists, which leads to conflict between both sides. Veteran of the Rif War, and whose job was lost thanks to the Communists, General Francisco Franco, is picked by the Revolutionaries, to represent the far right wing. He calls on all sides to follow him, rather than fight each other, and build Spain into a powerful country. He looks up to Fascism, specifically Benito Mussolini and Adolf Hitler, and how they have been improving their nations.
    • Italy Diplomacy: Italy offers Spain an alliance but warns Spain against Hitler, as there is something suspicious about him.
  • South Africa: The Statute of Westminster Act is ratified, meaning that South Africa is still a sovereign state and the Crown of the United Kingdom holds no power there. Prime Minister Barry Hertzog creates a separate voters' roll for blacks and also grants local municipalities the power to take ownership of slums, despite opposition from black rights' groups.
  • France: France begins greater funding of the armed forces and sees their expansion, especially after seeing uprisings by citizens of the French African colonies. President Albert François Lebrun also grows concerned about Hitler's actions towards the Constitution, which provides Germany's citizens' rights. He begins sending reinforcements near the German border. France also offers diplomatic relations with the newly-formed Spanish republic, and offers a reassuring alliance to the United Kingdom.

UK accepts.

1934[]

  • Australia-The Statute of Westminster Act is formally ratified by Prime Minister Joseph Aloysius Lyons (C H). The parliamentary debate over the Japanese offer is done and Japan is offered only a non-aggression treaty, but no further (Australia is proud to be white!). A new truck factory opens in Melbourne and seasonal bush fires are suppressed around Cairns. A 5% trade and industry price tariff is created to help stop competition from cheap imports (excluding Canada who has an alliance).
  • Germany: Hitler continues to consolidate power by excessive amendments to the Constitution. Meanwhile, the German-Polish Non-Aggression Pact is signed by both countries. Command of the police is also given to Heinrich Himmler, Hitler's right hand man. Meanwhile, the Night of the Long Knives takes place.
  • Korea: A new Korean government takes power following the change to be a self-governing region (the real one remains in exile). While some Koreans are sort of happy with the change, some other Koreans continue to fight to achieve true independence and liberation. Meanwhile, the military is built up.
  • Canada: Weary of Hitler's constitutional amendments, military is set on yellow alert. Continue buildup of military.
  • United States: Construction on Boulder Dam continues, while the New Deal Acts begin to work, and the economy begins to pull out of the Great Depression. The US Pacific Fleet is divided into three groups - one deployed to Pearl Harbor, second to Seattle, and a third remains in San Diego. Meanwhile, the four aircraft carriers are shipped to different parts of the United States. Expansion of the infrastructure in both the continental United States and the Philippines to allow the island nation to support itself after it becomes independent.
  • Sweden continues to build up its military and economy. More jobs are built. We stay on high alert. The King says that "war is on the horizon" and that nobody can stop it.
  • Japan: Offers Canada an alliance offer as well. Continues massive military buildup, mostly on the Navy. Gets ready for a possible invasion of China, and will give land to Canada if they help.
    • Although I'm not a mod, I believe it's implausible to give land to Canada, especially in China, as well as asking for alliance. Thoughts?
    • Yeah, definitely a no-go. -Pita
  • ''''Greece again asks for an alliance with Italy, Spain, Sweden and the United States, and thanks France for the acceptance. The army and navy is built up.
  • Argentina builds up its military and economy. President Castro's economic reforms begin to take effect. He seeks investments into the country. The president sets up the Argentine Bureau of Investigation (ABI) with a branch specifically made to halt corruption. The social reforms take effect in November, with the ultimate goal of eradicating extreme poverty. The paramilitary squad under the National Army is being trained and will launch operations in late 1934/early 1935.
  • Colombia: A brawl breaks out between Congress Members between young-aged Liberal Presidential Candidate Jose Guzman and two Conservative Members. Guzman, who reportedly was a boxer in the past, broke one of the elderly men's jaws. This brought much ridicule and laughs among Conservative groups as approval of Guzman dropped within Conservatives but his likability ironically rose within Liberals. This event would represent the difference and conflict between Colombian Liberals and Colombian Conservatives. Third Party Candidate for the 1936 election middle-aged Juan Perez ridiculed both Guzman and Conservative candidate Angel Garcia, labeling the Conservative candidate as 'an old man from the sixteen-hundreds' and liberal candidate as 'a naive young child'.
  • India: People began marching, demanding independence from Britain and a rebel movement begins to free India. The rebels call themselves the Free Indian Army and ask for secret support from Germany and Japan.
  • The Soviet Union's Holodomor calms down, and it is estimated that, although intents on the lower parts of the Soviet government to stop the hunger, from 1.5 to 2 million people have died. Ukraine and the rest of the Chernozem is, for most purposes, left alone as a breadbasket of the USSR with relatively unchanged farming methods (besides the end of most gulag government) while the Second Five Year starts in full swing, especially in Moscow and central Russia, and in the Turkic republics. Heavy industry is very heavily focused. Trotskyism continues to grow with other minor Soviet leaders meeting with Trotsky in France.
  • Black protests in South Africa began to create tension in all classes of the country, despite police efforts to crush the rebellions. The country's factories are brought into line with international standards with regard to the length of the work week and the employment of child labour and increased protection of white urban tenants against eviction is introduced now that houses are in short supply. Parliament debates suffrage issues.

1934.5[]

  • Australia: A debate opens on restoring the recently scrapped Central Australia province. An Alliance and trade deal is offered to New Zealand. The now, 5% fiscally devalued Australian Pound assists in restoring a favorable balance of trade. The 5% industrial tariff protections are maintained to slow competition from cheap imports (excluding Canada who has an alliance). Coal and Iron mining rise slightly in Queensland. 120 soldiers and 50 sailors are recruited in case of civil unrest. South Africa is praised for upholding white rule and degrading blacks. The 'White Australia policy.' still goes on and Chinese are picked on more often.
  • Korea: The military is built up, and infrastructure is improved. Meanwhile, Kim Il Sung and the Communist Fraction begin to launch attacks against the Japanese and Korean government. Soon the Korean government decides to fight against the Communists.
  • Japan: Invades China from Manchuria and from the Sea. Asks to join Britain's alliance with France, and hopes they will take part in the Chinese invasion. Hopes Korea will give military aid as well.
    • Aussie diplomacy: Australia is staying neutral in the North Oriental War.
    • Korean Diplomacy: Korea sends some military aid to help.
    • This is getting out of hand. Korea may or may not send aid to Japan, but even asking to join the Franco-British alliance is implausible.
  • Finland: The military is built up and Sweden is offered a defensive alliance in the case that a war reach Scandinavia.
  • United States: Work of Boulder Dam continues. The New Deal Acts continue to bring the United States out of the recession. The United States openly condemns the Japanese Empire for its hostile aggression against China and Congress passes a stricter Export Control Act, which cuts off oil, iron and steel exports to Japan, while Japanese assets in the United States are frozen. American-based companies are also forbidden to do business with Japan, Korea or Manchuria. The Pacific Fleets in Pearl Harbor, San Diego and Seattle are placed on low alert, while troops in the Philippines are put on high alert.
    • Japanese Dip: Does not understand why the United States would cut off most trade with Japan, stating that a war between powers would be the last thing they want. Japan stops putting out alliance offers to anyone for now.
    • Dude, you're attacking their allies. What do you expect? And why would you stop putting out alliance offers.
  • Brazil:A new constitution is passed, while Getulio Vargas becomes president of the Republic of Brazil, an alliance is asked of Colombia, and trade agreements are offered to Argentina and Peru. While this, some new towns are built along the Amazonas river shore. Military is built up, and the navy begins producing ships, while infrastructure begins to be built as many paths are made to connect the capital with the rest of the nation
  • Germany: Germany continues modernization and re-armament, and Hitler gains even more power. He has the support of most of the people under the motto of "Germany, Awake!" Jews begin to be prosecuted.
  • Greece: Requests an alliance with the United Kingdom and Italy, and the army and navy continue to be expanded greatly. The grain producing regions of Macedonia become self-sufficient and excess grains are exported to the islands.
  • With the Soviet Union having its second Five Year Plan going smoothly, the agricultural output returning, and internal matters stable (at least to Stalin, who is kept blind of the recent Trotskyist resurgence), Stalin turns his attention to foreign matters, once again aiding Sheng Shicai in Xinjiang, hoping to establish another puppet state there. Stalin distrusts the Japanese, although he remains neutral in the war against China. To the west, eyes are set in Finland, the Baltic States, and Poland.
  • Sweden builds up its military. We become more and more weary of the foreign powers and decide to enter a period of isolation.
  • Argentina builds up its military and economy. The economy shows signs of growth, with the economic reforms now in full swing. The social reforms continue at a good pace. The Palacio Presidencial in Buenos Aires is renovated. The ABI begins operations on corruption nationwide while the paramilitary squads set out on their missions. The Confederation of Latin America is being framed by President Castro, the president of Colombia, and the influential congressmen from both countries. Brazil's request is accepted.
    • Just note that any Latin Confederation would probably be more of an alliance confederation rather than a fully united nation. Nationalism would prevent any sort of Latin union, and would probably require war. ChrisL123 (talk) 04:45, January 9, 2013 (UTC)
    • Refer to the original TE vs CP map game and you'll see what I mean. It started 33 years before this one and the confederation went well. When you go to look at it, please check the archive, not the main game page because the CoLA from TE vs CP Version Two was a disaster and caused an early WW-I.
  • South Africa: Roads and mines are improved.
  • Spain: Conflict continues between the parties in Madrid, between the Falange (Far Right/Fascism) and the Popular Front (Far Left/Communist), which were established during the summer. President Niceto Alcalá-Zamora leads the current government, under the Popular Front, though disapproves of the many of the left-wing extremists in his party. The Falange elects Francisco Franco, war hero of the Spanish Army, to its leadership. Tensions continue to rise in the Capital.
  • India: We continue to fight the British using guerrilla warfare tactics and we send 300,000 troops to Delhi to take the city from the British beginning the siege of Delhi. We ask for secret support from the USSR
  • Ethiopia: Fearing European colonization, the Ethiopian Emperor orders the modernization of the Imperial Ethiopian Army, ordering 300,000 Lee-Enfield rifles from the military - 150,000 rifles from Britain (come on, I know you have them), while the other 150,000 are built at armories across the empire. He also orders 400,000 khaki uniforms and helmets to replace the white worn by Ethiopian men. The purchase of 200 modern aircraft is placed with the United States and Germany, and the mobilization of the Imperial Guard to serve as the first line of defense is started outside of Addis Ababa. Ambassadors are sent to Japan and the United States to request formal alliances with both, and a third is sent to Britain for aid in training pilots for the Imperial Ethiopian Air Force. AA guns, artillery, and machines guns are built in the empire, while others are sought from other nations (who will sell these to me?). The Emperor is willing to offer a contract to any nation that will build a railway network in his country.
    • Japan: Accepts the offer.
    • Oh ... you're back? I see ...
    • Japanese: Yes, immediately cancels out your other offers.

1935[]

  • Australia: The Prime Minister goes to press and makes several comments on Radio Australia: “The North Oriental War is far enough away to pose no hazard to Australia yet, but we must still be watchful!”, “The Indian rebellion is none of our business, but if the British request our help, we must support our British friends!” , “The Solomon Islands are too far from the UK for them to defend quickly and too close to Australia and New Zealand to not be protected!” and that “The native Kanacks on New Caledonia mostly fail to learn either French or English, since they have less intelligence than a cooked escargot!”. He then downs a middy of the amber fluid (AKA - glass of beer) and smiles pleasantly. Australia heightens security in Darwin and Cairns. 200 Troopers and 20 airmen are recruited. Thursday Island in Queensland, Kokopo, Rabaul and Port Moresby are given several more machine gun nests and mortar pits, just in case of trouble relating to North Orient War spilling over (none is expected and readiness is low). A new tractor factory opens in Darwin. Australia improves roads in rural Queensland and improves most coal mining in New South Wales. The Aussie recession is easing fast and it appears to be lifting in New Zealand, too. A free trade deal is offered to New Zealand. (Can a mod do a Random.org test on this deal with New Zealand?)
  • Finland: Continues to build up its military and asks Sweden for a defensive alliance. Also we ask any nation willing for modern equipment as ours is outdated.
  • South Africa: Official support for Indian independence is spoken. The South African cricket team wins its first Test cricket match at Lord's Cricket Ground against the English cricket team, but this victory is overshadowed by the riots by black protestors in Pretoria and Cape Town. PM Hertzog gives a speech about the unity and integrity of the nation, but is heckled by the crowd and almost attacked by a black activist who is then sentenced to jail.
  • Japan: Continues the invasion. A lighter SMG begins production. India is supplied with weapons. Scientists Secretly Start creating and stockpiling Chemical weapons Similar to Mustard Gas. Ethiopia is given better tech. A secret police force is created to put down Communist uprisings in Korea.
  • Korea: The military is built up, and infrastructure is improved, and Korea continues to aid in invasion, but not too much as some are busy fighting against the Communist Fraction. Meanwhile, the Communist Fraction continues to launch attacks against the Japanese and Korean government and soon Kim Il Sung secretly asks the Soviet Union for support.
  • Greece: Continues to expand its army and navy, and continues to try to become self sufficient in grain. Greece asks Italy and Great Britain for an alliance.
  • United States: The embargo placed on Japan continues and with limited oil supplies, many military experts believe that the Japanese war machine would grind to a halt. However, others expect that Japan would launch an invasion of the oil-rich Dutch East Indies. Meanwhile, the vote for independence in the Philippines is put on hold until the Japanese threat is neutralized and peace can return to Asia. Improvement of airfields and naval shipyards in the Philippines begin, while work on Boulder Dam continues.
  • Spain: When a reported Fascist uprising occurs outside of Madrid, the uprising is brutally put down by the Spanish Republican Army, while taking survivors prisoner in State Camps. Fearing a Fascist uprising, President Alcalá-Zamora demands a ban on Fascism, and anyone in support will be arrested.
  • Argentina builds up its military and economy. The economy shows signs of growth, with the economic reforms now in full swing. The social reforms continue at a good pace. The ABI continues operations on corruption nationwide while the paramilitary squads continue the war on drugs. The Confederation of Latin America continues its framing.
  • Canada: Work on the Trans-Canada Superhighway is still hard in development.
  • Italy: Military buildup continues around the empire and roads are built across the heartland as well as Libya, Somalia, and Eritrea. Mussolini decides to try to get friendly relations with Ethiopia, offering modern technology, aid in modernization and a full military alliance in return for friendly relations and open borders. Ethiopia will also be given some land in Somalia so it can have ocean access. An alliance is offered to Austria, Hungary and Czechoslovakia.
    • Finnish Dip: Italy is ask for an alliance.
    • Ethiopian Dip: We accept on the grounds that you honor your pledges and treat us as an equal partner in your ventures involving our nation.
    • Australian Dip: The UK, Dutch, French and Portuguese ambassadors are told the E. Timor, W. Timor, Dutch West Papua, New Caledonia, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu are too far from them to defend quickly enough if the North Oriental War eventually spreads into South East Asia, but too close to Australia and New Zealand to not be protected by anyone. An alliance is offered to these nations for the mutual protection of these colonial territories in question (Vanuatu, E. Timor, etc.). (Will mods do a Random.Org test to decide the Dutch and Portuguese alliance?) 40 Papuan troops are recruited and armed. 20 will be sent to guard Dili in E. Timor and 20 sent to guard Honiara in the Solomon Islands if China or Japan enter Indochina, if the UK and Portugal agree.
    • Italy Diplomacy: Italy accepts Finland's alliance offer and accepts Ethiopia's terms and thanks Ethiopia.
  • Ethiopia: On the advice of the Japanese, the Ethiopians cancel their other deals on the agreement that Japan would provide for Ethiopia's industrialization plans. The Emperor inspects his troops to see their new uniforms and weaponry, and states in a speech to the troops that he hopes to include new planes for the air force, and purchase tanks for their formations so as not to send them into battle without adequate firepower.
  • Germany: Germany continues rearmament, especially in their Panzer divisions. Meanwhile, the Luftwaffe is remade under Walther Wever. The Kreigsmarine is built up as well.

1935.5[]

  • Australia: Lead, copper and zinc mining is increased at the Mount Isa mine. Several machine guns, ten troopers and several mortars are sent to the dependency of Nauru. Port Moseby’s infrastructure is improved and security heightened. The Native Papua Infantry Battalion is strengthened with the enlistment of 30 new Papuan recruits. “Operation Kangaroo” begins in Adelaide’s tank factories to develop a native type of infantry tank that is more adapted to the Australian climate than the imported UK types. Papuan agriculture is upgraded. It is based on taro, yams, coconuts, bananas, varieties of breadfruit and is supplemented by fishing and mollusk gathering. The UK, Dutch, French and Portuguese ambassadors are told once more that E. Timor, W. Timor, Dutch West Papua, New Caledonia, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu are too far from the for them to defend quickly enough if the North Oriental War eventually spreads into South East Asia, but too close to Australia and New Zealand to not be protected by anyone. A free trade deal is offered to New Zealand for the third and final time (Can a mod do a Random.org test on this deal with New Zealand?)
  • Mexico: Mexico offers Brazil an alliance (Will Mods do a Random.org test?), while also arming and training a whole regiment. Mexico also offers Germany a free trade agreement. (Will Mods do a Random.org test?)
  • You don't need a random.org test if you are offering alliances to other players, just nations not controlled by players.
  • Japan: Makes slow progress in the invasion of China. At a military base, some Japanese soldiers in Chinese uniforms hijack some Chinese bombers and bomb a U.S base in Washington. Japan then states that China is an enemy to both of us, as they just bombed you. The Imperial police captures some Communists in Korea. Japan continues to supply India with weapons. The new SMG continues to be made, and is supplied to Japan and Ethiopia. Japan also shares weapons information with Ethiopia. Scientists continue to create a secret stash of Chemical weapons, and start mass producing an exceptionally lethal one, called sB2, which is a Blood agent. Gives Germany an alliance offer.
    • Washington State or Washington DC?
  • Sorry. First Map Game
  • It's OK. Let's make Mexico flourish in glory!
  • Ethiopia: With the Japanese aid, the Ethiopian military constructs a number of weapon's plants in the country, and an airplane factory in Addis Ababa. A tank factory is under construction in Dire Dawa, and plans to open a second one in Bahir Dar are under discussion by the Emperor and his aides. Defenses are constructed in Axum and Mek'ele, where elaborate trench systems are placed miles outside and around each city. A military base is built near the road 25 miles west of Mount Mousa Alli, which leads in Eritrea. The construction of railroads is underway, with the first network to be the Addis Abada-Debre Markos-Bahir Dar Railway.
  • Argentina builds up its military and economy. The economy shows signs of growth, with the economic reforms now in full swing. The social reforms continue at a good pace. The ABI continues operations on corruption nationwide while the paramilitary squads continue the war on drugs. The Confederation of Latin America continues its farming. Argentina asks Mexico if they would be interested in joining the Confederation of Latin America, which is temporarily an alliance.
  • Mexico gladly accepts.
  • United States: Work on Boulder Dam continues. Meanwhile, the Federal Bureau of Investigation determines that the attack on Puget Sound Naval Base was not by the Chinese, due to the Chinese not having the military aircraft capable of striking the US mainland, and suspects that Japan launched the attack from the homeland or an aircraft carrier. The FBI begins to crack down on Japanese, German and Soviet spies in the United States and Philippines, while the Lend-Lease Act is narrowly passed by Congress, exporting arms, ammunition, medical supplies, food, and water to China. Research begins on a more advanced radar and the US Army begins to develop a tank (similar to the M26 Pershing), while development of a new SMG begins.
  • Korea: The military is built up, and infrastructure is improved, and Korea continues to aid in invasion. Meanwhile, the Communist Fraction continues to launch attacks against the Japanese and Korean governments and fights against the secret police. Kim Il Sung secretly asks the Soviet Union for support again.
  • Finland: Continues to build up the military and asks Germany for modern military equipment. Meanwhile in the Finnish politic, the National Socialist League gains some more followers but not even enough to even gain a seat in the next election. The Fascists begin to tell people on the radio that they are the only hope for Finland with the Communist threat at the east and the failure of the west which throws the country into an economic depression.
  • Greece offers ITALY AND THE UNITED KINGDOM AN ALLIANCE. A massive military buildup continues.
    • Italy Diplomacy: Italy accepts the offer.
  • Spain: Further Fascist uprisings occur, which leads to a brutal massacre in Burgos, which claims 20,000 lives, as the President orders "No deje presos!" ("Leave no prisoners!") This is covered up by the government, claiming that the Fascists were trying to take over the country, and were killing people left and right. The President takes a more hardline pro-Communist stance, claiming that Germany and Italy will destroy Europe under their cruel Fascist jackboots. However, it is known that the Spanish have the weakest military for a country their size, and would be crushed by those countries in a disturbingly short amount of time, though he does not have the money to keep conscription, nor to develop new equipment. Representatives ask the French, British or Soviets for new weaponry, to replace the country's greatly outdated arms.
  • Italy: Military buildup continues around the empire and roads are built across the heartland as well as Libya, Somalia and Eritrea. A road is begun through Ethiopia to connect the last two colonies should Ethiopia accept.
    • Ethiopian Dip: So long as it is for trade and not for any military purposes, we agree to the proposal.
    • Australian Dip: An alliance and free trade deal is offered to South Africa.
    • India: free Indian forces continue to fight the British mean while British forces in Delhi surrender and we ask Germany for panzer tanks and Japan for aircraft.
  • Germany: Germany continues with rearmament. The Nazi party continues to gain power, and Hitler is now the absolute dictator of Germany.

1936[]

  • Australia: Lead, copper and zinc mining is increased at the Mount Isa mine. Gold mining is increased slightly at Kilgurie, Western Australia. The roads in rural Western Australia are improved markedly and a minor dirt airstrip opens near the town of Kalguri. A free trade deal is offered to S. Africa. 150 more Aussie sailors and 18 more Papuan sailors are recruited. “Operation Wallaby” begins in a makeshift Wagga-Wagga laboratory to make small amounts of mustard gas and phosgene as well as a small amount of taburn nerve agent and its antidote. Restoring the former administrative units of Aluria and Central Australia becomes a hot topic in the press and parliament alike. The planned Australian Kangaroo tank is akin to the [Cruiser Mk I]. It is meant to rival the German Panzer I tank. 25 [Vickers Medium Mark I] tanks are made in Adelaide and 200 troops are enlisted. Ten Vickers Medium Mark I tanks are sent to the British garrison in Malaya to help secure it from future attackers. Concern is expressed by the UK’s complete lack of action over the rebellion in British India. A debate begins in parliament about sending troops to Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and/or the Mon state in Burma to stop the Indian anti-colonial rising from going too far and leading to a wider and more chaotic collapse of British rule in Malaya, Sikkim and Ceylon- the debate fails and is dropped.
    • Due to mods not acting over my earlier diplomacy to grey states I'm doing a Random.Org test myself (1-4 yes, 5-10 no) on--
    • Oh god, the lack of organization here drives me crazy. Just take all, yes.
  • The Soviet Union's Five Year Plan continues, with the industry heavily improving out of the previously selected areas, and agriculture expanding inside those. Meanwhile, Stalin continues setting his eyes in the East, secretly sending aid to Kim il-Sung and to Sheng Shicai. Trotsky returns under the secret name of Ivan Fedorovich Ulyanov and settles in Leningrad, where plans to seize power from Stalin begin.
  • Japan: Drops deadly gas over Beijing, and soon reaches it. Beijing is captured, but there is still a lot of country left. Chemical weapons continues production. India is supplied with weapons. Kim II Sung's father and Wife are captured, and both are tortured and executed publicly at Seoul.
  • Mexico: Mexico SECRETLY offers Germany an alliance with the promise that if a war breaks out with Britain, Mexico will invade Belize. Meanwhile, the Armed Forces start to develop a modern (per 1936 standards) rifle to be used for the whole 1.2 million conscripted men in Mexico's Armed Forces. Meanwhile, a Fascist, Leonardo Gonzalez, influences the Mexican President, Lazaro Cardenas, whom creates the Mexican Fascist Association, wanting to bring about a Fascist government.
    • German Dip: Germany accepts the alliance.
  • The Confederation of Latin America states that it will not tolerate Fascism and is on a strict neutrality policy.
  • Italy: Military buildup continues. Italy offers all of Italian Somalia to Ethiopia as a gift. Eritrea will remain Italian. Italy SECRETLY OFFERS THE USSR AN ALLIANCE.
    • Soviet Dip: The Soviet Union would like to agree to the secret Italian offer.
    • Mexican Dip: Mexico SECRETLY offers Italy a "Fascist" alliance.
  • Greece: Continues to expand its army and navy in a massive military buildup.
  • Finland: The Fascists win 2% of the seats. Although being small and giving them no power at all, the party takes every occasion to denounce the action of the government. The military continues to be built up and planned. A Soviet invasion scenario is drawn up.
  • Argentina builds up its military and economy. The economy shows signs of growth with the economic reforms now in full swing. The social reforms continue at a good pace. The ABI continues operations against corruption nationwide while the paramilitary squads continue the war on drugs. The Confederation of Latin America continues its framing. Argentina asks Brazil to join the CoLA.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Korea continues to aid in invasion. Meanwhile, the Communist Fraction continues to fight against the Japanese and Korean governments and against the secret police. The Communists begin to have more success, as well.
  • Britain: The UK sends troops in to quell the rebellions in India, calling them "uncalled for" and "unnecessary". Parliament considers granting them independence when the worldwide financial crisis is over. In the meantime, the troops back home are bolstered while the economy recovers.
    • Australia Dip: Australia would like a free and peaceful referendum and deal on Indian, Sikkim and Sri Lanka independence in the near future. In a surprise military move 50 men and five Vickers Medium Mark tanks land on the coast of the the southern Taninthayi Region of Burma and join up with British official in the town of Tanintharyi in case they need help in the future.
    • Mexican Dip: Mexican Leader, Lazaro Cardenas, gives a powerful speech, encouraging the Indian subcontinent to revolt, and end colonial oppression.
    • I would like a free and user-deemed removal of these referendum "requests" as they are implausible at the current time.
    • Removed, I will not use any again.
    • Thank you very much.
  • Sweden expands its military and infrastructure. We continue to stay far away from any sort of alliances and push ourselves further into isolation.
  • Ethiopia: The government begins building the first railway link between Addis Ababa and Bahir Dar. The military has been deployed to parts of Ethiopia where they will begin their first duties as a modern army, and aid in the modernization and industrialization of Ethiopia while the nation is at peace. Additional arms purchases are made, and offers for lucrative mining contracts are placed by the Emperor. The paving of roads in the rural regions begins.
  • United States: Continues developing as previously.
  • Germany: Germany continues rearmament. Jews continue to be discriminated against.

1936.5[]

  • Australia: A cyclone damages Cairns badly. Australia continues developing as previously. The former Australian sub-divisions of Aluria and Central Australia are restored. Sheep farming in Queensland is improved. Ten prototype Australian Kangaroo tanks that are akin to the [Cruiser Mk I] are made and all break down. 30 [Vickers Medium Mark I] tanks are made in Adelaide. 500 troops, 50 airmen and 100 sailors are enlisted. Two Corvettes are laid down in Sidney. A mine layer mines the Torres Straits between New Guinea and Queensland. A new Australian Consulate opens at Johor Bahru in Malaya. Ten Vickers Medium Mark I tanks are sent to the British garrison in Tanintharyi to help secure it from future attackers. An alliance with the USA and the UK is asked for. 30 Vickers Medium Mark I tanks are sent to Malaya to help reinforce it from invasion.
  • India: 200,000 rifles are made and habors are fixed.
  • Japan expands in China. India is supplied with weapons as well as Ethiopia. A special tank is designed to shoot out bombs of the deadly gas sB2, as well as two side turrets that can shoot 300 bullets per minute.

    • You need an algorithm.
      • How do you do one?The River Nile-2 (talk) 23:35, January 12, 2013 (UTC)
      • It says in the talk page that we got rid of the algorithm for wars against computers, as it made the game too complicated, and even if there was one, how come you didn't tell me four turns ago when I started the invasion? The old baby (talk) 23:53, January 12, 2013 (UTC)
      • Here is the link [[1]].The River Nile-2 (talk)
      • Look guys, your discussion there does not matter. You are not mods. We are using the algorithm. End of story.
      • Australia abandons military actions (it doesn’t have any, but may have in the future and so scraps 'use of armed force' outside of its domain rather than be struck down by the mods for being military uselessness). Also, is Japan winning or losing a war in China? The River Nile-2 (talk)
      • I did a trial algorithm, and it said I'm winning, but I don't know if I did it right, but I am guessing my China map above is right considering the north part of the land that is red on the map was already mine in the first place (Manchuria).
  • United States: Boulder Dam is completed and named Hoover Dam after President Hoover. The Export Control Act continues, while the military is deployed to the southern border to protect it from Fascist Mexico. Mexico USA deploys seven squadrons of P-40's Warhawks to the Philippines and a platoon of men to increase the garrison. General Douglas MacArthur is named by President Roosevelt the military commander of Pacific forces, which includes the Philippines, the West Coast, Alaska, and smaller islands in the Pacific. The Lend-Lease Program begins to send arms and equipment to the Chinese, while a garrison at the Panama Canal Zone increases.
  • Greece sends economic aid to Australia after the cyclone. Excess grain is also sent to Cairns. The army and navy is expanded.
  • Canada: [Sorry for inactivity, been busy/forgot about this] Military expansion continues. A new type of long range fighter armed with wing mounted machine guns as well as two rocket launchers are designed.
Argentina again asks Brazil to join the CoLA.
  • France: (Sorry, I've been busy lately and may have to resign by exam time.) France continues its military expansion and border protection. The French also fund weaponry for the republican government and the president fiercely opposes the revolutionaries that try to overthrow the democracy. The French also begin to send military personnel to Indochina and the French Pacific Islands in order to protect them from Japanese invasion, which colonialists warn the government is an ongoing threat.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Korea continues to aid in invasion. Meanwhile, the Communist Fraction continues to fight against the Japanese and Korean governments and against the secret police, and has the upper hand at the moment.
  • Spain: Niceto Alcalá-Zamora is just barely re-elected as President of Spain, but with a nearly non-existent margin, due to many pro-Fascists showing their disdain at such a brutal regime. The re-elected President praises the British and Australian governments for fighting back against non-white revolutionaries. France is asked if we could buy weapons for the Armed Forces, since the President sees no money in producing our own weaponry. However, impressed with Stalin's actions towards those who disagree with him, the Government sets up plans to build Gulags in the deserts of the south, the Spanish Sahara territories and the Canary Islands, though there will be more focus on the hot arid environments, than the cold snowy environments that Soviet Gulags used.
  • Finland: The new government decides to take a liberal approach to the depression and states that the thing will go normal without any intervention of the State. Meanwhile, a small groups of Fascists get weapons and form a small militia to preach Fascist thought throughout the poor areas.

1937[]

  • Australia: A truck factory opens in Perth. Sheep farming in Northern Territory is improved. A coal mine opens in New South Wales. Ten Vickers machine guns are sent to E. Timor to strengthen the Portuguese garrison. Ten Vickers Medium Mark I tanks are sent to the British garrison in Singapore to help secure it from future attackers. Ten Australian Kangaroo tanks that are akin to the OTL Cruiser Mk I are made and do well, so more are to be made next turn. 12 Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, 50 Vickers machine guns, 15 Carden Loyd tankettes, 1,000 gas masks, 15 Vickers Medium Mark II tanks, ten Cruiser Mk III tanks, five Mark V tanks and ten Medium Mark C tanks are produced in Melbourne “Operation Wallaby” continues as the laboratory makes another small amount of mustard gas, phosgene, taburn and sarin nerve agent; and the taburn and sarin antidote. The two corvettes are completed and a frigate is laid down. Ten fighter aircraft and six spotter planes are also made. A few thousand tonnes of iron ingots, five Carden Loyd tankettes, ten Vickers machine guns, five mortars and five Vickers Medium Mark II tanks are given to Greece in exchange for the earlier aid given to Cairns after the recent cyclone. Sheep farming in Northern Territory is improved. The small set of troopers that were sent to the Taninthayi Region of Burma earlier are recalled and are billeted in Port Moresby.
Australia leaves the game and quits because it is boring.
True - the mods are picky about everything but their own interests, but don't give them the satisfaction of you leaving! Come back Australia, we need you!
    OK, the Aussies are back.
-The mods are picky about everything because we want it to be as plausible as possible. We don't draw any satisfaction from anyone leaving.
I only said I was bored, not picked on. Don't go too far!The River Nile-2 (talk) 23:19, January 14, 2013 (UTC)
  • Japan: 250,000 more troops are sent to China, totaling the troop number there to 2,000,000. Expands South in China, occupying all of the Chinese East coast. Ships reach Taiwan and annex that as well. Chemical gasses continue stockpiling, and a prototype of the gas tank, named Shogun V, is tested. India is given aircraft, some of the less valuable chemical gasses (And gas masks, of course!) with Portuguese labels (So the British think Portugal is supplying the rebels with them), and scientists.
  • Germany offers an alliance.
  • Japanese Dip: Accepts the offer, under the condition that you send support to the Indian Rebels and my invasion of China, and Help modernize Ethiopia.
  • Italian Diplomacy: Italy has given Ethiopia all modern tech and is aiding modernize it, Ethiopia needs no Japanese or German help.
  • Aussie Dip: Gets grumpy over the rumored (pseudo-)Portuguese markings on the India gas grenades. They complain to Portugal's governor in E. Timor and the Portuguese ambassador to Australia, who obviously denies it all. The Aussies are confused.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Korea continues to aid in invasion. Meanwhile, the Communist Fraction continues to fight against the Japanese and Korean governments and against the secret police, though the tide soon turns against the Communists.
  • Germany: Germany continues to rearm the military. Blitzkrieg is practiced every day by the officers. Meanwhile, persecution of the Jews continues. However, Hitler orders that top scientists be rounded up and put to work on weapons for the Third Reich.
  • Greece: Continues to expand its army and navy. Grain production continues to rise.
Argentina again asks Brazil to join the CoLA.
  • Italy: Military buildup continues. Italy offers all of Italian Somalia to Ethiopia as a gift. Eritrea will remain Italian. Italy
    • Germany: Germany offers an alliance.
    • Italian Diplomacy: Italy politely declines, stating war is not in Italian interests, especially with the British and/or French. However, we offer full military loans and weaponry for your armies and may help you in the future. Also. don't attack Poland or France. Remember, it's always the defender who wins these modern wars. You (and maybe we), need to fight defensively, then smash the enemies when they are at their weakest.
  • Denmark (debut): Offer Finland, Sweden and Norway cooperation under Nordic headlines. (@mod:Please do the random.org thing for Norway) Expands military. Iceland, which has been in personal union since 1918, Greenland and the Faroes is offered seats in the Folketing (and thus become an integral part of the nation). Secretly ask Sweden and Norway to help defend in the case of invasion. Publicly says that it advocates peace and wants to stay neutral.
    • Note: I may leave this game soon, as I'm just trying and I have my own map game too, now. It's not like the situation back in late 2011 when I was playing AvAr. At that time I was only focusing on AvAr. I have my map game, and so don't expect me to be VERY interested in it OR stay here for long.*
  • Australia leaves the game and quits because it is boring and run by hard line pacifists, who don't want a Sino-Japanese war.
  • True - the mods are picky about everything but their own interests, but don't give them the satisfaction of you leaving! Come back Australia, we need you!
  • OK, the Aussies are back!The River Nile-2 (talk) 15:39, January 14, 2013 (UTC)
  • South Africa: The Aliens Act is signed, restricting and regulating the entry of certain aliens into the country and regulating the right of any person to assume a surname. A branch of the Hitler Youth in Pretoria is hurriedly closed down after observing the Third Reich's actions and rumours.
  • Spain: Continues purges against the Fascist populace. However, there are reports of parts of the Republican Army rebelling alongside Francisco Franco. There are reports of a Potez 540 air bombing towns near Madrid loyal to the Government under surprise. The culprits are thought to be France or Italy, though the Air Force of our own country uses those types of bombers. According to domestic intelligence, they discover that Franco is trying to turn the military against its very country.
  • Canada: Construction of naval fleets begin with their major placement off Nova Scotia.
  • India: Free Indian forces continue to fight the British. Meanwhile, Free Indian troops take Mumbai and we kill the viceroy of India.
  • Finland: Agrees to Denmark's offer and the small Fascist militia continues to grow. Many fights against the police occurred in the year.
  • Ethiopia: With Japanese aid Ethiopia continues to extend its railway network, and build a number of factories in the capital city. Expansion of the public works begins with the plan to extend electricity to all parts of the nation. The Emperor commissions a number of public projects aimed at ending the threat of famine in Ethiopia, and contracts a number of foreigners to help him in doing so.
    • Italian Diplomacy: Italy is aiding Ethiopia modernize already. We send several million dollars and cede the four factories in Somalia to your government's control so now you can build tanks, airplanes and warships.

1937.6[]

  • Australia: A truck factory opens in Perth. Sheep farming in Tasmania is improved. A coal mine opens in New South Wales. 100 Aussies, 100 Papuans and six Naruans are also enlisted into the forces. Vickers Medium Mark I tanks are sent to the British garrison in Singapore to help secure it from future attackers. 12 more Australian Kangaroo tanks that are akin to the OTL Cruiser Mk I are made. 50 Vickers machine guns, 15 Carden Loyd tankettes, five mortars, 1,000 gas masks, 15 Vickers Medium Mark II tanks, 15 Cruiser Mk III tanks, and six Medium Mark C tanks are produced in Melbourne. “Operation Wallaby” continues as the laboratory makes another small amount of mustard gas, phosgene, taburn and sarin nerve agent; and the taburn and sarin antidote. The frigate is completed and a second frigate is laid down. 20 fighter aircraft, two light bombers and 12 spotter planes are also made. The Frigate is completed and another is laid down. In a surprise attack 100 men, five fighter planes, a frigate, two mine sweepers, a corvette and 20 Vickers Medium Mark tanks land on the coast of the E. Timor as a security measure. The titchy Portuguese garrison sees the obvious and folds up after little outnumbered fighting. The Governor is temporarily removed and Australian forces check the island colony out, find no nerve gas bound for Indian rebels or war materials harmful to Australia, give the governor control once more and send a 25 man occupation force to Dili, just in case of trouble. There are some protests in Adelaide and Hobart against the attack. Australia apologizes profusely for the incident to Portugal and thinks there may be some trickery by the Indian rebels to start the Europeans to start fighting each other in Asia. Australia is confused.
  • Greece continues a massive army and navy buildup.
  • Japan: Moves westward into China. Sends more support to India and Ethiopia. Chemical weapons increase production, enough to wipe out a country the size of Siam, Japanese officials say. Some Japanese men in Chinese uniforms hijack a fleet of Portuguese ships near East Timor, and store chemical weapons in Portuguese there while they then proceed to fire at Australians. Then Japanese jump ship, but not before they cut off the tongues of all Portuguese and leave a white defector from some country to deny any presence of any other country and call the mutes" Portuguese Work Slaves"
  • Germany: Germany continues to gear up for war. Many famous scientists are held captive by the Germans, including Edward Teller, Albert Einstein and Otto Frisch. They had not fled in 1933 as in OTL because the Nazis had not oppressed the Jews until much later.
  • United States continues as previously stated in the last turn.
  • The Soviet Union sends more troops and aid to Sheng Shincai in Xinjiang. Meanwhile, Trotsky begins to stage secret reunions of anti-Stalinists in Leningrad.
Argentina again asks Brazil to join the CoLA.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Korea continues to aid in invasion. Meanwhile, the Communist Fraction continues to fight but are on the side of losing the fight.
  • Denmark: Offer Sweden and Norway alliance again (@mod: Do I do Random.org for Norway on myself? Or Mods do it?)
    • Sweden rejects.
  • Sweden continues its period of greatness. Still isolated, we continue to build up our military and infrastructure. Secretly, though, we send an alliance offer to France. A young scientist named Enrico Fermi flees to Sweden with his family, where he can safely practice his experimentation while also speaking out against the Italian government. The King dies and his brother takes over in Sweden. He appoints a new Prime Minister. A terrorist attack is taken out on the Swedish Parliament. In an emergency election, a new coalition is formed, Nationalists-Socialists-Liberals, in majority order. (In case no one is catching on, I am trying to pull a Soviet Union by going into isolation, turning into a war machine, winning the war, and emerging as one of the last remaining powers.)

1938[]

  • Australia: A power station opens in Sydney. An iron mine opens in Queensland. 150 Aussies, 50 Papuans and 12 Naruans are also enlisted into the forces. Two Vickers Medium Mark I tanks are sent to the British garrison in Malaya to help secure it from future attackers. 12 more Australian Kangaroo tanks that are akin to the OTL Cruiser Mk I are made. 50 Vickers machine guns, 15 Carden Loyd tankettes, 500 gas masks, 15 Vickers Medium Mark II tanks, 15 Cruiser Mk III tanks, and six Medium Mark C tanks are produced in Melbourne. The second frigate is completed and an assault ship is laid down. 20 fighter aircraft, Two light bombers, Two medium bombers, 12 light civil cargo planes and 12 spotter planes are also made. Irrigation is improved around the Daly River in Northern Australia Territory. After Australian troops had stormed the ship and stopped it working, they found the mutes and tongues ones had written a note in their own blood on the engine room doors as an exposé on what had happened and a lost Japanese Chinese passport is found in the ship’s toilet block. Every one was arrested and exiled it Christmas Island Territory. 25 troops also go to guard the arrested ones on Christmas Island Territory. In a surprise attack 100 men, five fighter planes, a frigate, two mine sweepers, a corvette and 20 Vickers Medium Mark tanks land on the coast of the southern Taninthayi Region of Burma and join up with British officials in the town of Tanintharyi. They are heavily defeated for the most part by the climate. Australia pledges to fight any anti-British actions in the Bernese province. The official reason is to secure the region as a Burmese buffer state to stop the separatist chaos in India spreading to southern Thailand or Malaya. There are some protests in Adelaide and Hobart against the attack.

LOL, Japanese passport on a toilet, and the Japanese were in Chinese uniforms, so how would they know they were Japanese.

Sorry, I meant Chinese. I was trying to get Portugal off the hot seat, after you had put them on it. They could have over here some speaking in Japanese.

  • Japan: Continues invasion. Gas tank begins mass production. India is supplied with weapons. A secret plot is hatched to invade New Zealand.
  • The United States Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Defense, under the leadership of scientist Robert Oppenheimer, Lieutenant General Leslie Groves, and Hungarian scientist Edward Teller, begins research into a weapon capable of destroying a major city in one blast begins. Meanwhile, the USS Arizona is deployed to Manila, as well as 250 troops and another squadron of P-40 Warhawks. Anti-Japanese sentiment is on the rise in the United States, especially in and around major Asian-American centers on the West Coast of the United States.
  • Teller was taken by the Germans, Oppenheimer has no plans for nuclear weapons yet and Groves would be completely unrelated to this project ATL.
  • Oh, okay. I'll remove it and save it for future posts. Is it plausible to start around the 1940's to begin independent research or wait until the 1950's?
  • Oh, you don't need to wait that long. Give it another two or three years. Remember, you are moving faster than OTL.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Korea continues to aid in invasion. Meanwhile, the Communist Fraction begins to lose.
  • Greece continues to expand its army and navy.
  • Brazil: The CoLA entrance offered by the Argentinian government is considered and accepted. While this, military build up and economy are worked as the nation leader wants to put Brazil on a better status in the world, beginning with construction of new paths and fluvial ways to begin full access to Brazil's Amazonas regions. Greece is asked for an alliance.
  • Argentina builds up its military and economy. The economy shows signs of growth with the economic reforms now in full swing. The social reforms continue at a good pace. The ABI continues operations against corruption nationwide while the paramilitary squads continue the war on drugs. The Confederation of Latin America continues its framing, with a meeting by all members in 1939. The president welcomes Brazil into the CoLA.
  • Denmark: Quits the game.
  • Mexico: The 37A rifle is finished, and deployed to all soldiers, with a seventy- thirty split on the U.S. and British Belize borders (respectively). That makes 1,190,000 soldiers on the U.S. border, and 310,000 soldiers on the British Belize. The Mexican government is somewhat overthrown by President Lazaro Cardenas, whom becomes Solelligra (An abbreviation of The Army's Grand Leader and Soldier). He installs a Fascist kingdom, in which he is the Emperor, and his children, Tre, and Gio are princes. Mexico also calls upon the CoLA to sanction the British for their colonial oppression in India.
    • Meanwhile, Mexico sends Britain an ultimatum, "Give Belize freedom, as a Mexican autonomous state, or war will soon be upon us."
  • India: We continue to fight the British Empire, we demand that Australia stays out of our war, and we ask Germany for Panzer tanks and anti-tank weapons.
    • German Dip: Germany agrees to supply India with tanks and other designs in return for a war of independence against Britain. Tanks, advisers and "training officers" are sent to India to help.
    • Mexican Dip: Mexico orders an artillery outlet to fire on British Soldiers in Belize, until Britain grants India independence, and Mexico prepares for a full scale invasion of Belize. We start calling upon our allies in the CoLA, Germany, and Italy to back actions in Belize.
  • Finland: The Fascists continue to put pressure on the government and make much sabotage which is attributed to the Communists. The Fascist militia continues to make trouble gain partisan.
  • Germany: Operation Wunderwaffe begins. The scientists under Nazi capture are forced to create nuclear weapons for the Third Reich. Meanwhile, Germany peacefully merges with Austria in an anschluss. Hitler requests that Germany annex the Sudetenland.

1938.5[]

Axis vs Allies Reborn - 1938.5

  • Australia: A power station opens in Perth, Darwin and Melbourne. A salt mine opens in Onslow, Western Australia. 1,500 Aussies, 250 Papuans and 12 Naruans are also enlisted into the forces. 12 Vickers Medium Mark I tanks and 100 troops are sent to the British garrison in Brunei (that small UK held sultanate in northern Borneo) to help secure it from future attackers. 35 more Australian Kangaroo tanks that are akin to the OTL Cruiser Mk I tanks are made. 150 Vickers machine guns, 1,000 pistols, 14 Carden Loyd tankettes, 250 gas masks, 12 Vickers Medium Mark II tanks, 12 Cruiser Mk III tanks, and 14 Medium Mark C tanks are produced in Melbourne. The second frigate is completed and an assault ship is laid down. The Assault and Supply ships are completed and a second supply ship is laid down. 20 fighter aircraft, 11 light bombers, 11 medium bombers, 12 light civil cargo planes, 12 light passenger planes, eight ground attack aircraft and 12 spotter planes are also made. Irrigation is improved again around the Daly River in Northern Australia Territory. The 100 men, five fighter planes, a frigate, two mine sweepers, a corvette and 20 Vickers Medium Mark tanks in the town of Tanintharyi stay there and don’t move or increase in number, since they are only operating in that Burmese province and no farther to stop the separatist chaos in India spreading to southern Thailand or Malaya. 200 troops, two fighter planes and six Carden Loyd tankettes secure Auckland after an anti-British riot occurs amongst local Maori. 12 and one Vikkers gun are sent to secure Norfolk Island. 50 troops, five Vikkers guns and three tankettes are each sent to Kokopo, Rabaul, Madang, the Huon Peninsula and Port Moresby. The school leaving age is raised from 15 to 18. Re-affirms its loyalty to the British, New Zealand, Canada, USA, Ireland and S. Africa. A defence pact and trade deal is offered to them. Offers the UK one of its barrels of taburn. It still has enough phosgene, taburn, mustard gas and sarin to destroy a city like Sidney due to the earlier Operation Wallaby works. Gas masks and anti-Sarin/taburn antidotes are also in small numbers, too.
  • Japan: Continues to move west, until they finally reach the border with Tibet. Still a little more in the Northwest to conquer, they march on. Japan steps up Chemical weapons production, now gaining enough to wipe out Venezuela (Not like we want to, just a comparison), the Japanese claim. The Communist Faction in Korea is officially put down, although very few loyalists still make skirmishes.
  • South Africa: Research and development into battle cruisers begins. New elections in the nations result in a more liberal government that restores several rights to blacks, including abolishing the separate black voting roll and allowing all to vote under the same electoral roll. Suffrage for black women is introduced for the first time.
  • Mexico: Mexico SECRETLY asks Germany and Italy to declare war on Britain.
  • I secretly ask you to stop being implausible.
  • I secretly ask you how that is implausible?
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Korea continues to aid in invasion. Kim Il Sung escapes Korea and goes into exile in the Soviet Union.
  • Sweden expands its military and infrastructure. We begin a new highway project. Fermi develops some underdeveloped plans for some sort of superweapon, but he keeps this to himself. The Nationalist-Socialist Coalition in Parliament begins to call for the Swedes to begin a Four Year Vitalization Plan, and it is barely passed in the Parliament. Right now I'm doing something like the Nazi Four Year Plan.
    • German Diplomacy: Germany offers Sweden an alliance.
    • We say no.
  • Australia, that goes in your main post.
  • Spain: An attempted assassination on Francisco Franco fails. There are rumours of his going into exile in Portugal, which turns out to be a lie made by his friends. On September 2, the military starts an official takeover of the country, bringing everything to a halt in the dictatorship of the Second Republic. Most of the country has turned against the President and his rule, leading to a number of Fascist rebellions, including fighting in the Capital between the rebels and the loyal soldiers. There were plans to invade Portugal to find Franco, believing in the lie, but many advisors warn that this would be suicide at this rate, claiming that not only the Portuguese forces are prepared to fight, and have conscription, despite the country's small size. Plus, the Spanish would have to put up with the British attacking, due to the infamous treaty that has sparked many wars between the two countries. The Civil War has begun (though later than OTL, and with more supporters on the Fascist side).
The CoLA states that Mexico has been out of the organization for a while due to their pro-Fascist tendencies. Furthermore, we state that NO support will be given to Mexico if they get into a war.
  • Greece continues massive military buildup.
  • Ethiopia: The Ethiopians continue work on extending their rail network, modernizing their military with Japanese aid, and working on their economy.
  • Sorry about the delay. Had no access to the computer for a bit. ~Viva
  • Soviets: Farming is upgraded in most places.
  • Germany: After no response from either Britain or France, Hitler marches into Czechoslovakia, taking over the Sudetenland. The rest of Czechoslovakia falls shortly. (The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.) Hitler sets his eyes on further expansions. Meanwhile, an alliance is offered to Sweden in order to secure shipments of steel and iron. Tanks continue to be provided to the untermenschen of India. Meanwhile, Operation Wunderwaffe is going smoothly. The Panzer tank is also completely redesigned in order to prevent breakdowns on the battlefield.

1939[]

Axis vs Allies Reborn - 1939

1939

  • Japan: The Japanese steamroll over China, and soon its flag raises over all of China. China is split into East China (Directly ruled by Japan) and West China (Puppet state). Shanghai falls. The army and navy expands vastly, and India and Ethiopia are still supplied with weapons. Silk is exported at a higher price. A plan is drawn to invade Tibet in the Years to come. Gas production continues, And the Shogun V gas tank sees its first use in defeating the Chinese.
  • NO.
  • Milne, Hyperbole or hyper-expatiation? Well he could do very well due to his use of his "B2s" nerve gas weapons! The River Nile-2 (talk) 15:37, January 18, 2013 (UTC)
  • How is that implausible. I've been at the freaking invasion since 1934.5, already captured Their major cities, used chemical weapons, and already reached the border with Tibet, with a little area in China in the Northwest. What more do you possibly want to do. Germany had Czechoslovakia in one turn, and even though that's a smaller country and whatnot, once again, I've been at this invasion since 1934.5.
  • You do realize that the OTL war started earlier and dragged so long, that foreign powers had to interfere? Reaching Tibet in the first place was implausible. Four years is nothing is this war. Try a decade.
  • Tibet was a bit too far as yet.The River Nile-2 (talk) 16:08, January 18, 2013 (UTC)
  • Finland: The Fascist League sends an envoy in Germany to convince Hitler to give them support to stage a coup against the Finnish democratic government. The number of Fascist and Communist supporters grows throughout Finland.
    • Hitler agrees to support the coup. Some training officers and equipment are sent.
  • Sweden expands its military and economy. Sweden publicly denounces the invasion of Czechoslovakia and begins to mobilize troops. We continue to open new jobs as men prepare to go off to war and others, including young adults and women, have to take their places.
  • With the lack of UK and France, I hereby declare that the UK and France declare support for Czechoslovakia. Via mod event.
    • Mexican Dip: Mexico declares war on UK and France.
    • Why? Do you even realize how far that is? You have no capabilities to attack them yet.
    • I have the capability to take Belize, and I am coming to Germany's defense as their ALLY.
      • He's got a point, strike the UK when it's not looking and gain Belize or Jamaica, if the USA and Guatemala don't mind. The River Nile-2 (talk) 15:37, January 18, 2013 (UTC)
    • So? It's European business.
  • The Soviet Union all but invades Xinjiang, declaring the Uyghur Socialist Republic and sending several troops in. Sheng Shicai is even deposed in favor of a pro-Soviet Uyghur leader, Ehmetjan Qasimi. Meanwhile, Trotsky at last stages his coup, with Bukharin and Pyatakov taking power over Moscow while Trotsky rose in rebellion in Saint Petersburg. Much of the Soviet Army is bribed in order for it to change loyalties. The remaining loyalist outposts are taken by surprise. Moscow falls in the first attack, and by June Joseph Stalin is dead.
  • Trotskyism for the win!
  • The United States launches a blockade and an embargo against Mexico. The United States still refuses to intervene in European affairs, but views Fascist Mexico as a threat to national security. Meanwhile, the garrisons at the Panama Canal Zone and Guantanamo Bay are increased. The United States shuts the Panama Canal to Mexican and German-flagged vessels. The Mexican-American Border is increased with troops and the first division of M-4 Shermans arrive at San Diego via railroad and are immediately placed on the border. P-40 Warhawks and B-17 Flying Fortress are massed at airfields across the southwest from California to Texas, preparing for the inevitable war between Mexico and the US.
    • Mexican Dip: Mexico wants to reassure the United States that it has no intention of going to war with them, even in the event that the United States goes to war with Germany. Mexico also wants to assure that the United States knows that Mexico still allows human rights, and that Fascism is the popular choice in Mexico. We would like to invite a United States representative to show that we allow human rights. We also want to assure that the massive soldier buildup in the north is just for defensive purposes. We will call off our soldiers on your word that you will not invade Mexico. We also would like to state that we simply want to liberate Belize from British colonial rule, and emphasize that we are only coming to our ally Germany's defense, after the British and French declared war. We assure that we will not terrorize British, French nor American shipping, and would like to request that we may be able to use the Panama Canal. We also offer the United States a Non-Aggression Pact.
    • American Dip: Leave Belize. Then we'll talk.
    • War cancelled for now.
    • The whole war?
    • No, Mexico versus the Europeans. Colonies or not, you're not getting involved in this just yet. Wait for it to expand outside of Europe.
    • Do you not understand what an alliance is? Britain and Germany declared war on my ALLY!
    • It's more implausible at this point not to go to war, than to go to war. That's like if Russia declared war on the UK today in 2013. The US would be at war. Same principle.
    • Dude, don't even try to feed me this. I've been here for a good solid year (on the morrow). I know. You don't always join your ally right away. Especially when they're all the way over there. Today, you could pull it off. 1939? No way, Jose.
    • The USA could try to take a chance to annex the Bahamas while the UK and Mexico brawl. The River Nile-2 (talk) 15:37, January 18, 2013 (UTC)
    • However, your neighbor being a colony of your allies' enemy, is something I could pull off. Just because you've been "here" for a good year doesn't mean you're more intelligent, or correct for that matter.
    • Yes, and you are. However, here is that you would lose, and even the riskiest of Fascist governments (undoubtedly Italy) would not engage in a war they were sure to lose. Not to mention that you would lose land to the colony. And as a matter of fact, it does indeed. Your statement grows in incorrectness. For now, the only sane thing you can do is to send supplies to Germany. Also, neither Britain nor France has attacked Germany; they are supporting Czechoslovakia, which is on the defense.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Korea continues to aid in invasion.
  • Greece publicly condemns the invasion of Czechoslovakia. Troops are sent to France to help in the attack.
  • Spain: Most of the Republican Forces have switched sides to the Españoles del Ejército de Liberación (Spanish Liberation Army), shortened to EEL in most cases. The Españoles del Ejército de Liberación de la Fuerza Aérea (Spanish Liberation Army Air Force), the Españoles del Ejército de Liberación Fuerzas Terrestres (Spanish Liberation Army Ground Forces) and the Españoles del Ejército de Liberación Armada (Spanish Liberation Army's Navy) are all formed in the process also, given the acronyms of EELFA, EELFT and EELA respectively. The EELFA began a bombing campaign on Madrid, where many bombers taken from the Republican Air Force repeatedly strike the capital and blowing away any structure owned by the government.
  • Italy: Stating Hitler's expansion will not be tolerated, Mussolini's Italy declares war on Germany and invades German Austria with the goal of returning Germany to its original borders and having Austria hold a fair plebiscite on its future with independence, loose confederation and full union as the options. Italian forces unveil several new tanks thanks to spies in Berlin who stole the designs of some new Panzer tanks called the Leopard, and these new tanks along with infantry and air bombardment use a new tactic called "Fulmine di guerra", or lightning war, and ground begins to be made quickly while the mountains are fortified in case fallback is needed. Ethiopia is asked to join the war. If Ethiopia does so, it will gain Eritrea at the wars end and receive funding to modernize from Italy immediately. Mussolini catches bacterial meningitis, which can be fatal. A few weeks after the war declaration, and, wanting to seem friendly to democracy, establishes the Council of El Duche, which has one person from every Italian province, including Eritrea to help Italians everywhere.
    • Spies in Berlin? Where the hell did you get that?
  • Argentina builds up its military and economy. The economy shows signs of growth with the economic reforms now in full swing. The social reforms continue at a good pace. The ABI continues operations against corruption nationwide while the paramilitary squads continue the war on drugs. The Confederation of Latin America is in its final stages and the meeting of all three members regarding integration will occur in the fall.
  • Britain: UK declares war on Germany following the invasion of Czechoslovakia. Millions of troops are pulled from India to bolster the troops back home as every European nation is asked to help. The United States is especially asked to give assistance in these dark times. The terms of India's freedom are as follows: 1: Aid to Germany her allies must be cut off. 2: India is a free nation, though will become a Commonwealth i.e. Loyal to the Crown (does not force assisting Britain in wars, however) and 3: Not attacking any British Commonwealth or ally. Should these fair and proper terms be needlessly rejected, the UK will invade India. The terms are open to negotiation. Meanwhile, the increased production of military parts and equipment sparks a rise in jobs and thus the GDP.
    • American Dip: We will not directly get involved in European affairs, but establish a Lend-Lease Program to Britain and France. Ammunition, Food, Blood, Gasoline, Medical Supplies, Rubber, and Aluminum.
  • Australia: An alliance is offered to Tibet, Sweden, Greece, Thailand, USA, France and the UK. Australian troops leave Burma and go to Singapore. A new water works opens in Brisbane and Canberra. A one liter barrel of mustard gas is given to Chinese resistance fighters in Hainan Island. 2000 Aussies and 200 Papuans join the armed forces. The second assault ship and Supply ships are completed and a third supply ship is laid down. Two patrol boats, a mine sweeper and a mine layer are completed. 30 fighter aircraft, 31 light bombers, 11 medium bombers, 11 light civil cargo planes, 12 light passenger planes, 11 ground attack aircraft and 22 spotter planes are also made. Irrigation is improved around Brisbane. Ten Kangaroo tanks are made. 20 men, a mine sweeper and two fighter aircraft are sent to Dili and 20 men, one patrol boat and three fighters are sent to Empress Augusta Bay in Papua. 20 troops also land at and secure Port-Vila in Vanuatu. A prototype video machine and analogue 300 lines per minute Hz TV set is made by workers at Melbourne University. The Woomara test site sees the exploding of Australia’s experimental 1kt A-bomb and a nearby space program starts with the first rocket planned for 1955. All school kids of both genders are ordered to put on sailor dress when on campus or be chained up in the loo as revenge! Bye, I’m busy and I quit for good now. My nation is going to OreoToast555 control now.
  • South Africa: Democracy is promoted.
    • Greece accepts. :P
    • Listen, players don't get two nations, capisce? You leave, someone new takes your nation. How many times am I going to tell you this?
    • Codpiece?
  • Nepal: Military expansion begins. An alliance offer is sent to India, and a trade agreement to Britain and France.
  • Australia: A trade deal and alliance is offered to Nepal.
  • Nepali Dip: Accepts the offer.
  • India: We accept Britain's terms but we will become a democracy. Meanwhile, we bribe Germany's advisors to become part of the Indian military. We declare war on Japan and we send troops to China to push the Japanese empire and we begin operation as the dragon's rescuer.
    • Are you serious? You "bribe" officers to become part of the Indian army? German advisers consider Indians untermenschen- subhumans. Not gonna happen.
  • Ethiopia: The Imperial Ethiopian Navy is founded with the aid of the Japanese. It consists of a few cruisers and an old dreadnought purchased from Japan. Ethiopia sends troops to Japan as thanks for their helping the empire and seeks to prove Ethiopian military progress in their fighting China. The Imperial Ethiopian Air Force is reorganized to include a number of modern fighter craft, while the army receives a 300 indigenously built light tanks from Addis Ababa. The Emperor orders the construction of a heavy tank production facility at Axum and a second in Bahir Dar. The rail network is extended to include the cities of Harar, Jijiga and Mek'ele, while France is offered $250,000,000 for Djibouti (RNG please).
    • RNG: 3, so no. But, just join us (Germany/Soviet) and invade it :P France is too tied up with us to deal with ya.

1939.5[]

Axis vs Allies- Reborn - 1939.5

  • Bhutan: Offers a trade deal and military alliance to Nepal, Tibet and India. Roads and mountain valley bridges are improved. Bhutan arms its Sherpa and then invades several towns in the Sikkimese Kingdom before annexing the rest and expanding onto and into itself.
  • Canada: [Over the time I have been inactive, this has happened] Military developed heavily with many members of parliament anticipating war in Europe. Battleships are designed and mass construction of them in Nova Scotia begins. Radio Communications expanded exponentially across the nation. Alliances offered to the following: India, Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, France and the Scandanavian Nations. Government members contemplate starting an organization.
    • Sweden rejects for now.
    • Britain accepts.
  • Sweden sends forces across the Strait to begin landings in Germany as they meet up with the French border crossers and Royal Navy. We blockade the German coast.
  • ATTN: This might not become a WW-II. It looks like Japan is getting away with everything and no one is supporting Germany.
  • For Christ's sake. When we all supported Germany and tried to bash Japan, the admins lost their collective minds. Now that we aren't doing either, something is wrong? Please, we're doing the best we can. ~Viva
  • Listen here bub, that's because it was all screwed up. What we need here is at least Fascists sticking together - Italy with Germany, not Mexico. And no one tried to attack Japan, save Australia, which no one opposed.
  • Dean turned Italy into a democracy. The United States can go to war with Japan, Mexico and Germany, but it would be implausible, considering the isolationist views of the population. Enclavehunter (talk) 02:35, January 19, 2013 (UTC)
  • Fun fact: Mexico is Fascist.
  • Fun fact: You have no business in Europe yet.
  • That's why I said it would be implausible.
  • Fun fact: It is plausible for me to have business in Europe. I could easily take Belize, and Germany is not Fascist.
  • Belize is in the Americas, in case you haven't noticed... and Germany is basically Fascist-Socialist-Nationalist. NSDAP, remember?
  • I am not a player, but my history knowledge helps: The Fascists want to control the whole world, and whenever they have the chance they will try to take some territories. And there isn't anything similar to the Monroe Doctrine in Mexico, what's the problem with that? What's the problem with that? That is just that they stretch the Brits thin. Allies can help each other in invasion, why not? The Germans were stretched thin similarly OTL 1944-45 when they had to fight on two fronts, one against the US-UK-France alliance and the other against the Soviets. Also, look how both Japan and Russia were aided in the Russo-Japanese War in early 20th century. Laptop_Zombie 11:29, January 19, 2013 (UTC)
    • F..........OK, I'll say this once: there's a difference between colonies and the main nation.
  • This game looks crazy now.Laptop_Zombie 15:05, January 19, 2013 (UTC)
  • Or oblated and moribund?90.244.94.152 19:36, January 19, 2013 (UTC)
  • Actually, NSDAP is not Fascist. It is National-Socialist..
  • ...Didn't I just say that?
  • LaptopZombie, stop. Just stop. I've seen you complain on several map games about their "implausibility" when there is none. This game is plausible, Mexico is just run by an implausible player. He doesn't understand that Mexico at this time is centrist under the PRI. You frequently use your survival to the end of this map game as your credibility; last time I checked, two nations conquering the world is not plausible in the least. You also run a horribly implausible map game. I'd appreciate it if you'd save your cry of implausibility for when it is a legitimate problem. AP (talk) 21:22, January 19, 2013 (UTC)
  • What do you mean by 'several'? I've only got it in Napoleonic Europe Revised, where even Ianian58 who created the first Napoleonic Europe agreed with me, plus here. And if you say my map game is horribly implausible, then come and say whatever you want to. Nobody is perfect. I heard opinions as well in my map game and so modified it. One person cannot do everything, please listen. Laptop_Zombie 01:58, January 20, 2013 (UTC)
  • India: Industral activity rises and machery is made.
  • Ethiopia: The Ethiopian troops arrive in Japanese territory, and land outside of Beijing where they await the orders of their commanders working with the Japanese forces in China. The navy is expanded with three additional cruisers, and a number of landing ships are built to aid in the war in the East. The empire continues to expand the economic infrastructure with the construction of new factories in the northern highlands of Ethiopia, attracting farmers and peasants to the cities. The work needed to prevent massive droughts is nearing completion, and addition of a number wing of fighter craft is added to the IEAF. The first series of pure Ethiopian heavy tanks is expected by the end of 1939, and development of an Ethiopian military industry is underway starting in the city of Dire Dawa. The economy of Ethiopia is estimated to be $5 billion US dollars, slow growth for the empire, but expected to grow with the demands of a wartime economy.
  • Argentina builds up its military and economy. All reforms continue to work marvelously. The meeting with the other nations goes well, and integration will occur in 1941. With war breaking out worldwide, the Confederation of Latin America's united foreign policy states that it will be strictly non-aligned for a while. Trade with both sides will occur.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Korea continues to aid in invasion.
  • Germany: The German military machine invades the Low Countries in order to defend the Ruhr industrial region. Meanwhile, a few bombing raids causes Denmark to surrender (as in OTL). Germany takes about half of the Netherlands.
  • The Soviet Union sends support to Germany, stating that "although the Soviet Union and Germany might disagree on several points, Germany is not guilty of any crimes" and begins amassing troops on the borders with Finland, the Baltic States and Poland. Plans to integrate Tannu Tuva, Mongolia and Xinjiang begin.
  • Finland: The democratic government is reversed by a Fascist coup which immediately began to support Germany with resources and some volunteers. After seeing the Soviet mass at the frontier, the Soviet Union is asked for a non-aggression pact in exchange for the province of Finnish Karelia. A draft is instituted and Germany is asked for an alliance.
    • German Diplomacy: Germany accepts the Finnish alliance and begins sending troops and supplies to support Finland. They request the Soviet Union accept the Finnish offer.
    • Glad to see the Finns cooperate, the Soviet Union's Trotsky agrees to the Finnish offer. The troops are redirected further south.
  • Spain: The EEL successfully invades Madrid, after a campaign of bombing, and much combat between the Spanish Republican Air Force, and the Spanish Liberation Army's Air Force. With little to no foreign aid on either side, but with many switching sides to the EEL, along with taking the equipment from the government's military, the Civil War lasts shorter, though is nonetheless destructive to Madrid and many other cities nearby. President Alcalá-Zamora, in the midst of the siege, escapes the city with a Personal Guard of 100. In an attempt to abdicate to France or Britain, through Gibraltar, which is failed, when eight of his guards turn on him, and let the EEL know about this escape plan. He is arrested by the EEL and put on trial for his misdeeds against the Spanish nation. The Civil War mainly damaged Madrid and the towns and villages nearby (much less damage throughout the country than the OTL Civil War, though Madrid is mainly in ruins, much more than OTL), but General Francisco Franco is chosen by the EEL to lead the country as Caudillo (Leader, or Chief), and officially abolishes the Second Spanish Republic, and renames Spain, the Spanish State. The EEL will continue to search all over the country for Republican sympathizers, and make them ally with the Nationalists, or arrest/execute them.
  • Sweden continues to fight in the war. We introduce a draft, which opens several wartime jobs and other jobs for normal people who didn't proper jobs. We send troops to Germany to fight and across the Baltic to Poland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, to help protect them from the Soviets in case of invasion. We also prepare to send troops across via Denmark. (I know they surrendered in exchange for peace, but there are some discontented people.) I don't think I made this clear. Sweden had a popular revolt and got rid of all of its alliances. Then some terrorists killed Parliament and King. The new King and the new Parliament led Sweden into a period of nationalism and militarism, on the verge of socialism.
  • Greece continues to send troops to fight in the war against Germany. Greece supports Sweden's attack through Denmark also.

1940[]

AXIS POWERS PAGE! (GERMANY, USSR, FINLAND, SPAIN)

  • Bhutan: Offers a trade deal and military alliance to Thailand, China, Australia, the UK, Nepal, Tibet and India. Sikhs are banned by Buddhist radicals and a few roads are opened outward and inward to the mountain valleys.
  • Germany: Germany continues to push into the Low Countries with the help of the Soviet Union. Good progress is made, and Amsterdam is reached by the end of May. Amsterdam is under siege and is expected to capitulate shortly.
  • Spain: At least 100,000 men, women and children are being executed for their support of the Republican government. The borders of Portugal, France and Gibraltar are held, though under claims of security, they are actually to prevent any target from leaving the country. Many of the Gulag camps in the country and outside territories, are turned into internment camps, to give the Republicans a taste of their own medicine. With the current war going on up north in Europe, while oriented towards the Fascists, there is currently no wish to join the war, exhaustion from the Civil War being the main reason, though we many change our minds, if the Germans or Italians, sell their arms to us. (Rifles, tanks, equipment, etc.)
    • German Diplomacy: Germany offers to sell Spain top quality rifles, tanks, etc at low prices. They also remind Spain of the help they have given them during their civil war.
    • Spanish Diplomacy: Thanks the Germans for the help and the weaponry we've been given. Under Franco's new reforms, we promise to build a strong military.
  • Argentina builds up its military and economy. All reforms continue to work marvelously. Trading continues with both sides of the war, and the CoLA and its member states reassert their neutrality.
  • Nepal: Accepts Bhutan's alliance offer
  • Japan: In December 1939.5 Kim II Sung sends hundreds of Communist preachers into Japanese territory to spread Communist ideas. Because of this, The Japanese Secret Police brutally torture and eventually execute him. This causes a furor in Manchuria and Korea, and eventually even northern Japan. The Chinese still alive, and many of the citizens uprising, the Emperor puts General Anami in charge of the government, and flees to a safe area in south Japan. But the Uprising beucomes bloody, and a bunch of guerrilla groups wreak havoc and preach Communisim across the country. They reach one of the largest gas stockpiles in Japan, andfrequently bomb Kyoto. many peole die on both sides. An assassination attempt on Anami is successful. Citizens supporrting each side begin turning on their brothers, and a true civil war begins. Hirihoto is captured and killed by the middle of may, but imperial soldiers continue to fight back. The Chinese take advantage of this, and take back a little of land.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved.
  • Finland: The economy recovers quickly and we offer the Soviet Union a trade deal. The political and economical reform are mostly pass, making Finland a true Fascist state. The military grew and Germany continued to receive cheap resources to support them. Finland develops its own tanks and the military begins to fortify the Swedish border in case of a sneak allied attack.
  • Greece continues to send troops to support the Netherlands against the Germans.
  • Ethiopia: A 50,000-man expeditionary force is organized by the Emperor to be sent to Europe to aid the Germans in their war against the Allies. He cites the generous support of the two Axis powers of Italy and Japan as reason for his choice to aid them in their war. The Imperial navy is expanded to include a number of destroyers and frigates, while the air force is now sporting home-built Ethiopian designs to decrease reliance on imports from other nations. The Ethiopians in China push the some of the Chinese forces back from Japanese-territories. Economic development continues with the expansion of the rail network, and a number of airports are built in the larger cities.
  • Neither Italy nor Japan are in the Axis.
  • Huh, I was thinking in OTL terms given their already pre-existing alliances by then. My bad.
  • United States: The United States continues to remain neutral in the European War, but the Lend-Lease Program continues to Britain and France, with the US Navy escorting the merchant ships to and from Britain and France. Meanwhile, a group of U.S. soldiers are killed near the Mexican-American Border, and an investigation reveals footprints and motor vehicles retreating back to the border. President Roosevelt condemns the innocent killing of soldiers on their homeland and demands that Mexico hand over the suspects that killed the soldiers, or face war. (Trying to start an war, as there are no mod events). Meanwhile, the garrison in the Philippines is increased, and the Pacific Fleet is deployed to Manila.
  • Be careful. I tried using that as an excuse with Zaire, and it didn't fly with the mods.
  • I'll be careful.
  • Italian Republic El Duche: The Italian Army succesfully takes Vienna and most of former Austria from the Germans and the plebiscite is set up with three options: federation with Italy, loose confederation / commonwealth, and full independance. The results come in and loose confederation / commonwealth with Italy is chosen, and Austrian representatives arrive in Rome where they sign the Treaty of Rome with Italy creating the Dominion of Austria, a basically independent Austria but with Italy controlling its foreign affairs and military while Austria controls a local Home Guard and its internal affairs. Italian forces soon prepare to advance into the German heartland and take Munich.
    • Algorithm? And you do realize that Austria WANTED to join with Germany in a union??!
  • India: Military forces continue to push the Japanese out of China we begin the second battle of Beijing and create our very first tank - the Jaguar tank. It has a 90mm gun with two 50 cal machine gun with 56mm armor.

1940.5[]

  • Japan: The Communists cut off supplies from other areas and practically surround Tokyo. Gas various parts of the city, and fight a long bloody battle. In colonized China, uprisings there continue, and along with the Indian soldiers, the Communists give the upper hand, eventually the near millions of guerrilla fighters all over the place wear out the imperialists, and they surrender. Japan technically becomes Communist, but many of the southern islands claim to be independent from the Communists (Like Taiwan and the PRC). India/China is sent an offer, as long as they can keep the northeastern area from Manchuria to Beijing, China can have the rest (Including Beijing). The "Free" south Japan continues to fight back.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Korea also declares independence as the Republic of Korea and becomes a democracy.
  • Japanese Dip: Offers Korea to be a self-governing region again, as long as they are not an imperialist government.
  • Korea Dip: Not wanting any trouble, Korea agrees.
  • Ethiopia: The Ethiopian troops in China fall back to Taiwan, and are bolstered by 27,000 additional reinforcements sent from the empire, bring Ethiopian troop level there up to about 50,000. Given the dire straits of the situation in Japan, the Ethiopian commanding officer assumes control of the Taiwanese government "until further notice". The Ethiopian government continues to invest in local development putting all of the modern equipment given by Italy and Japan to widescale usage, and bring Ethiopia up to the same level of prestige and power as its overseas counterparts. The railroad network is extended to include Somalia's cities and isolated regions of the empire.
  • Greece: Continues to expand its army and navy.
  • Finland: Continues to build up the military and many volunteer brigades join and go to Germany to support the Germans. The government defends itself from any accusation by remembering the east that they are volunteers. The Swedish frontier continued to be fortified and a tank is developed and begun to be mass produced. The economy hit a level never reached before as the war in Europe ends poverty to answer the war industry.
  • Argentina builds up its military and economy. All reforms continue to work marvelously. Trading continues with both sides of the war, and the CoLA and its member states reassert their neutrality. Integration will begin next year.
  • Spain: The military is fully updated to German standards, now consisting of 150 Panzerkampfwagen I, 56 T-26 (captured from the Spanish Republican Army) and 300 Verdeja light tanks (the latter in production for the EELFT with Panzer II designs), 300 Panzer III (with an order for 1,000 more), 250 Panzer IV medium tanks (with an order for 850 more) and potential designs for a heavy tank, named the E-41X Trituradora, planned to start production of 500 models next year. The EELA also receives a massive boost in construction, to restore the days of our legendary Armada, when it rivalled the British and French Navy. This includes the construction of the Iberia-class battleship, much heavier, larger and more powerful than the Espana-class battleships of the past. At least five Iberia-class battleships are in construction, along with 20 Madrid-class destroyers, 50 Cataluña-class submarines, and most notably, aircraft carriers being produced, making three of the newly developed Habsburg-class. A majority of the new ships for the EELA will be produced on the Mediterranean Coast, mainly near Valencia and Rota. For the EELFA, which will complement the Habsburg carriers, most planes from the Republican Air Force will be replaced by 30 Heinkel He 112 and at least 1,000 Messerschmitt Bf 109 fighter planes, and an order for 1,000 Messerschmidt Bf 110 heavy/night bombers. For bombers, the EELFA consists of 1,000 Junker Ju 87 light bombers (with orders for an additional 500) and 20 Fiesler Fi 167 carrier-based bombers being bought. 100 Junker Ju 88 (along with an additional 700 being ordered) and offers to buy all 93 of the Soviet Air Force's Petlyakov Pe-8 heavy bombers, with offers to buy the license to produce Spanish versions of the heavy bomber for the EELFA. Conscription is fully introduced, and funding to the military is increased nearly twenty times the size of the original budget of the Spanish Republican Armed Forces, leading to a massive portion of the GDP going to building up the EEL. Each soldier is to be trained in combat, using the many climates available within Spain, from the deserts to the south, to the rain forests and mountains to the north. All soldiers of the EELFT, and soldiers on the ships of the EELA, will be trained to use the Karabiner 98k rifle, including plans to help develop a semi-automatic rifle with the Germans, (something like the Gewehr 41). A secret plan is being developed by the highest ranked Commanders of the EEL in Madrid with Caudillo Francisco Franco, though this kept private at the moment.
  • Mind blown.
  • I know. Right. XD
  • Modly Eventerisms: Mexico is now in the war. (Thou art granted permission.) Guerrilla Mexicans attack small US border camps. France sends north to the Netherlandish regions and across the border into Germany. Britain sends the Royal Navy in. The Phoney War is over.
  • Sweden sends more troops across as we continue to expand our military, building new things and stuff in our over employed factories. Jobs continue to fill up as women and the formerly unemployed take new jobs. A new Four Year Plan for wartime passes in Parliament. Biannual elections are held and the Socialists gain dominance in the Coalition with the Nationalists and Conservatives. We invade Finland and the Prime Minister states that "the reconquest of Finland is what the American flippers say--easy pickings." We continue to send stuff to the four Baltic states to help them in case of Soviet invasions. Secretly, we send a message to the Soviet Union to see if they are willing to invade Finland together.
  • Mexico asks to join the axis powers. Mexican forces begin to prepare a defensive war with America, and an invasion of Belize.
    • Spanish Diplomacy: Offers to welcome our Mexican brothers into the Axis Powers, with hopes that other members welcome Mexico too.
  • Germany: Germany continues to push into the Netherlands and fortify. They set their eyes on Belgium next.
    • Ethiopian Dip: The Emperor wishes the Germans to remember that they have the entire Ethiopian army sent to Europe at their disposal. (That's code for "add Ethiopia to your future algorithms".)
  • Greece continues to send military aid to the nations under attack by Germany.
  • The Soviet Union declares war on Estonia and Latvia, and invades them early within the year, trying to "spread Communism to our enemies". Secretly, Leon Trotsky declines the Swedish offer, although he doesn't make it public. A Finnish SSR is established in Karelia, Kola, East Karelia and Ingria (Leningrad remains an RSFSR enclave) but Finland is assured that it doesn't plan invasion, sending aid against the Swedes.

  • Australia/The River Nile-2: With my other one busy map game dead, my domestic life improving and this game heating up at last, I'm joining up again. I might be off for several days in two, four and five weeks time from now due to work. The River Nile-2 (talk) 01:48, January 23, 2013 (UTC) Is the map cannon? The River Nile-2 (talk) 13:31, January 23, 2013 (UTC)
  • Yes.
Axis vs Allies- Reborn - 1941

1941?

  • Australia:
    The 1941 Aussie land grab.

    The 1941 Aussie land grab.

A new water works opens in Brisbane and Canberra. A one liter barrel of mustard gas is given to Chinese resistance fighters in central China. 4,000 Aussies and 1,200 Papuans join the armed forces. A third assault ship and Supply ships are completed and a third supply ship is laid down. Two patrol boats, a mine sweeper and a mine layer are completed. 30 fighter aircraft, 31 light bombers, 15 medium bombers, 11 light civil cargo planes, 12 light passenger planes, 11 ground attack aircraft and 22 spotter planes are also made. The Alliance with Bhutan is excepted. 80 rifles are sent to Nepal and 20 to Bhutan. Irrigation is improved around Brisbane. 30 Kangaroo tanks are made. 120 men, a mine sweeper and two fighter aircraft are sent to Dili and 120 men, one patrol boat and three fighters are sent to Empress Augusta Bay in Papua. 120 troops also land at and secure Port-Vila in Vanuatu. 'Operation Wallaby' recommences its modest gas-mask and taburn and sarin production. Seeing that the Netherlands is collapsing to the Germans, Australia sends a Frigate, Assault ship, a mine sweeper, 1,000 troops, six fighters and a light bomber to capture Dutch West Timor (the bit that is not East Timor) for democracy, before Germany or Japan does. A similar force lands in and around the mouth of the river Mamberamo in Dutch New Guinea.
  • Mexico: Mexican soldiers start to make the first break in Belize, crushing a border patrol unit. Belizean Nationalists are encouraged to wage guerrilla warfare on the few British soldiers in Belize. Governor of Belize, Sir John Adams Hunter is assassinated by a Belizean nationalist. Meanwhile, at the northern border, 30 miles inland, a wall is being constructed by indentured servants, the wall is designed for the defense of Mexico. Mexico invades Belize up to Belize City, taking around half of the nation, while also exterminating Britishman. "Belize for the Belize".
  • India: Navy Assaults Shanghai.
  • Finland: The Finnish troops support by the Soviet stop the Swedish attack but failed to push them back. The government send an official declaration of war against Sweden but restrains itself to declare war against the allies, which is still planned for later. Germany is asked for some equipment or some brigades to take Sweden out of the war and limit the allies access to the Baltic Sea while securising a large Iron producer.
  • Argentina welcomes the final integration of the Confederation of Latin America. With Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia acting as one, the path for future prosperity has been solidly built. Reforms in Argentina continue. Military operations continue as they have been for nearly eight years making the country into the safest in Latin America. The military is built up. Trade continues with both sides, though the Directors secretly sympathize more with the Allies than wretched Germany.
  • Canada: Discussions in Ottawa to offer support in Europe are turned down as it would most likely be too costly for now, armed forces go on a massive advertisement campaign to gain soldiers. Industry expanded. Battleships and corvettes are built.
  • Spain: The Spanish State offers Mexico assistance in their war, otherwise, the EEL build up their own forces. The EELA continues massive buildup, building the new massive Armada from their previous embarrassing state of when it was the pathetic Spanish Republican Navy. The five Espana-class battleships, the Andalusia, the Aragon, the Basque, the Castile and the Cataluna, all being built in the new state-of-the-art dry docks of Cartagena, while the three Habsburg-class aircraft carriers, the Carlos, the Felipe and the Joanna, which are all being built in new larger factories in El Forrel. Many of the ships will not be completed until 1942, which causes the EELA to rely on the older ships of the past Republican Navy, plus the newly built submarines and cruisers to guard the coast for now, until the Madrid-class destroyers finishing being built this Summer. In other military plans, the EELFT brings in many soldiers, complete with Wehrmacht-level training, into combat ready stage, along with the completion of constructing Verdaja 1 light tanks, which will join alongside the German tanks, followed by the Trituradora heavy tank finishing production by the summer. At least 250,000 soldiers, 650 fighter planes, 500 bomber planes (almost all of them Junker Ju 87 light bombers) and 350 tanks of all types are stationed at the EEL base in Badajoz. While only about 50,000 soldiers and 100 tanks are placed at Ceuta, 600 bombers (included are 90 Petlyakov Pe-8 heavy bombers) and 450 fighter planes are placed at the EEL Ceuta Base. Government messages insist to all parties, that it is only military training for defense.
  • India: We continue to take back south Chinese land and we prepare for an invasion of South Japan.
  • I prepare to strike out your post.
  • Ethiopia: The Ethiopian navy is expanded to include a number of new battleships, and plans to purchas e a carrier from Japan are underway. The Ethiopian Expeditionary Force in Europe receives an additional 35,000 troops after the successful invasion of the Netherlands, impressing skeptics at home. The Imperial Air Force is expanded with a force of 300 fighters, 160 bumbers, and 40 transport craft, and the army purchases 500 heavy tanks from the Dire Dawa heavy factory for their planned invasion of mineral-rich North Yemen to support the Ethiopian military demands at home.
  • In Sweden, a Socialist-controlled terrorist attack destroys the Nationalists and minorities in Congress. The Socialists use this opportunity to cease military action against the Axis. Instead, we declare war on Britain and France and ask to join the Axis Powers. However, Finland is not notified of these changes and we continue to maintain a military presence in Finland. We ask the Soviets if they are now willing to turn on Finland and ask German permission to do so. We send aid to Spain against the French invaders and we ask for an alliance and vice-versa aid from Japan.
  • Greece Industry built up as it continues to send military aid to the nations under attack by Germany.
    • Germany: Germany welcomes Sweden into the Axis, but asks them to not invade Finland for now. But you can invade Norway. :)
    • Deal. ;) Sweden invades Norway.
    • Spanish Diplomacy: Welcomes Sweden into the Axis, having befriended another powerful country to our cause.
  • Britain expands its military. It continues to ask assistance from the United States.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved.
  • Germany: Germany continues to advance along the low countries, taking over Belgium and Luxembourg (cmon, give me Luxembourg :P). With their western border secured, troops begin massing in Poland in preparation for a strike. After three months, the attack happens. Thousands of troops and tanks pour into Poland. The Luftwaffe pounds Polish positions.
    • OK, Im not a Mod, but I agree, tiny Luxembourg caveing in is a no-brainer. It's inevitable in my view. The River Nile-2 (talk)

1941.5[]

  • Australia: German, Indian and Japanese flagged vessels are banned from Aussie waters and trade sanctions are applied to Germany and Japan. New state-of-the-art dry-docks are built in Brisbane and Adelaida. A new water works opens in Darwin and Canberra. A one liter barrel of mustard gas is given to Chinese resistance fighters in central China. 12,000 Aussies and 2,500 Papuans join the armed forces. A coastal patrol submarine is layed down. A fourth assault ship and Supply ships are completed and a 5th supply ship and a cruiser is laid down. Two patrol boats, a mine sweeper and a mine layer are completed. 30 Kangaroo tanks are made. 32 fighter aircraft, 21 light bombers, 15 medium bombers, 15 light civil cargo planes, 12 light passenger planes, 12 ground attack aircraft and 20 spotter planes are also made. 20 Vickers guns and 50 rifles are sent to Greece. Loyal Australia offers an alliance to the British and sends 80 men, two spotter planes, one light bomber, one patrol boat and two Kangaroo tanks to re-inforce British forces in Brunei, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Auckland, Aden and Suva. A similar force lands in Dili and the recently captured mouth of the river Mamberamo in Dutch New Guinea. Protests occur in Hobart and Darwin over the looming war. An old fishing boat, 25 rifles and 30 hand grenades are given to locals and Dutch expats in the Kei Islands, so as to undermine any attempt by Germany to annex the colony after the fall of the Netherlands; and also to stop China, India and Japan taking a chance for empire in the Maluku Islands region.
    • What the hell! I'm not an ally of Germany or Japan!
    • Australia was white supremacist until the mid 1950's. Do you want my people to lynch me? Only Germany and Japan have trade sanctions and a shipping ban. India is not under sanctions, just a shipping ban.The River Nile-2 (talk) 18:56, January 24, 2013 (UTC)
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved.
  • Spain: On the sunrise of July 11, Phase I of Operation Conquistar begins, as 300 bombers (90 Petlyakov Pe-8 heavy bombers and 210 Junker Ju 87 light bombers) and 250 fighters (200 Messerschmidt Bf 109 light fighters and 50 Messerschmidt Bf 110 heavy fighters) fly from the EEL Ceuta strike Gibraltar, aiming mainly for the British Navy ships, and then the RAF base, in order to incapacitate the British Armed Forces in the Mediterranean Sea. First, all the battleships and destroyers that are docked at the Gibraltar base are all targeted, an unknown number of ships, though the British RAF bases are fired upon next by bombers and fighters, with the goal to destroy all RAF planes and kill the pilots. The next part of Phase I is to fire upon all soldiers of the British Army, and then bombard the British Military Hospital Gibraltar, in order to destroy any chance of the British soldiers recovering, followed by firing upon St Bernard's Hospital. Any one seen running, soldier or civilian, are to be fired upon by the fighter planes. Phase II, after the Navy and Air Force of Britain is incapacitated, is to have the EELFT roll in from Ceuta, and hopefully proclaim Gibraltar as Spanish once more as part of the Spanish State, for the first time in over two centuries. This operation must take one day, as no more stealth attacks will be possible once this occurs. (Yes, Phase I is like OTL Pearl Harbor Attack)
  • Finland: The Swedish forces are asked to return to their territory ( by the way, we have no algorithm for this war). With the direct neighbor joining the Axis cause, Finland decide to officially join the war with Germany and declare war against the Allies power. Many brigades are send on the western front and Sweden is offer support to beat Norway.
  • Mexico: Joint Mexican-Spanish forces crush the British in Belize, which is annexed into Mexico as an autonomous nation. Mexican soldiers from Belize now travel to the United States border, where they wait to defend. Mexico takes a little piece of the northern Belize, while Belize becomes Mexican Belize. Meanwhile, Mexico starts to develop a new gun, a Pistola Ametralladora (Sub-machine Gun), called the MPA41.
  • Greece: Surrenders. decides to break an alliance with Italy and France and join the Axis powers. Military aid is sent to Sweden in its invasion of Norway.
  • Mexican Dip: Welcome Greece, good choice.
  • I sent the cowards a few thousand tonnes of iron ingots, five Carden Loyd tankettes, 30 Vickers machine guns, five Vickers Medium Mark II tanks and 50 rifles in two other posts!
  • Implausogasm.
  • Military buildup continues in Argentina and the reforms move into their ninth year, as does the crime war.
  • People, it's kind of implausible/borderline metagaming for nations to randomly switch sides just because they don't want to lose.
  • Uh, Italy did it twice in real life. Switching from the Central Power to the Entente in 1915, and again in in 1943 from the Axis to the Allies. So its not implausible. In fact, pick up any history book, and you'll find a host of nations that jumped ship to save themselves. ChaCha! :D ~Viva
  • Actually, both times were because they were occupied and then changed sides ~ Some Dimsum guy
  • Italy was never occupied during World War I, and it overthrew Mussolini during World War II in 1943 while fighting the Allies. ~Viva
  • Vichy France gave up and sold out to Germany rather than be crushed like the rest of France. The River Nile-2 (talk) 08:52, January 24, 2013 (UTC)
  • Viva, you're wrong. Italy fought with the Entente in WW-I because AH was the aggressor, which violated the terms of their alliance. Either Greece surrenders, or keeps fighting and gets conquered. ~ Scraw
  • How could I be wrong if you just said something completely different from what I said? I said Italy was never occupied. You said it was. This was simply the fact that Italy did switch. Italy was never occupied during WW-I. The farthest the Central Powers got was Venetia, but they never took the Po Valley. The fact of the matter is that Italy was on the CP's side for a solid year, then switched sides because it was under attack and didn't want to lose, hence switching sides. Same during WW-II where working with the Allies was more beneficial than working with the Axis, because Italy didn't want to lose. If they didn't think they were going to lose, and they were, the Italians wouldn't have overthrown their leader halfway through the conflict. For Christ's sake, how am I the only one that knows this? ~Viva
  • Dude, no one is talking about occupation.
  • "Actually, both times were because they were occupied and then changed sides." Appearently someone was. And I was pretty certain that I was talking about why Italy switched sides until the matter of occupation came up. At this point I am thoroughly confused and no longer care. Back to game. ~Viva
  • United States: The narrow victory by the Mexicans leads to placing General Patton in charge of the 1st Army, which moves into Texas, and Omar Bradley in charge of the 2nd Army, which is stationed at San Diego. Meanwhile, the United States Navy, with its superior navy, sets up a naval blockade of Mexico, hoping to crush its economic power, and thus prevent the financing of the military. The Panama Canal is shut down to all Axis Powers. An alliance is offered to Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica (RNG, please) to help stop Mexican Imperialism to the south. Research on the P-51 Mustang begins, while development of a nuclear bomb begins (now can I?)
    • Mexican Dip: Mexico offers the United States a temporary ceasefire.
    • Aussie Dip: An alliance is offered to the USA and UK.
    • Yes, now you can work on your nukes.
  • Ethiopia: The Ethiopians march on Denmark to secure the area for the Axis, and prepare for the future invasion of the British Isles from there. Elsewhere, preparations for the invasion of North Yemen are underway. The development of new tank and airplane factories continue, and a new series of fighter planes are built to increase the power of the Axis forces over Britain.
  • You are not doing anything in Europe except helping Germany/USSR/Sweden/Finland for now. Plus Denmark already capitulated.
  • Didn't you already say that on the talk page? You know, the one you posted on last night? You said it once, now its just annoying. ~Viva
  • Didn't you just ignore that on this page? You know, in the post you just wrote now here? I wouldn't have to say it twice if you listened. ~
  • You know, typing your own words to make a point is such a wonderful thing. ~Viva
  • Yes, I agree, which is why I took the liberty of writing those sentences and this one. ~ MSS
    • Will every one please calm down! The River Nile-2 (talk)
    • I was calm. Scraw just had to make sure that I read what he said on the talk page twice. ~Viva
    • OK.
  • Italy: Italy launches an invasion of Yugoslavia (with its piece of crap and worthless army as put by Scrawdad Scribblescratch), and begins to gain ground. Military buildup continues and the Italians offer an armistice to Germany. The Council of El Duche is disbanded, and Italy is returned to direct rule of Mussolini.
  • Sweden continues to fight its wars. Unbeknownst to the Finnish government, we are slowly invading and taking their northern small villages (you know, those villages with 100 - 500 people) that no one notices. We again ask the Soviets to turn on the Finns. We invade Estonia and Latvia. Enrico Fermi introduces his plans for a superweapon to the government. The Socialist Premier views these as very valuable and contracts Fermi to lead a massive project to build this weapon. It is costly, and we seize Svalbard from Norway for uranium deposits.
  • India: We invade South Japan with a force of 800,000 strong. Within three months we take South Japan and hand it over to Communist Japan
  • India player banned for two days for prolonged implausibility and ignorance of warnings.
  • Japan: Asks to join the Axis powers. In China, India's supply line is cut off by ships and bombers, and the Indians are surronuded by an outnumbering army, and are repedately pounded over and over again by everything theyve got, while multiple ships and watchplanes cut off most men and supplies coming for support. We hope the others in the Axis alliance will come to their aid, and Sweden and Germany are sent troops. More scientists begin making more lethal gasses. By the way, when we have PvP wars with possible intervention on both sides, do I do the algorithm, does India, or do the mods?.
  • You do it, then the mods will go over it.
    • Sweden accepts Japan into the Axis on behalf of everyone else.
  • Germany: Germany gears up for the final push into France.

1942[]

Axis vs Allies- Reborn - 1942

1942 if it is cannon.

Bulgaria, Hungary, and Romania join the Axis.

  • Australia:Bush fires are quelled outside Cairns, but some sill burn near Mumbaguri. The German and Japanese ambassadors are kicked out and relations are cut. Indian and Korean ships are given permission to re-enter Australian waters. New state-of-the-art dry-docks are built in Sidney. A new water works opens in Perth and a salt mine opens in Onslow (Western Australia). General mobilization occers-22,000 Aussies, 2,400 Papuans, 16 Nauruan and 12 West Timorese join the armed forces. A fifth (and final) assault ship, a coastal patrol submarine and the cruiser ships are completed. A second cruiser is laid down. A new coastal patrol submarine is laid down. Yet another patrol boat, a mine sweeper and a mine layer are completed. 50 Vickers guns, 500 rifles and 30 Kangaroo tanks, 25 fighter aircraft, 20 light bombers, 15 medium bombers, 15 light civil cargo planes, 24 Carden Loyd tankettes, 12 light passenger planes, 12 ground attack aircraft and 15 spotter planes are also made. Ten Vickers guns, five Carden Loyd tankettes, two fighter planes and 150 rifles are sent to the remaining anti-Axis forces in Greece and another identical batch is sent to the UK and New Zealand. Loyal Australia offers an alliance to the British and sends 50 men, a spotter plane, a fighter plane, a patrol boat and a Kangaroo tank to re-enforce British forces in Singapore. 150 more troops, a fighter, a patrol boat and a spotter plane expand the enclave at the recently captured mouth of the river Mamberamo in Dutch New Guinea a few pixels south and east. Protests occur in Hobart, Cairns and Darwin over the growing war. The former PM Robert Menzies agrees with his short lived successor Arthur Fadden and the new PM. (as of October 1941) John Curtin that the parties must have a common war strategy and agree on a common front on foreign affairs (as in OTL/real life). The Germans failed to claim the Dutch East Indies after the Dutch were defeated, so Australia requests the now disowned Dutch Governor to join Australia as a protectorate to secure democracy and stability in the region (RNG needed for the NWI governor’s response). The mutes that were captured in East Timor and sent to Christmas Island are all shot along with their 'pro-Chinese' white leader as a security measure.
    • The Mods have RNG this in my favour, so The Dutch West Indies are now Aussie dependencies. Ask. Fegelein! Fegelein! Fegelein! The Aussies prepare to decide on how it's run and who the governors(s) will be.
  • Ethiopia: The Ethiopians send their invasion force to North Yemen to take their vital oil fields to aid in the expansion of Ethiopian military assets. The country falls to the larger and better equipped Ethiopians as they march into North Yemen after two weeks of heavy fighting. (See algorithm for more.) The expansion of the navy takes priority are the Ethiopians gear up to send additional reinforcements to Taiwan where their forces there are holed up while the Japanese are engaged in a civil war. A force of 12,000 troops is sent to Taiwan to enlarge the Ethiopian expeditionary forces there. A force of 30,000 troops in the area are sent to take Hainan from the Chinese to establish a permanent base of operation in the area as well.
  • Spain: The Caudillo, Francisco Franco, has laughed since Gibraltar fell and the British can do nothing about it, nor have they responded to the destruction of one of their largest military bases. Japan is welcomed into the Axis. Now having an ally in Asia, the Axis covers three continents. The Navy completes construction of three of the battleships, and one of the carriers, with the other two battleships and two carriers still being built in the dry docks. Plans to assist the Mexican Navy in breaking the US fleet are planned but kept secret, due to the U.S. not currently at war with us. The EEL already beefs up the defense near Portugal, along with bringing 100,000 soldiers, 200 tanks, 250 fighter planes, and 100 bomber planes to the EEL Jaca, in case France decides to attack Spain, though with their focus on Germany will likely prevent a full-scale invasion. The EEL Pontevedra base also receives a boost, with 75,000 soldiers, 400 tanks, 150 fighter planes and 200 bomber planes, if Portugal declares war. Speaking of Portugal, the Caudillo sends an ultimatum to the Portuguese, join the Axis or face annihilation (will Mods choose what the Portuguese choose as their decision?).
    • The Axis sends an ultimatum to the Portuguese to stop trade with the Allies or face annihilation. After a few discussions, the Portuguese agree to the Axis ultimatum.
  • Germany: Germany invades France in a massive operation known as Fall Rot, or Case Red. Over one million soldiers pour into France through the heavily wooded Ardennes region, taking both British and French forces by surprise. After about a month, France falls. (See algorithm). Meanwhile, concentration camps begin in Die Endlösung, or the Final Solution. Millions of Jews are deported to camps in Poland and Germany to be worked to death. However, top Jewish scientists continue to work on Operation Wunderwaffe. Meanwhile, Djibouti is given as a gift to Ethiopia. Also, the Wehrmacht invades Italy to teach it a lesson.
    • Ethiopian R: Ethiopia sends its regards to Germany for its gift and recent successes.
    • Spanish Diplomacy: The Spanish ask for some French territories in Africa, including Morocco and Algeria, and offers to give 50% of oil produced to Germans for free in return.
    • German Diplomacy: Germany agrees.
  • United States: The United States Navy begins developing the Missouri-class battleship, while development of defenses along the Atlantic and Pacific Coast, as well as the southern border continues. General Patton and General Bradley begin to plan for a possible invasion against Mexico, but President Roosevelt orders the two generals to begin preparing the military for an attack on the Pacific or Atlantic Coast. Meanwhile, military defenses along the southern border continue, while B-17's, with fighter escorts, begins bombing Mexico City, Tijuana, Monterrey, Ciudad Juarez, and Veracruz with regular and incendiary bombs. The garrison in the Philippines and Hawaii is increase. Research on the nuclear bomb continues, while the garrison at the Panama Canal is enforced.
    • American Dip: The United States offer the Dutch colonies in the Americas protection from the German War Machine (RNG, please).
    • RNG Result: Only Suriname accepts.
  • Sweden continues to do stuff in the war. Estonia and Norway fall to Sweden. We press on in Latvia. We also send invasion forces into Lithuania. We are disgusted at the German actions and prepare to leave the Axis Powers. (My plan all along. I am pulling a Soviet Union! Mwahahahaha!) Work continues on Enrico Fermi's super weapon, which he calls the atomic bomb, a curious thing.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved.
    • Aussie Dip: New Caledonia (That blue island by Australia) is offered Australian protection from the German War Machine (A RNG, please). They reject the offer and go to Vichy.
  • Finland: Send our congratulations to Germany and continue to build up our defense mostly in southern Finland while offering Germany support for an eventual invasion of Britain. (Can I really ignore what happened in my country, I think have guard at the frontier like everyone else.)
  • Japan: Takes back Shanghai and much of South China, thanks Sweden and the Axis for letting us in and we send troops to help in France and Norway.
  • Britain: The military in mainland Britain is bolstered as the nation drafts millions of citizens this year. The navy patrols British waters and bans all Finnish ships from entering British waters. Mines are placed in the North Sea and Celtic Sea. Escorts are provided to non-military ships entering British waters. Refugees from Gibraltar flood into Britain. The Royal Air Force creates a perimeter above major British cities. Meanwhile, the military in the African territories is expanded. The troops in South Yemen, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates prepare to defend against Ethiopia if the time comes. Help from all British Commonwealths is requested against the Axis powers. The US is again asked to help against Germany and the Axis forces. Japan is requested to help against the Axis forces as well by hitting the Soviet Union.
    • Germany: Germany takes Egypt as a show of force on how helpless Britain is. Germany demands the surrender of Britain at once.
    • Ethiopia: Following the latest German victory in Egypt, the Ethiopians march on Anglo-Egyptian Sudan to link up with the German forces now that Ethiopia can more fully support their ally.
  • Uh, I kinda have to be with the Axis, because that's where the only other Commies are and I had a trade agreement with Ethiopia before all this ever happened, have you not been reading my posts.
  • In Argentina, military build up continues. The Director of Argentina, Elias Castro, runs for another term. He is reelected by a landslide. His reforms continue but their effects are visible; Buenos Aires is thriving, the poor are getting aid, the industrial cities are booming, and extreme poverty is being decimated. Drugs and crime have reached an all-time low and the military will conduct sweeps every so often after an undisclosed number of years. A request to Peru and Chile is made regarding membership into the CoLA. The Director meets with both presidents and states that joining makes economic sense, seeing the prosperity of the three member states in the CoLA.

1942.5[]

Axis vs Allies- Reborn - 1942.5

  • A shocking event takes place in Sweden. Following 27 September coup, the Socialists have been ejected from control and the Nationalists regain power. All military action in support of the Axis Powers is ceased and we join the Allies under our new government. Troops are sent into Finland and south into Germany, although we send a non-aggression pact to the Soviet Union. The prototype for the Fermi super weapon is nearly completed and we begin to draft a list of targets. We draft troops from Norway, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia to fight against the Axis and we reveal several Axis plans to the British, and we send the former Norwegian Navy to support the British, while we single-handedly invade Germany. We send letters of unconditional surrender to Finland and begin to send aid to the French Resistance. We also send troops to Portugal to help throw the Axis off their back and we also send letters abroad to the United States, asking them for an alliance and asking them to declare war upon the Axis in Europe.
    • Germany: Enraged at the Swedish betrayal, the German military stops operations in Africa in order to punish Sweden. German troops land on the shores of Sweden on March 13, steamrolling through Swedish resistance. (See algorithm). The entire Axis military machine is brought onto Sweden. Germany requests the Soviet Union to help, although their help is not required.
    • Steamrolling isn't a correct word. More like bloody losses of men and an onwards push. The Swedes bring in all of the Norwegians and Baltics into the fight the Axis, to get back at their enemies. (This is like how the USSR kept the Baltic States when they joined the Allies OTL.) We invite the Soviets to switch sides and show the foolish Germans (long opponents of the Motherland) their weakness and to expose their flaws. (You can keep your land too.)
    • Spanish Diplomacy: We are also outraged at the Swedish betrayal, and believe that Sweden should be punished, as an example to those who betray the Axis. The Caudillo reminds Adolf Hitler that Spain remains loyal to the Axis Powers.
  • Australia: A non-aggression treaty is offered to Vichy France. Bush fires are quelled outside near Mumbaguri. The internment of German, French and Japanese people begin. Germany is openly denounced by the Australian government. New state-of-the-art dry-docks are built in Hobart. A new water works are opened in Onslow (Western Australia). Coastal defenses are upgraded and enhanced in Queensland and Northern Territory. The Java Sea and Sunda Strait are mine. Roads are improved in Port Moresby, Yogijakarta and Jakarta City. A one liter mustard gas barrel is given to South Africa. General mobilization is now mostly underway - 180,000 Aussies, 6,000 Free Indonesians, 2,000 Papuans, ten Nauruan and 200 West Timorese join the armed forces. As seconds coastal patrol submarine, a fourth Frigate and the cruiser ships are completed. 3rd second cruiser coastal patrol submarine is laid down. Yet another patrol boat, a mine sweeper and a mine layer are completed. 50 Vickers guns, 500 rifles and 30 Kangaroo tanks, 25 fighter aircraft, 20 light bombers, 15 medium bombers, 15 light civil cargo planes, 25 Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, 20 Carden Loyd tankettes, 12 light passenger planes, 12 ground attack aircraft and 15 spotter planes are also made. Loyal Australia still offers an alliance to the British! 1,250 men, ten Vickers guns, five Carden Loyd tankettes, a frigate, five fighter planes and 1,500 rifles are sent to the UK forces in Trucial States (now the UAE) and another identical batch is sent to further defend the UK proper (they are all sent to Northern Ireland for the time being as was the earlier batch) and 1,500 men, a spotter plane, five fighter planes, a patrol boat and a Kangaroo tank are sent to re-enforce British forces in Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and an identical unit is sent to defend the Solomon Islands. An atomic bomb project unsuccessfully debated in the Aussie Parliament. It is turned down and Australia's parliament votes on a ban on nuclear, chemical and biological weapons.
  • No, not Australia.
  • OK, I agree to bring in a strict non-nuclear policy next turn.
  • Britain accepts the alliance.
    • Sweden asks the Aussies to join the Allies. (You will gain territory and stuff.)
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved.
  • Germany: German troops march into Hungary, under the guise of "peacefully restoring the peace." However, the current government, which had been having anti-German thoughts is overthrown. A puppet government is installed in place, which reports back to Germany for every move. Meanwhile, German troops begin an invasion of British Palestine, in order to "wipe out the last vestiges of the Jewish plague."
  • WTH Palestine? I think that's a bit pushing it right now.
    • An RNG?
  • Finland: Invites Germany to support the Finnish future invasion of the north to move along the coast and eventually take Stockholm from both sides. Half of all Finnish forces are moved north to fight back the invader. The north of Sweden begun to be invaded but every push to the north is ordered to wait until Germany launches an assault. We ask to gain land in Scandinavia after the defeat of Sweden.
    • We offer the Finns unconditional surrender in exchange for everyone peacefully living their lives and the Finnish government operating under the Swedish government. We will leave you alone when the Axis fall.
  • Japan: Japan stops its movement in China temporarily, but sets up a 600,000 heavily armed border control, including watch planes and The new gas tanks, to shoot at anyone coming in or out. Meanwhile, A force almost 2,000,000 strong, with multiple battleships and hundreds of bombers enter French Indochina.
    • Sweden: offers far off Japan a non-aggression or mutual defense pact.
    • Japanese Dip: Agrees to the non-aggression pact, but wonders when we would show aggression when we are too busy invading China and Indochina. This doesn't mean we are leaving the Axis, and we will aid them in all other wars
    • Aussie:D:
      A peace in our time

      Peace in our time?

A deal is offered to Japan, India, Vichy France, Thailand the USA and the UK over parceling out some piece of a demilitarised Borneo in exchange for long term peace. No action is taken over Japan entering French Indochina.
    • Japanese Dip: We accept the offer, but only if we have the whole island of Borneo, because it is a strategic area for us in case the U.S gets any funny ideas.
    • Australia only rules the ex-Dutch bit.
  • Aussie response: Australia understands this and is seriously thinking about it. Not all, though. We will let you know next turn.
  • Italian El Duche Republic: Italy has the Council of El Duche restored in order to keep the people happy and the invasion of Yugoslavia continues with Italian forces marching through Bosnia, Croatia and even advancing into northern Serbia. Bitter resentment at the Germans begins to grow although it is not expressed publicly. The Council of El Duche also admits a Slovenian, Bosnian, and a Croatian Councilman to represent the Slovenes, Bosnians, and Croats. Research on a nuclear bomb begins. Italy states to Germany publicly that it wishes for a non-aggression pact and asks if Italy may annex southern France in return for Italian forces to aid in German conquests. Italy continues military buildup. Italy also launches an invasion of northern Sudan through Libya and an invasion of southern Sudan through Italian Eritrea while Djibouti is also attacked from Italian Eritrea.
    • German Diplomacy: Italy may take parts of Vichy France.
    • Italian Diplomacy: Italy asks what parts of the country, as Italy's people through the Council of El Duche crave all of Vichy France. Germany can still move military and naval forces through the land as it pleases, though.
    • Sweden offers Italy a non-aggression pact.
  • Ethiopia: Ethiopian forces push force still in Sudan seeking to continue marching on with their tactical advantage against the British. Another force is prepared for the invasion of British Somalia which poses a major threat to Ethiopian plans in the region.
  • The Soviet Union declares war on Iran and invades it, hoping to cut Britain's petrol supply. Trotsky agrees to the Swedish offer, whilst several new SSRs are formed; most ASSRs are upgraded and the Farsi SSR is formed in exile. Several moderate leftists, seeing the success of Trotsky, begin to plan a coup d'etat. Meanwhile, Trotsky establishes his nuclear program.
  • I believe that the acceptance of the offer means that the USSR is not going to fight Sweden.
  • President Roosevelt, after a debate with Congress, declares full military and economic support for the Allies against the Axis. General Patton launches a counterattack into Mexico (algorithm, please), while General Douglas MacArthur begins developing an island-hopping campaign against Japan, while Australia and India is asked to contribute manpower and resources when the time is needed. The garrison in the Philippines and Alaska is increased to protect against Japanese and Soviet interests. Research on the nuclear bomb continues, and the Pacific Fleet is separated in three divisions to prevent a strike against the navy.
    • USA begins to take border areas from Mexico.
  • Mexican work on the MPA41 has completed. and Mexican forces hold up against the Americans. Mexican troops are sent to invade Guatemala.
    • USA begins to take border areas from Mexico.
    • Italy: We offer an alliance and will send money, guns and ground forces to Mexico to aid against America.
    • We are at war, and that is implausible.
    • We are not at war, Germany and Italy have signed a peace treaty and non-aggression pact and Germany gave Italy parts of France in return for Italian support for the Axis.
    • I see, welcome to the Axis.
    • Thank you, now, do you accept the money, troops, and weapons? Add them to the algorithm, you can take more land.
    • I accept them. However, I will not add it to the Algorithm, because at the time of battle, you were not contributing to the battle, and the battle is over. Thank you.
    • Spanish Diplomacy: With the current way of things, we offer Mexico assistance, either supply or military assistance in their war.
    • Mexican Dip: Mexico accepts assistance. Mexico promises Spain another colony in the New World sometime soon.
    • One does not simply give back a colony. Plus, colonialism is over. There shall be no new colonies, only the release of old colonies.
  • Spain: Officially nationalizes Morocco and Algeria as colonies of the Spanish State, to fuse them with the Spanish Sahara, Spanish Morocco and the Canary Islands, and form the Spanish Arab Dominion, a puppet nation of Spain, which will elect a Prime Minister who will lead from Algiers, the planned Capital of the Spanish Arab Dominion. This will act as an instant source of oil for the EEL. Using the scrap left behind from destroyed British ships, the metal will be remade into aircraft carriers and battleships for the EELA, along with Gibraltar being made as the new EELA HQ, to celebrate the victory over the British, and the Spanish gaining their territory back. Support is promised for Mexico, as we plan to transport ships and planes to assist the Mexican Armed Forces, in their war against the United States. Continues working with the Germans on the super weapon project, including offers to participate in any future invasion of Great Britain, being something that the Spanish have anticipated for the longest time.
  • In Argentina, military build up continues. Successes continue and Chile joins the CoLA after last year's meeting. Peru has yet to respond.
  • Has anyone noticed that the game is turning into a bit of an implausmofest?
  • It's a who grabs what now. I grabbed to save the Aussies since Germany is taking over the world without question.

1943[]

Axis vs Allies- Reborn - 1943

  • Japan: Takes French Indochina. French Indochina is made into a puppet state called The VSR (Vietnamese Socialist Republic) secretly prepares to invade the Philippines. Work begins on a rapid fire turret (Like a minigun). Mexico is given weapons, including some of the Deadliest gasses to Mexico, and provides Air support also. Japan Leaves the Axis, and Asks the USSR and Sweden for an alliance, although not quite joining the Allies either.
  • VSR: Military is rebuilding with Japan.

  • The United States continues its invasion of Mexico, with the fall of Tijuana, Ciudad Juarez, and Mexicali, while General Patton begins to develop a plan to launch a drive from occupied Tijuana to Mexico City, bypassing the major cities and targeting the heart of Mexico. The United States Army Air Corp's B-17's continue carpet bombing Mexican cities, industrial centers, and ports, while the US Navy sets up a blockade of Veracruz and La Paz. Meanwhile, American submarines begins attacks against all Axis-flagged vessels, including German, Italian, Ethiopian, Japanese, and Soviet Merchant. Research on the nuclear bomb continues. Unemployment is down to its lowest with the increase in the need of men for the military, leading to women taking over jobs at home.
  • Australia:
3rd A peace in our time

    The final deal.

General mobilization is still underway as 60,000 Aussies, 5,000 Free Indonesians, 1,000 Papuans, 12 Nauruan and 80 West Timorese join the armed forces. As seconds coastal patrol submarine, a fifth Frigate and the cruiser ships are completed. 3rd cruiser and a coastal attack submarine are laid down. Yet another patrol boat, a mine sweeper and a mine layer are completed. 50 Vickers guns, 2,500 rifles and 20 Kangaroo tanks, 25 fighter aircraft, 20 light bombers, 15 medium bombers, 15 light civil cargo planes, 25 Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, 20 Carden Loyd tankettes, 12 light passenger planes, 12 ground attack aircraft and 15 spotter planes are also made. Atomic bomb is turned down and Australia's parliament votes on a ban on nuclear, chemical and biological weapons. The chemical weapons stockpile is destroyed and they are outlawed as are nuclear and biological weapons. It is agreed that Japan can the whole of ex-Dutch south Borneo territory, but with the town of Singkawang in West Kalimantan region going to Australia, just in case. Japan is told Australia neither owns or offered British North Born, Sabah or Brunei. The deal was only on in the Dutch part. Japan must note that the deal is off if you also want the British North Borneo sates As well, we love the UK. The Free Dutch Government in exile is set up as an Aussie client state in most of Indonesia/Dutch West Indies. Sulawesi's north coast and the Sunda Straits are mined. 10,000 Aussie/5,000 Free Dutch troops, a cruiser, a supply ship, 30 tanks, 30 fighters, an assault ship, ten spotter planes, ten light bombers, ten medium bombers and a coastal attack sub join the defense of Java. 2,000 Aussie/500 Free Dutch troops, a corvette, 20 tanks, ten fighters, five spotter planes, five light bombers, two medium bombers and a coastal attack sub join the defense of Northern Sulawesi. Australia recalls its forces billeted to the UK and sends them to Port Morsbey to protect their homeland. A lead mine opens in Mumbagurie..
  • Japanese Dip: The offer is accepted, yay.
  • Aussie Dip: OK.

  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved.
  • Spain: Begins launching the EELA and the EELFA across the Pacific, to assist our Mexican allies. Three new battleships, and five new aircraft carriers will be built out of the scrap recovered from the sunken British ships, to be completed by 1945. Three battleships, two aircraft carriers, ten destroyers and 20 submarines are to be sent to the Gulf of Mexico, to assist the Mexican Navy, along with 30 fighter and ten bomber planes, along with transporting 30,000 soldiers through six troopships. The Spanish Arab Dominion continues using the oil from the wells to help fuel the EEL, which is sold to other members of the Axis powers (though Germany receives oil free.) Continues work with Germany with Operation Wunderwaffe (still secret, obviously).
  • Germany: Angered by their inability to punish Sweden, the German Army pulls out of Sweden in a tactical advance towards the rear. Bombing raids commence against Sweden, killing thousands of civilians and taking out key radar stations and airfields. Meanwhile, the German attention shifts away from Sweden, who are really no threat, to the Middle East. Troops are sent into Egypt, where they take out Palestine. Meanwhile, troops march into Romania and Bulgaria, again replacing their governments with pro-Nazi governments. Troops prepare to take out Greece for the final conquest of Europe. Meanwhile, German tanks roll into Kaliningrad to punish the Soviets in a small way for their betrayal. Also, Tunisia is given "independence" and a pro-Nazi government is installed.
    • Spanish Diplomacy: While we are still allies, even the Caudillo is shocked at the retaliation given to the Soviets, being the only real force that could actually threaten the Axis. We ask the Germans not to do this, as it could threaten our winning streak in Europe.
  • Sweden is shocked at the German revenge on the Soviet Union for such a small act and deploys troops from Baltic region to help the Soviet Union and more are sent into East Prussia and German Poland. We begin to send messages to the Danes encouraging them to reverse their surrender and redeclare their total independence from the German war machine. We prepare a massive plan entitled Operation Syd. Thousands of tanks will roll into Germany via Denmark as the navy bombards the coast of Germany, moving in southwards, aiming to capture Berlin. Meanwhile, we send troops into the BeNeLux to free the lands from Germany once more. Meanwhile, the invasion of Finland continues as the northern half collapses to Sweden. We also continue work on Fermi's atomic bomb.
    • Small act? They reversed sides and betrayed us, LOL. And algorithm? And BTW, the Axis offers a truce to the Allies because there's been way too much fighting.
    • I'm working on tons of algorithms right now. And the Allies will accept a truce on some fronts. Meet you in talk for negotiation.
  • ATTN Allies: Check out our page.
  • Japan Leaves the Axis, and Asks the USSR and Sweden for an alliance, although not quite joining the Allies either.
  • Italian Republic El Duche: Italy continues gaining ground in the Sudan while Yugoslavia continues to fall to Italian forces and is near death. Japan is offered an alliance.

1943.5[]

Axis vs Allies- Reborn - 1943

1943.5?

  • Australia: General mobilization is still underway as 40,000 Aussies, 8,000 Free Indonesians, 500 Papuans, ten Nauruan and 80 West Timorese join the armed forces. A fourth coastal patrol submarine, a fifth Frigate and third cruiser ships are completed. Another cruiser, four corvettes and 15 coastal attack submarines are laid down. Australia sends diplomats to Sweden, Italy, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, S. Africa, Nepal, Bhutan, India and America. It officially forms the “Allied Powers” who are sworn to crush Germany and keep Spain and Ethiopia from expanding too far. Note- Japan, Vichy France, Mexico, USSR, Italy and Finland are not a problem to Australia, who wishes to sign a non-aggression treaty with them. Italy, USSR, Mexico and Japan offered an alliance if they join the allies. 1,500 men, a spotter plane, ten light bombers, ten fighter planes, a frigate, a patrol boat and a Kangaroo tank are sent to re-enforce British forces in Malaya and an identical unit is sent to defend the Sabah. A similar force is offered to Italy if they join they Allies. Operation Wallaby’s nerve gas antidotes and gas masks are handed out to frontline troops and troops (including the local militia) in Jakarta. Unemployment is down to its lowest with the increase in the need of men for the military, leading to women taking over jobs at home front. Aussies submarines begin attacks against all German vessels. Internment begins of all Ethiopians and Soviets for technical security reasons. Australia uses overwhelming force to steam roller crappy Portuguese East Timor under.
  • Sweden continues the war on all fronts. We fiercely lead the Allies to the liberation of Belgium and the Netherlands after a long siege at Amsterdam. The Wehrmacht, however, holds back the combined might of the Allies on the Luxembourgish border. We continue work on Fermi's superweapon and we pour more money, resources and manpower into it. Excess planning for Operation Syd continues, as this will be a joint Allied project. We continue to pressure Denmark into leaving from Germany in exchange for Swedish protection. (RNG please.) We begin to prepare to free Portugal (1944) and make secret deals with Italy. Meanwhile, we continue to push into German Poland (this is part of the German invasion of the USSR). Meanwhile, we send more troops destined to Luxembourg. Several troops that were far from the main fronts are informed that they are now fighting on the other side of the war and are forced to shift camps and locations. These soldiers massacre their former comrades from Axis nations. (These troops are in Egypt and the Middle East.) We send troops to Palestine to ensure that the Jews remain alive.
    • See the algorithm.
    • Check again.
  • Italian Republic El Duche: Italy conquers and annexes the rest of Yugoslavia, with Macedonia and Serbia gaining a rep in the Council El Duche. Soon after the fall, however, Italy leaves the Axis Powers and openly offers the Americans, British, Soviets, Japanese, Aussies, and Swedes an alliance while nuclear research continues. Germany is asked if we can remain freinds and and stay at peace.
  • Japanese Dip: Accepts the offer.
    • German Diplomacy: If you leave, bad things will happen.
    • Ethiopian Diplomacy: Indeed. And we will not be able to guarantee the protection of Libya and Eritrea if you leave the alliance.
  • Spain: Prepares to defend the country from the invaders. Portugal is promised protection (though it's more seen as a shield for Spain, rather than protecting an Iberian brother). The troops at EEL Pontevedra and EEL Padajoz, where 75% of each unit (as seen on their fortification during 1940.5), are sent in to defend the Axis government in Portugal from the invading enemy, which includes traitor Swedish soldiers. Every single troop is called into action from the EELFT, EELFA and the EELA, to defend Spain and the Spanish Arab Dominion from all fronts. Progress on Operation Wunderwaffe is unknown, though inside intel from Madrid orders, only as a last resort, for the Spanish scientists to take what's left, and develop our own nuclear weapon. Caudillo Franscico Franco, orders the EEL, "Lucha hasta el último hombre!" ("Fight to the last man!")
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Harbours are improved too.
  • Britain: The British Nuclear Program begins working on an Atom Bomb. Ireland is asked to join the Allies, but refuses.
  • Germany: Weary from tens of thousands of casualties and years of brutal war, Germany offers the Allies a peace treaty. Operation Wunderwaffe is now almost complete, with about one and a half years left. Meanwhile, Ribbentrop heads over to Turkey to have a chat with their prime minister. He threatens a German invasion of Turkey, although in real life such a thing is not possible. They tell the Turks to join the Axis or die. (Would this work?) The same thing happens in Greece.
  • Probably, since Turkey is pretty much surrounded by the Axis and would not like the USSR, so probably it will go German.
  • Also, can I vassaslize Greece now?
  • Yes to Turkey, no to Greece.
  • The United States continues to advance into Mexico, facing tough resistance as they march. General Patton begins his march towards Mexico City from occupied Tijuana, using air support, armoured vehicles and infantry, while the 101st Airborne and 82nd Airborne are dropped behind enemy lines in occupied Belize and prepare for the recapture of Belize City. The 1st and 2nd Marine Expeditionary Force is sent to the United Kingdom to prepare for an invasion of France. Development of a nuclear weapon continues.
  • Aussie Dip: Will Korea join the Allies?
  • Saudi Arabia: Sells oil to both sides but slightly more is sold to the allies. The modernisation of the infrastructure and military is ordered by the king. The military stays on high alert as threats are everywhere. We declare our neutrality.
  • Royal French Revolutionaries: (Just got here and this looks to be pretty fun.) While the Germans have control over most of Northern France, French military leaders finally manage to mobilize a decent sized force of 25,000 Frenchmen to begin their liberation of France. Armed with stolen German weapons and munitions, the southern half of France is in the process of being liberated as the French Revolutionaries recruit more Frenchmen along the way. Training and arming soldiers while re-capturing towns is on the current agenda.

    • Algorithm? Until then it's not valid.
  • Ethiopia: The Ethiopian military launches its invasion of British Somalia and pushes deeper into Sudan. The Emperor states that he shall honor the Saudis' neutrality, and remove them from any planned invasions.
  • Japan: Asks to join the Allies. We hope The U.S will drop the embargo in return for military. The bombers there are directed at Mexico. The Allies are Supplied With Weapons as payback for Germany's ignorance. The idea of invading the Philippines is put down. the Development of a nuke begins, and is planned to be used on Vienna, but is expected to take a couple years.
    • American Dip: We will end our embargo and offer a ceasefire to Japan.
    • Japanese Dip: OK, we will send multiple planes to your assistance, along with Chemical weapons.
    • American Dip: Please. No chemical weapons.
  • Denmark: Having controlled internal politics and holding a small police force since the German occupation, the Danish government and king orders secret mails to be send to Sweden, asking for liberation but not occupation, with a promise that brothers shall help and shall not betray each other, and we are. Also, if Sweden liberates Denmark, we shall help. As the government is still controlling internal politics, parliamentary elections are scheduled for next year and having quite good relations with German occupiers, we try to achieve a bit more autonomy with more powers being attached to the Danish government as well as be returned the right to govern foreign affairs on our own, but being too afraid of the Germans means we don't ask for allowance of our own military. Several anti-German riots occur across the country. However, they are oppressed violently by the Germans. King Christian X is very angry with this, and orders an immediate meeting of the top police officers, and announces that the Germans have overacted according to the surrender terms. The Germans have yet to respond to this. However, two months later, in October, with Sweden yet to respond, By the Grace of God, King of Denmark, the Wends and the Goths, Duke of Schleswig, Holstein, Stormarn, Dithmarschen, Lauenburg and Oldenburg, Christian X of Denmark, led a revolutionary coup hoping that the Swedes would intervene. It was estimated at least 2 500 000 Danish nationals participated in protests and fights throughout the country. Denmark rebuids its military against the threat of German re-occupation.
    • Sorry, Norway's staying with Sweden. Sweden and its Scandinavian Empire send troops across into southern Denmark to close the German border. We also close off the Straits west of Denmark to prevent any sea aid to Germany from Spain or Portugal. We ask our other Allies to assist Denmark, as it is the next step to victory.
    • King Christian X: Appreciates the help of Sweden. Also wondering what is happening with the former His Majesty Haakon VII, by God's Grace Norway's King (this is the correct style, Norway's King not King of Norway), whether is he dead, imprisoned, free as a normal person or continues to enjoy honorary status as King of the Norwegians or of a special/autonomous authority in Norway. If Haakon VII is now a normal person, we wish to have him back as Prince Carl of Denmark. Also we repeat that Scandinavia shall become neutral to future Continental Affairs. Can we have back Iceland from Britain or get an independent Iceland cooperating with Scandinavia in the future?
    • Haakon VII holds the position of ruler of an autonomous Norway under Sweden. (However, he will be dismissed. After the war you can have him. This you do not know yet, though.)
    • King Christian X: (note: has not known Haakon VII will be dismissed) Congratulates Haakon and all Norwegians that Sweden has saved them while fooling the Germans. Denmark might not become a member of the Allies, though will hold an alliance with Sweden.
  • Mexico: Mexican leader Lazaro Cardenas is assassinated by a Belize-an nationalist, who believes that Mexico is treating Belize worse than Britain. Within weeks, most of Lazaro Cardenas' enemies take over in Mexico, reinstating a Neutralist and Democratic Government. The Mexican Government exits the war taking no sides. The Mexican Government apologizes to the United States, and gives them the territories of Baja California, Baja California Sur and Sonora as consolation. Mexico also gives to Britain the former territory of Belize, as well as the Yucatan provinces of Yucatan and Quintara Roo. Mexico demilitarizes completely, limiting their armed forces to 100,000 men.
    • Sweden offers the new Mexican government an alliance and we recognize their neutrality.
    • Australia offers Mexico an alliance if it joins the Allies.
    • Mexican Dip: Accepts Sweden's offer, rejects Australia's Offer.
  • Canada: I quit.. give control to someone who is worthy (I will, for sure be playing as Canada after beta/AvARe is done. I just don't find this intriguing enough.) Yours sincerely, OreoToast555 06:59, January 27, 2013 (UTC)
  • We will not beta the game. However, if you would be kind enough to join the UK in the war before you go...
    • Canada was an Australian ally, since he signed a trade and Alliance deal with Australia earlier on (circa 1935) as did Nepal, S. Africa and Bhutan.
  • Argentina builds up its military and economy. Reforms have finished for the most part and the effects are marvelous. Argentina now leads South America as the number one economy, and in America as number three behind the US and Canada. Prosperity brings joy to the citizens and they praise the Confederation of Latin America as the organization that brought this economic well-being about. Rallies and parades are held in honor of the country and its five constituent states; Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina. The Director of Argentina meets with the other four directors regarding the war occurring globally. The war resolution is rejected by the House of Representatives 204-296 and El Senado by 23-77. The Directors agree that war is unwise for the economy but they all express their desires to see Germany fall.
    • Sweden, on behalf of the Allies, asks the CoLA to cut all supplies and trade with Germany or all Axis nations.
  • Aussie peace plan: See map-
Axis vs Allies- Reborn - 1943

Peace in our time? Pail Tints are vassals.

  • Italy annexed Yugoslavia fully, also Italy declares war on Ethiopia and asks for allied aid in destroying Ethiopia.

1944[]

  • Japan: Begins bombing missions in Ethiopia and German Palestine. The economy is booming because of the better trade with the U.S. The Soviets are given multitudes of men, gas, aircraft, and money to help fight the Germs (Germans), and are invited to work on a nuke with us. The U.S is invited to work with us also.
  • Australia: The Intermet of nationals from and blockade of ships from the USSR, Japan and India ends, they are freed as allies. General mobilization is still nearly completed as 40,000 Aussies, 9,000 Free Indonesians/Free Dutch, 300 Papuans, ten Nauruan, 30 Free East Timorese and 60 West Timorese join the armed forces. A fourth coastal patrol submarine, a carrier and fourth cruiser ships are completed. A cruiser, four corvettes and 15 coastal attack submarines are made. Another cruiser, an assault ship a corvettes and ten coastal attack submarines are laid down. Yet another mine sweeper and a mine layer are completed. 60 Vickers guns, 2,500 rifles and 30 Kangaroo tanks, 25 fighter aircraft, 15 light bombers, 15 medium bombers, ten medium civil cargo planes, 20 Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, 20 Carden Loyd tankettes, 12 light passenger planes, 12 ground attack aircraft and 15 spotter planes are also made. Australia sends diplomats Argentina, USSR, Colombia, Mexico and Brazil offered an alliance if they joins the allies. 1,500 men, a spotter plane, ten light bombers, 15 fighter planes, a frigate, a patrol boat and a Kangaroo tank are sent to re-enforce British forces in Oman and an identical unit is sent to defend the Sabah Protectorate. A similar force is landed at Jakarta. Sumatra’s peasants have a literacy campaign given to them. Aussie Patrol boat is officially added to the Dutch ex-colonial fleet in Java. A new tank plan Kookaburra tank is under way. 3,000 Aussies, 200 Free Indonesians and 50 Free Dutch, Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, six Carden Loyd tankettes, two assault ships, a cruiser, a frigate, four fighters, two spotter planes and two light bombers (aircraft already in UAE/Trucial States since about 1940 onwards and flew in from there) hit Nuweiba Port in Egypt in a gallant, but suicide amphibious assault. RNG on capturing the port city please! 20 Carden Loyd tankettes, 100 Aussies and a patrol boat land in Eritrea's capital. Ethiopia is reassured it is OK as long as it keeps out of Oman, the UAE/Trucial States, Zanzibar, Egypt and Libya.'' Canada was an Australian ally, since he signed a trade and Alliance deal with Australia earlier on (circa 1935) as did Nepal, S. Africa and Bhutan. The UK later formed an alliance.
  • Canada: Joins the war on the side of the UK. Anti-submarine defenses are set up outside of the coast (Mines, Sonar, etc.) Army is expanded by almost 8000 members since the recruiting campaign began.

(I suppose I will stay. Just expect me to be somewhat inactive.. I'LL TRY!!!!) OreoToast555 18:15, January 27, 2013 (UTC)

I don't mind.The River Nile-2 (talk) 18:33, January 27, 2013 (UTC)

  • Saudi Arabia: continues to build up the military and infrastructure with the oil revenue to become the leading nation of the Muslim world.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Korea also supports the allies.
  • Ethiopia: Ethiopian fighters keep the Japanese at bay on the coast. However, the government states that Ethiopia is getting nothing from the deal with the Axis, and withdraws from the alliance altogether. Ethiopia states total neutrality in the conflict. The expeditionary forces in Asia and Europe are recalled to return home and aid in the further militarization of the homeland. An official press meeting is given by the Emperor that Ethiopia is too tired of the fighting, and the war has grown too unpopular at home. Ethiopia leaves the Axis to pursue relations with the other powers. However, it is unclear whether they were support the Allies.
    • The Allies refuse any and all relations with Ethiopia.
  • Spain: With reports of Mexico declaring neutrality, the EEL forces in Mexico pull out immediately. Though this is mostly to prevent defectors to Mexico. All the ships and equipments are to be transported to defend Spain, the Spanish Arab Dominion and Portugal. The three battleships and five aircraft carriers continue being produced in Valencia, under heavily guarded numbers of the EELFT and EELFA. With the completeion of the German-Spanish semi-automatic rifle, the EELFT rolls out the new Fusil-44, the Spanish version of the Gewehr 43, which 100,000 rifles have been produced, with 20,000 going to EELFT in Portugal, and 15,000 going to the EELFT in the Spanish Arab Dominion. Work also starts on developing an automatic rifle, similar to the StG 44, though mainly using German advice. With the Swedish attacking Portugal, propaganda appears all over the radio, including movies, which depict the Swedish, and their allies, commiting ethnic cleansing against the Portuguese, who take no prisoners, rape women, and even kill children and babies, as propaganda for the Españoles del Ejército de Liberación de la Guardia Nacional (Spanish Liberation Army National Guard). The EELGN (based on the Volkssturm) can, and will if the time comes to it, conscript every single person not in the EEL already, with the possibility of including women if the time comes to it, using the fear of the possible invasion.
  • You realize that people aren't that stupid, yes? Why would anyone attack those they are trying to free? You should portray them doing this to the Axis forces of Spain and Germany.
  • It is meant to be propaganda, and it's more to show what they'll do to Spain once they go past Portugal. The Spanish State sees Portugal more as a line of defense, than a real ally.
  • United States: The 1st and 2nd Marine Expedition are sent to assist the liberation of Portugal. Research on the nuclear bomb.
  • Sweden continues the war on all fronts as peace talks continue in Switzerland. We develop a new tank and we continue massive work on Enrico Fermi's superbomb, as scientists and other workers from all over the Swedish domains continues. More troops flow into Denmark to help protect the nation against the Germans. Portugal's government surrenders and a new pro-Allied government is put in place, and we secretely plan to use Portugal as a spring board into Spain.
  • Germany: German troops pull out of the Middle East as according to the peace plan, but refuse to withdraw from Egypt unless Finland is given independence. Troops are sent to Spain to help defend against Allied aggression. Troops also pull out of the Low Countries in accordance to the peace treaty, although they stay in Luxembourg. Germany also pulls out of most of France. They hope the Allies will follow the plan as well. Work continues on Operation Wunderwaffe.
  • Italian Republic El Duche: Italy, seeing Ethiopia isolated, declares war on Ethiopia and launches a full scale invasion from Eritrea and launches full scale carpet bombings. Nuclear research continues. Italy offers troops to the Allies.

1944.5[]

  • Germany: Germany begins to settle in their new territories. Over four million Jews have been killed in the Final Solution, although the rest are being used for slave labor. The plentiful populations of the Eastern European countries provide labor for Germany.
  • United States: With the war nearing an end and President Roosevelt waiting on the peace treaty, small amount of troops in Europe are brought home, and are greeted by a victory parade in New York City. Meanwhile, American forces develop the Peninsula Territory and the Sonora Territory. Development of the nuclear bomb continues, while the US Navy begins to return to friendly ports from abroad. The Philippines is given a referendum with two options: becoming a state or becoming independent. The results should be in by January of 1945.
  • Don't pull them out just yet, the war's not over.
  • I fixed it. I put a small amount of troops are withdrawn.
  • Sweden sends troops into France to bolster them in case peace talks backfire. We send troops to the regions of Alsace and Lorraine to arrange and organize the referendums. RNG: 1-5 France, 6-10 Germany. Alsace: 4. Lorraine: 1. Both vote to return to France. Meanwhile, we threaten a massive campaign in Africa if Egypt does not receive its independence. Work continues on the superbomb.
  • Spain: As a last resort, with Portugal having been converted into an enemy state, the Caudillo demands that to slow down the Allied retreat, the west must be scorched. He orders all EELFT and EELFA soldiers to begin bombarding Portugal, including the reported killing of Portuguese citizens near the Spanish border. Many farms and bases of the Portuguese Armed Forces are bombarded are burnt to the ground, to prevent the enemies from using the resources and weaponry that the Spanish gave them. There are reports of those who disagree with Caudillo's recent extreme orders having their families killed, in order to follow orders. Propaganda has suddenly switched from showing the invading Swedish and American troops marching towards Spain, to talking about the victories of Spain, and claiming that the Spanish have already won. The three new Valencia-class battleships and five new Gibraltar-class aircraft carriers may all have to be sent out early, in order to defend the Spanish Coast from possible air strikes.
    • The Allies threaten a full invasion of Spain unless attacks on Portugal cease.
    • Spanish Diplomacy: We will only stop the campaign, if all of your "Allies'" attacks stop on Spain and Germany.
    • ...But we're not attacking...
    • Spanish Diplomacy: All we ask that the American and Swedish forces, along with any of their lackeys end their campaign in Europe, and we are willing to pay for all the damage in Portugal, that's all we ask.
    • OK, now I'm confused. What the hell are you talking about? You forced Portugal into your alliance and we liberated the people from the government. We did nothing more. And peace talks are underway on the talk page.
    • Australia is willing to let Spain go if it dumps Germany and gives southern Algeria to a Free French Regime. Australia's true enemy is Germany.
  • Argentina builds up its military and economy. News of a Brazilian merchant ship exploding while on its way to Sweden reaches the homeland. The Directors are outraged and immediately blame Germany, though there is really no clear form of figuring out who did it since it was a submarine attack. The public capitalizes on its anti-Axis sentiment and the media goes crazy with pro-war propaganda. The Brazilian, Argentine, and Colombian Directors push for a new war resolution vote in the House and El Senado. In the House, the measure passes 443-57 and in El Senado 77-23. In October, the CoLA invades Vichy-held Guiana.
  • Ethiopia: Ethiopian scientists begin working on new technologies following Ethiopia's declaration of neutrality. Plans to work on a supercarrier in Mogadishu as the flagship of the Ethiopian Navy are underway. The empire pushes for higher fertility rates, encouraging family growth and child rearing, and nationwide industrialization schemes are push ahead. The Emperor decrees a plan to improve Ethiopia's agricultural output, and build upon Ethiopia's current position as the "Watertower of Africa".
    • Australia respects your neutrality.
  • Mexico:Continues to industrialize.
  • AustraliaGeneral mobilization is completed as 20,000 Aussies, 8,000 Free Indonesians/Free Dutch, 200 Papuans, ten Nauruan, 60 Free East Timorese and 40 West Timorese join the armed forces. A fourth coastal patrol submarine, 15 coastal attack subs and fourth cruiser ships are completed. A carrier and six coastal attack submarines are made. Another cruiser, an assault ship, a corvette and ten coastal attack submarines are laid down. Yet another mine sweeper and a mine layer are completed. 60 Vickers guns, 122,500 rifles, proto-type Kookaburra tanks (which broke down), 25 fighter aircraft, 12 light bombers, 15 medium bombers, ten medium civil cargo planes, 20 Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, 30 Carden Loyd tankettes, 12 medium passenger planes, 12 ground attack aircraft and 12 spotter planes are also made. 500 men, a spotter plane, ten light bombers, 14 fighter planes, a frigate, a patrol boat and a Kangaroo tank are sent to re-enforce British forces in Oman and an identical unit is sent to defend Malaya. A similar force is landed at Jakarta. Anti-submarine defenses are set up outside of the coast (mines, sonar, asdic etc.) are put around Jakarta and Queensland. Overwhelming force is used to steamroller the tiny colonial forces in Frances’ New Caledonia Island (the blue bit by Australia). Australia welcomes Egypt's freedom. 20 Carden Loyd tankettes, 15 Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, five light bombers, ten Fighters, 2,500 troops, an assault ship and a Frigate (The assault ship, tanks, tankettes and 2,000 men are from down under and the rest are from the lot already in Oman) join the Allied garrison at Nuweiba Port in the south of a now Free Egypt. RNG on also capturing the city’s hinterland and surrounding districts please! Australia asks Thailand to hand the Muslim and ethnically ATL Malay, Pattani region in the far south over to their non-Thai kinsmen in British Malaya or give it independence because they OTL don't like Buddhists of Thais. The River Nile-2 (talk) 00:59, January 28, 2013 (UTC)
  • Germany has already given Egypt independence. Check the talk page.
  • OK, It's just a tad confusing currently. I modified the post to recognise this.
  • Denmark: The nation continues to undergo heavy militarization to prevent future attack. Swedish troops are told they can go home and do something else. The new election sworn Venstre into the government, and a plan is passed at the Parliament to invade Germany and take back old lands - the Duchies of Schleswig, Holstein, Oldenburg, Lauenburg and various others in the title of the king, as it is believed that Germany is ready to become fallen when all the Allies invade at the same time. However, it's sure the real reason is to gain weight of Denmark's voice in future European politics, and the plan won't stop at those duchies. The plan is also given to the Swedish Embassy in Copenhagen, asking for Sweden to cooperate in this plan. It also notes Sweden that Germany is a very wary and aggressive country which would surely not stop its invasions in Europe until fully crushed, so Sweden shall continue to advance further. There is no negotiation with them (the Axis). King Christian X is called a national hero throughout the nations, and a symbol of Danskhed - Danishness. Still currently neutral, application for Allies' membership is currently considered by the parliament. Send quite some troops sailing towards Benelux to help Sweden as part of a promised alliance, and defensive start in border. Denmark begins research on nuclear physics and nuclear weapons with the establishment of the Danish National Institute of Militarial Science and Niels Bohr.
  • Australia Dip: Denmark and Mexico are given an alliance. Australia dispatches a cargo ship with 5500 rifles plus bullets on it for your use, Denmark.
  • Parliament vote: Application for Allies' membership denied by a wide margin, only 21 out of 179 MPs agree, four blank votes, 154 disagree. Denmark remains neutral, not an allied nation.
  • @Australia: Thank you.

  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved.
  • Italian Republic El Duche: Italy continues its invasion of Ethiopia and prepares for an assault on Addis Ababa while the navy blockades the Ethiopian coast. The Yugoslavian puppets are annexed. Military buildup continues while Nuclear research continues.
  • Saudi Arabia: Welcomes the return to peacetime and begins to demobilise the troops to defend ourselves from the potential invasion. The military and the infrastructure continue to be built up and the king begins a program to spread its influence in the Arabic peninsula to prepare an obscure goal.
  • Japan: Invades Siam. Japanese forces continue bombing in Egypt but stop in Ethiopia. Work continues on the nuclear bomb.
  • Germany is out of Egypt.
  • Aussie response: Forces in Malaya and Sabah (built up over the years) invade the Pattani region of southern Thailand in order to secure the Malayan border. The Muslim and ethnically ATL/OTL Malay, Pattani region in the far south will either hand over to their non-Thai kinsmen in British Malaya or give it independence after a few years or because with Australia since they OTL/ATL don't like Buddhists or Thais. (RNG please on the annexation of the four prefectures).
    • RNG goes Australia's way.
  • India: Offers an anti-Axis alliance to Australia and we ask to join the allies. Also, we ask the US to start a new front against Japan.
  • Dude, I've been with the Allies ever since the Axis screwed me over and left our nation to fail.
  • Australia: Agrees to an anti-Axis alliance with India, but will not go to war with Japan, which is currently friendly. 12,000 rifles and 30 tankettes are sent to India.

1945[]

  • Indonisia's plans (AVARrb)

    Indonesia's region.

  • Australia: Australia recalls its forces in Egypt, back to Ceylon (Sri Lanka). India is reassured. A uranium and lead mine open at Mt. Isa and Broken Hill in Queensland. Denmark, who is an ally, gets some uranium, tin and lead ore sent to it. Roads are upgraded in Queensland and Tasmania. 1,000 Aussies, 500 Free Indonesians/Free Dutch, 80 Papuans, ten Nauruan, 20 Free East Timorese / West Timorese join the armed forces. Another cruiser, an assault ship, a corvette and ten coastal attack submarines are made. A carrier and six coastal attack submarines are made. Another corvette and coastal attack submarine are laid down. Yet another mine sweeper and a mine layer are completed. 60 Vickers guns, 80,000 rifles, 200 three-inch mortars, 16 Kookaburra tanks (which were successfully tested), 15 fighter aircraft, 12 light bombers, 15 medium bombers, ten medium civil cargo planes, ten Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, 20 Carden Lloyd tankettes, 12 Vickers Medium Mark II tanks, 12 medium passenger planes, 12 ground attack aircraft and 12 spotter planes are also made. 400 men, a spotter plane, ten light bombers, ten fighter planes, a frigate, a patrol boat and a Kangaroo tank are sent to re-enforce British forces in Oman and an identical unit is sent to defend Malaya. A similar force is landed at Jakarta. Anti-submarine defenses are set up outside of the coast (mines, sonar, asdic, etc.) are put around Jakarta and Queensland. Ten fighters and bombers from Oman bomb German posts Amman in German Palestine. Ten0 Carden Loyd tankettes, five Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, five Kangaroo tanks, 1,500 rifles, Ten three-inch mortars and 20 Vickers Machine guns are sent to Korea, India, Italy, Sweden and Denmark. Australia offers truce to Spain (give up south Algeria and dump Germany, then it’s OK.). Australia gives the Indonesian nationalist autonomy in their part of the Dutch East Indies. The British player has been away for a long time, has done little, and did not pay any attention to Malaya, Brunei, Vanuatu, the Solomon islands, Suva (AKA Fiji), Singapore, North Borneo, Burma and Sabah. Well, to forestall chaos in the empire’s eastern holdings, Australia asks the governors to switch allegiance to better colonial rule by Australia (if tiny Vanuatu does not, we can steam roller it. Australia has over the years inserted troops in all the listed places, except Burma). (RNG for each one, please). RNG is no for all.
  • Denmark Dip: Thank you for the uranium, tin and lead. We can share our nukes to you.
    • Ethiopian Dip: We wish to establish trade relations with your nation. Do you wish to do the same?
  • West Indonesia (Aussie client state): It celebrates independence.
  • Japan:
    Thiland split up

Thailand split up- Red=Japan, Black=VSR (Vassal of Japan), yellow=Australia.

Captures much of Siam with Australia, leaving little left. Italy is aided in the invasion of Ethiopia. Research and development on the nuke continues. Japan asks for the Philippines in return for 129,500,000 in American money as-well as some of our best tech and naval bases in the VSR.
  • VSR invades the middle of Siam taking it easily. Siam falls and is partitioned between the three nations.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved.
    • Japanese Dip: Offers Korea independence.
    • Korean Diplomacy: Korea accepts, and declares independence. Korea also will maintain their alliance with Japan.
  • Germany: With peace on the horizon, the people celebrate. The world's first nuclear weapon is also tested in the North Sea. The result is a success, with a yield of 19 kilotons. This is used as a great propaganda tool for the people. Germany begins to settle in its new borders.
  • Saudi Arabia: Continues to improve our military and we start an agricultural reform to help increase our food production. The UK and France are asked if we can buy their possessions in the Middle East once the war is over in exchange for a large price useful to rebuild their damage.
    • Ethiopian Dip: We would like to open economic relations with a fellow neutral state in the region. We would like access to your oil field, in exchange we will send technological aid to your country.
  • Sweden detonates the world's second superbomb in Svalbard not long after the German test, and all over the Empire we insist to the people that we detonated the first superbomb in history, convincing the people. Work continues on three more superbombs for now. We hope we will not have to use superbombs in warfare and we continue the peace talks in Switzerland as it appears that we shall all reach an agreement soon.
  • Canada: Forces Are amassed along the eastern coast to prepare for a possible counterattack against the germans. Asks the Australians, Americans, and British to amass their forces. A few thousand new Recruits are trained and are ready for active duty. Ask Sweden for an alliance.
  • Spain: Asks Germany for the blueprints to produce copies of the nuclear bomb, since we assisted in the creation of the superweapon. The five Gibraltar-class aircraft carriers and three Valencia-class battleships complete construction, and join the EELA, though more for patroling the Mediterranean Sea, in case of invasion. This is a great use in propaganda, which claims that Spain has the strongest Navy in the world, including old footage from earlier in the war to depict the ships destroying British, American and Swedish ships. The StG-44 assault rifle (if that were developed in this timeline's Germany), is copied (or first developed, if not yet made) for the EELFT, under the title, A-45. The A-45 assault rifle, this first automatic rifle, will have 50,000 produced by the end of the year. Spain gets hit with another recession, due to no one buying oil produced in the Spanish Arab Dominion, since the only buyers are Germany (who receives oil free as an agreement) and Portugal (who will receive free gas for ten years, to make up for the damage to the country). There is a potential to look for buyers, possibly relying on lesser members of the Axis, or even offering the oil to neutral nations, like Switzerland or Ireland. On a slight positive note, Spain now has the lowest gas prices in Europe, and there's much oil left for the EEL. We ask to buy newer planes for the EELFA from Germany, in order to see if more modern fighter and bombers can be bought.
  • Denmark: Continues the Danish Nuclear Program with the uranium now in hand from Australia. We ask Sweden to help us in this program. Also, all forces in the Benelux get home. Denmark prepares for an invasion of Germany. The Allies Membership Application is rejected again with a wider margin, only 18 agree, one blank vote and 160 reject. Trains up new troops. Asks for the Faroes, Iceland and Greenland to be handed back.
  • Denmark Update: Offers Canada an alliance to extend our relations. The Danish National Institute of Militarial Science starts research on aircraft carriers. Christian X offers to give an Order of the Dannebrog at the Grand Commander Rank to the Swedish King.
  • Britain: The nuclear project continues as the troops around the empire are bolstered.

  • Italian Republic Il Duche: Italy organizes the southern half of former Yugoslavia as the three Italian client states of Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro and all three along with Italy are part of the Democratic International Treaty Organization, or DITO, an international Congress where nations discuss issues and vote in how to handle them. It is also a military and economic alliance. Italian forces under the DITO banner continue to invade Ethiopia, and Addis Ababa falls to DITO forces while the Somalian coastline and most of Somalia is now conquered. 200,000 DITO troops, 25,000 tanks, and 8,500 bomber planes are now in occupied Somalia/Ethiopia. Also Eritrea and Libya are organized as Italian client states and immediately join DITO. Nuclear research continues and the researching for the nuke is placed under DITO control to speed up the process.
  • Serbia: Troops are sent to fight in Ethiopia. Contributions are made to the DITO Nuclear Research.
  • Macedonia: Troops are sent to fight in Ethiopia. Contributions are made to the DITO Nuclear Research.
  • Montenegro: Troops are sent to fight in Ethiopia. Contributions are made to the DITO Nuclear Research.
  • Libya: Troops are sent to fight in Ethiopia. Contributions are made to the DITO Nuclear Research.
  • Eritrea: Troops are sent to fight in Ethiopia. Contributions are made to the DITO Nuclear Research.
  • Argentina builds up its military and economy. The CoLA continues its projects.
  • India: Indian forces prepare for an invasion of Nepal.
  • The Free French Republic of Vignoble and Fanche-Comte: Monsignor D’Estaing and his parishioners Hugette, Leon, Salonge, Brigita and Edith use their connections to the local church to whip up a surprise rebellion amongst the long suffering farmers of St. Claude and Oyonnex. Farmers hidden shotguns and blooded pitchforks lead the mob to victory over the small local German garrison, but at a cost. A machine gun, a mortar, two whips, food rations, ammo, army boots and a dozen pistols are then stolen. They move north and lay siege to Pontarlie, Aumont and Omans. (Mods chose outcome of each). They call for aid from the UK, Denmark, Sweden, Australia, India, USSRR and USA. Propaganda pamphlets hit the major town of Besancon and a home brew parcel bomb goes off in the German Gauliter’s (district governor’s) office, slightly hurting his hands and face. The Free French set up a new base at the foot of nearby Mount Cret Monniot. Messengers go forth to the Royalists French rebels in Lyon and Vichy, social democrats in the southwest, Basque nationalists, some remaing Jews, liberal democratic rebels in Marseille, DeGaulist French in the north east and Socialist rebels in Paris- LIBERTY OR DEATH!

    • Are you thick? Germany has already withdrawn from France...
  • Ethiopia: The emperor passes legislation which will divide the empire into a federation of nations divided by ethnic groups and locations. Under the new law, Ethiopia is divided into thirteen nations: Amhara, Oromo, Ogaden, Tigray, Affar, South Sudan, Djibouti, North Yemen, Harar, Gambella, Puntland, Benishangul-Gumuz, and Southern Region. The division comes as questions of ethnic rights in the empire are considered and moves are made to correct the issue. Elsewhere, the military is expanded further, and development of a bomb has seriously been considered.

1945.5[]

Chinese Split Up

China split.

  • Japan: China is re-invaded, and most of it is captured. Since Japan is Communist, A deal is reached with Mao Zedong, and the remaining part of China, the civil war becomes larger. The Commies win and set up a vassal there. Since Hong Kong and Macau are allied held, they are left alone. With Italy joining Japan and the U.S in the Nuke race. Ours is completed and tested, and more begin production. Troops are sent to help DITO.
  • VSR: gains the island of Taiwan. Military and industtry are worked on. Troops are sent to help DITO.
  • PRSC: Military and Economy is improved Troops are sent to help DITO.

Indonisia's plans (AVARrb)

My plans for Indonesia.

  • Australia: A truck factory opens in Perth. Bus, shirt, baby milk, tank, radio, car and aircraft factories open in Geelong. Two radio factories open in Coffs Harbour, Port Moresby, Dili and Jakarta. Sheep farming in Northern Territory and Victoria is improved. A coal mine opens in New South Wales. 200 Aussies, 70 Free Banda Ache and six Naruans are also enlisted into the forces. Ten Vickers machine guns are sent to E. Timor to strengthen the Timores Army. Ten Vickers Medium Mark I tanks are sent to the British garrison in Singapore to help secure it from future attackers. Ten Australian Kookaburra tanks that are akin to the OTL Tiger II Panzers are made and do well, so more are to be made next turn. 12 Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, 50 Vickers machine guns, 15 Carden Loyd tankettes, 1,000 gas masks, 15 Vickers Medium Mark II tanks, ten Cruiser Mk III tanks, five Mark V tanks and ten Medium Mark C tanks are produced in Melbourne‘s massive arms factories. A steel mill and many brickworks open in Brisbane. Roads are upgraded heavily in Victoria and around Adelaide. The remaing ships and subs are completed and both a frigate and two corvettes are laid down. Ten fighter aircraft and six spotter planes are also made. A few thousand tons of iron ingots, five Carden Loyd tankettes, ten Vickers machine guns, and five Vickers Medium Mark II tanks are given to Egypt to help there recovery from German Rule. The troops in Oman and South Yemen are all moved to the Trucial States/UAE. All the rebel regimes in France recognized and Huggette’s lot and the Royalists are airdropped a few guns and bullets from two Australian light bombers (there are three fighters escorting them) that came from the Trucial states and stopped over in allied Italy to refuel enroute (Vive le France!). Australia calls for peace with Spain.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved.
  • The Democratic International Treaty Organization offers membership to all who want to join. The catch is that you must either have a Constitutional monarchy or some sort of republican / democratic government.
  • Ethiopia: The Emperor assigns a section of Ethiopia's scientific community the task of developing a nuclear weapon, and pledges them any and all support necessary to complete one. The wide scale industrialization continues, and better weapons are created for the military, such as the creation of the assault rifle (based on German Sturm.45, not the AK-47). After observing German rocket tests, Ethiopian scientists also begin seeking a way to miniaturize them for fighter planes.
  • Italian Republic Il Duche: Italian forces advance evan deeper into Ethiopia, taking all of southern Ethiopia as well as parts of central and northern Ethiopia. Ethiopian forces are expected to be defeated within two years. Also, nukes are now in mass production and the Ethiopians are treatened with nuclear attack if they do not surrender unconditionally.
Progress of DITO forces in Ethiopa
  • Serbia: Troops are sent to fight in Ethiopia.
  • Macedonia: Troops are sent to fight in Ethiopia.
  • Libya: Troops are sent to fight in Ethiopia.
  • Eritrea: Troops are sent to fight in Ethiopia.
  • Montenegro: Troops are sent to fight in Ethiopia.
    • Germany demands that Italy withdraw from Ethiopia or face nuclear consequences.
    • You nuke Italy, you're going to get nuked yourself and DITO will obliterate you.
  • Aussie overseas assignation plot: A cell of three SIS (Australia's Secret Intelligence Service) agents and a couple of ex-French resistance fighters corner Heinrich Himmler’s car as it speeds out of Hanover. The group has been tracking him for a few months now. The car is desperately sprayed with bullets and crashes into a tree as it swerves out of the way. A grenade is then tossed at it and goes off! A firefight then ensues with the three German outriders. The three SIS agents and the two Frenchmen died and the outriders live. An RNG test will decide the fate of the car’s occupants (Hienrich Himmler, Martin Bormann, the chauffeur, Mr. Himmler’s pet dog, the bodyguard and the private secretary).
    • Thank you very much. -Pita
  • Germany: With the death of Himmler and his close aides, elements within the German Army take it as the chance to take over Germany. Spontaneous arrests of Hitler and his closest supporters including Reichenau, Ribbentrop, Goebbels, and more. The SS is ordered to return to the nearest Wehrmacht station and await further instructions. The German Army begins shutting down the death camps in the East, marching the nearby villagers through the camps to show them what had been happening. Most of the Nazi party is then executed. Karl Dönitz and Albert Speer take power, posing as moderates. German troops continue to stay in occupied territories, although they withdraw from France entirely. Troops pull out of the Low Countries and Belgium. Dönitz declares the official end of the Second Great War. However, before Hitler was brought into custody, he managed to order the Luftwaffe into action. Newly developed atomic weapons are dropped on Oslo, Stockholm and Gothenburg. Fortunately, the nuke on Stockholm malfunctions. Another nuke is dropped but does not detonate over Paris, France. However, a nuclear weapon does detonate over Copenhagen, Denmark. Fortunately, the pilot miscalculates and hits slightly north, limiting casualties. Basically, I'm getting rid of the Nazis while keeping the totalitarian regime. Of course, the new government won't have the racist stuff.
  • Australian response: Now the Nazis are in German jails and the racists are now out of it all, Australia has no need to fight Germany. We will end our part in the war and retreat to Ceylon in 1946.0.
  • We made a deal that you were not going to nuke Stockholm... :(
  • Oh, okay.
  • Yay!
  • You join ILEAN? Maybe?
  • The furious Prime Minister orders the nuking of several German cities, with the list ranging from Hamburg, Dresden, Potsdam, Munich, and Hamburg. Out of mercy, he orders that Berlin be spared from total nuclear devastation, although a large portion of the Swedish Air Force is deployed to bomb (not in the nuclear sense) Berlin, destroying several important buildings, included thểichstag . Meanwhile, we expand our military. The International League of European Allied Nations (ILEAN) is formed out of Sweden and its Scandinavian empire; we invite France (RNG), Denmark and the UK to join this freedom front organization.
  • Canada: Plans to end the war have been past, asks Germany's new Government to allow for a Canadian Peacekeeping force until the government has stabilized. Sends messages to other nations to sell uranium to them, in exchange for money and military equipment. Asks Britain to cede Newfoundland to Canada. Joins DITO.
  • Saudi Arabia: accept the attempt to trade oil with Ethiopia but state that no other direct help will be sent. The UK is asked if we can buy Qatar, Oman, Yemen and Bahrain from them in exchange of good oil provided in the next fifty years. The military continue to be built up, a Saudian tank is developed and begins mass production. The infrastructure continues to be modernised and the fields produce slightly more food.
  • Spain: The first nuclear warhead is produced at a secret facility in the Tabernas Desert, reportedly 50 km from Almeria. The test is named Rayo Negro (Black Lightning), when detonated over the Tabernas Desert in a remote part of the desert. At least five more nuclear bombs, labelled E-Inquisición, are to be produced over the next year. The Government in Madrid is enraged at the Swedish attack on Germany, and threatens to make sure Sweden suffers for this, including threatening to cut all oil from Scandinavia. Secretly, plans are being put into bombing either Stockholm, London or Helsinki. A new type of heavy bomber, designed for tactical nuclear strikes, named the E-N Bramar, based off the design of the Petlyakov Pe-8 heavy bomber, is put into production, with 100 planned for the EELFA, using partly the scrap of older damaged fighter and bomber planes.
  • I need some powerful nations for the UN Permanent Security Council. I would like some of the following: two from each list:
    • Axis/Former Axis:
      • Spain
      • USSR
      • Germany
      • Ethiopia
    • Allies
      • UK
      • USA
      • France
      • Japan
  • First come, first serve!
  • I shall put Ethiopia's sword forward for peace! *Cue patriotic music* ~Viva
  • I'm for the United Nations Security Council.Using the names from the list, I propose the US and United Kingdom from the Allies and Germany and the USSR from the Axis. Enclavehunter (talk) 03:02, January 30, 2013 (UTC)
  • Deal. Y'all and Sweden.
  • Italy wants to join as Security Council member, please!
  • Japan thinks they should be there, as they are the power of Asia and one of the nations with nukes.
  • United States: The end of the Second World War is celebrated by the people of the United States and the troops are greeted with parades. The nuclear test between Japan and the United States is observed by American scientists and production in limited number begins. A referendum in the Philippines to secure its future is held, and a slim majority vote in favor of commonwealth status, but not full independence. Meanwhile, research on jet engines begins. A secret message is sent to Japan and Australia,to join the United States in forming the Pacific International Treaty Organization or PITO.
  • Denmark: Two months prior to the nuclear explosion in Copenhagen, the Danish National Institute of Militarial Science was moved to the countryside. With the overthrow of Hitler, Christian X and the government smell suspicious ideas, and issued an official emergency state and order that all citizens must move at least 20 km away from the large cities, Aarhus, Copenhagen and Ebsjerg into the countryside for at least two months. Christian X was believed to be the final person to leave Copenhagen. After several hours the cities were cleaned. As a result, only five deaths occurred, all guards guarding the entrances to Copenhagen. This means an official declaration of war on Germany, followed by defenses in the southern border and call for Allies to resume war against Germany. Joins the ILEAN and conducts minor border clashes with Germany, extending to major border clashes. In other words, join the war. With Sweden now helping in the nuclear project, speed is boosted and nukes can be produced in 1946. Also Denmark gives Sweden 3.5 million Krone to secure friendship. Indexing the trades, Denmark is happy to find out that Germany owes Denmark around six million Krones (in OTL 6.9 million, here the occupation is shorter so I toned it down).
    • Germany gladly pays the six million Krones. They ask that Denmark withdraw or die. That is all.

1946[]

  • Japan: Invades Indian Nepal, and Bhutan with the help of DITO. Germany is told to stop attacks on Denmark or face Nuclear Retaliation. A system like the USSR is set up, and all vassals are incorporated into the JSR.

Australia is an ally of Japan, Nepal, Italy and Bhutan. It is neutral and does not join in. I'm talking about India, and I won that anyway. OK.

  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Lee Beom-seok is elected Prime Minister.
  • Australia: Troops in Europe, Africa and the Middle East are recalled back to Ceylon, which is fortified. 20,000 troops are demobilized and go back to civilian life. Australia calls for the creating of the IL (the ATL UN). It also joins the PITO and DITO. Australia’s 5,000 war dead are mourned. Mass public education and sanitation works occur in Australia’s client and dependent states and colonies. Banda Aech is given independence as a client state. An iron mine opens in Briken Valley, Broken Hill and Mt Isa. Civil aid is sent to Europe to relieve suffering, especially in Greece, Italy, the former Finland, France and the Low Countries. 1,100 troops, 15 Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, two Kangaroo tanks, ten spotter planes, seven fighters, five light bombers, one frigate. One assault ship, two corvettes and three mine sweepers all land at the south of the Burmese Mon state and Aussie forces link up with British authorities in Mawlamyaing. Others head into the next province to the south. Ten Vickers Medium Mark I tanks and 150 troops are sent to aid the British garrison in Towea, Tanintharyi Region to help secure it from future attackers. An alliance with the USA and the Saudi Arabians is asked for. 30 Vickers Medium Mark I tanks are sent to Malaya to help reinforce it from invasion, if it comes to it.
  • The Soviet Union ends a period of isolation heavily starting on its own new programs, nuclear and economic. Tannu Tuva begins to be integrated into the USSR.
  • Switzerland: The Swiss focus on building up roads and Infrastructure. The Swiss Government has thoughts of building a nuclear weapon, but does not put a plan into practice.
    • Australia: Invites Switzerland to join the IL (UN).
    • Switzerland declines on the basis of Neutrality.
  • Germany: German tanks break the silence in Italian-occupied Yugoslavia as German troops commit a full-on assault to liberate the Yugoslav peoples. German troops advance far into Yugoslavia, routing the poorly trained, poorly equipped and poorly led Italian troops. Germany agrees not to use nukes for the moment.
    • Sorry, but your post is invalid.
  • The United States, with an end to the Second World War, begins to incorporate returning troops back into civilian life. President Truman passes the Interstate Act, which will connect the country with large four-lane highways. The alliance request from Australia is accepted and a non-aggression pact is sent to Germany. The U.S. government announces its neutrality in the Yugoslav War, but a majority of the public supports it - as it is liberating the Yugoslav people from Italy. Meanwhile, the economy begins soaring, and domestic manufacturing begins. Research and development of a jet engine and rocketry begins, but is expected to take some time before its is successful. Production of nuclear weapons in limited numbers. In the Commonwealth of the Philippines, Governor Manuel Roxas begins improving the infrastructure of his state, while the construction of a naval base in Manila begins. Enforcement of the Panama Canal continues and a vote by Congress will deciede to incorporate it as a territory or remaing a zone.
  • Saudi Arabia: offers some funds to help rebuild Europe, The UK is asked if we can buy their territory on the peninsula for a fair price (Can I do an RNG or is this not plausible). Meanwhile, Arabic propaganda began to circulate in Arabia, denouncing the European hold on our Holy Land and savage behavior, citing the nuclear exchange and WW-II.
  • It's OK to ask or have an RNG.
    • Australia invites Saudi Arabia to join the IL (UN).
  • Ethiopia: Ethiopian researchers continue their research on atomics, and prepare for a possible test in 1947. Elsewhere, the development of new military technologies continues with the creation of a new series of heavy tanks and plans for submarines fuelled by nuclear energy. Some feel the work too ambitious, and warn of possible failures if the military moves too fast for needed adjustments to set in.
    • Saudi Dip: We want to buy Aden for a fair price and in exchange. You will be allowed to keep your interest in the region.
    • Ethiopian R: We don't control Aden. Britain does. We control Sana'a. Vivaporius says: "I don't need a slogan!" 03:09, January 31, 2013 (UTC)
    • Saudi Dip: The same offer is sent for Sana`a, Also, the king would be interested in spending money to help develop your nuke if we also gain the technology.
    • Ethiopian R: Well, we see no harm in making the exchange.
    • We accept your offer.
    • Even with help from Germany (who no longer has its own nukes) you do not have uranium/plutonium or anything for nukes. Your earliest test would be in the 50s, with the first success in the late 50s/early 60s. Beyond that point, you will have a very hard time producing new nukes, so good luck with that.
  • Italy: Seeing that it can no longer control the Slavs which have been.barely represented.in the Republic. The republics of Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia are formed as independent republics. Although they are now Italian client states and part of DITO, they are still independent republics). Germany's cause can no longer be moral or social since Yugoslavia is now independent. Nuke production continues. Ethiopia is offered a pre-war terms peace deal: Italy also divides itself into 20 new republics which govern their own internal affairs completely while staying in a defensive alliance like OTLs British Commonwealth with 20 members. The 20 new republics forming the Federated Commonwealth of Italy are below:
  1. Abruzzo
  2. Aosta Valley
  3. Apulia
  4. Basilicata
  5. Calabria
  6. Campania
  7. Emilia-Romagna
  8. Friuli-Venezia Giulia
  9. Lazio
  10. Liguria
  11. Lombardy
  12. Marche
  13. Molise
  14. Piedmont
  15. Sardinia
  16. Sicily
  17. Trentino-Alto Adig
  18. Tuscany
  19. Umbria
  20. Veneto
  • Bosnia: Fighting continues against Germany.
  • Serbia: Fighting continues against Germany.
  • Macedonia: Fighting continues against Germany.
  • Montenegro: Fighting continues against Germany.
  • Croatia: Fighting continues against Germany.
  • Slovenia: Fighting continues against Germany.
  • Libya: Troops are sent to fight Germany.
  • Eritrea: Troops are sent to fight Germany.
  • Britain: The nuclear program continues as development of an atom bomb is underway. Defenses in the British Empire are rebuilt.

Italy offers plans for the nuke in return for an alliance.

  • Spain: The war appeared to be over for the most part. However, Italy continues to attack the Germans. Using a loophole to prevent charges of conspiring with Germany, while the Caudillo officially announces not assisting the Germans, he secretly sends 50,000 volunteers of the EEL to fight in Yugoslavia. Much propaganda makes use of that the Spanish have developed a secret weapon, capable of destroying entire nations (well, just cities, but hey, you want to sound cool and dangerous), though any representive of the Spanish State denies these reports to foreign authorities. Other propaganda newsreels also show the power of the Fusil-44 semi-automatic rifle, and the A-45 automatic assault rifle, comparing them to the "weak" British Lee-Enfield and the American M1 Garand rifles, including a war movie which shows British, American and Swedish soldiers surrendering to the "superior" EELFT with the A-45 rifle.
  • The CoLA continues to build up its military. The Directors celebrate the end of the war and they withdraw the army. Directoral elections begin in Argentina and Colombia, with results in 1947. Interstate highway systems are being constructed in phases.
  • Canada: Nuclear research begins. Asks Britain again to cede Newfoundland into Canada (Not in a threatening manner, however) Capital Building renovations begin. Plans to start a Commonwealth-Based organization are brought to the table. Accepts Denmark's alliance. Sends Alliance/Diplomacy requests to the following: U.S.A., Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, UK, and Spain. Military buildup begins.
    • Korean Diplomacy: Korea accepts Canada's offer of alliance.
    • Denmark Diplomacy: We are strongly against a Canadian-Spanish alliance as Spain is a member of the Axis.
  • Denmark: With Sweden's help nuclear research completes. Nuke is produced. Germany is threatened to be nuked if they don't cede Schleswig - Holstein to us, or Berlin is nuked. We distribute the population evenly not to concentrate anywhere, so German nukes will be least harmful to us. Elsewhere, join the IL.
  • This thing is private to Denmark, no nation else knows (except of course, Sweden): the Danish Government knows that the Allies are going to break up, Sweden takes one side versus the US on the other side. Denmark, who is not a member of the Allies, will remain a close ally of Sweden.
  • ATTN: If you have nukes or are researching for Nukes, please fill out this page. Mods, please fill in the approximate end of the ongoing programs.
  • Sweden insists the Danes withdraw from Germany, as it is not a good time to make demands of Germany. We must wait for Germany to weaken in power. Also, unless Germany works on some more nukes, Germany has no nukes, as they used them all.
    • What? I assumed that even if I didn't post it it would be obvious we are making more...
  • Albania-Albania offers alliances to Italy, Soviets, French, Brits, Turks, Bulgars, Saudi, Eagypt, Greece and trade to Greece, which is now free of Germany, and also to the others states mentioned before. Agrarian life is improved as Rifampicin, penicillin, zpoiclone and zoledronic acid are given to rural poor to combat tuberculosis, lung infections and insomniacs. Enva Hoaxa personally opens a new highway from Dures to Tirane and Dures harbour is made a bit bigger and better. Many radio station masts are put up in a lot of places for civil and army uses. 200 rifles are made and rifled up.
    • Italy welcomes the alliance fully and gives Albania nuclear technology so Albania can now build nukes, we offer you membership in the Democratic International Treaty Organization.
    • Australian Dip: Albania to join the IL (UN).

1946.5[]

  • Global Events: The Republic of Pakistan is established, with the recent defeat of India. The Republic of Bengal is proclaimed in Eastern India, and Ceylon becomes the Federation of Lanka. India begins to see a small war between Hindus and Sikhs. Muslims watch from the sidelines and some move to Bengal, Baluchistan or Pakistan.
  • Japan: Realising Germany still ignores them, they keep to their word, and a nuke is dropped. It is dropped in a rural area, and kills mostly plants, but is visible to the nearby city of Munich, which isn't hit. We hope this sends a message not to mess with us. More nukes begin production, and as of now are completed range is four.
    • Implausogasm.
    • How is that implausible? XX (talk) 22:31, January 31, 2013 (UTC)
    • I don't know, how? The River Nile-2 (talk) 22:34, January 31, 2013 (UTC)
    • I didn't aim it at Berlin; I aimed for a rural area. I was trying to tell you to take us seriously. XX (talk) 22:44, January 31, 2013 (UTC)
    • But how can you reach Germany when long-range bombers don't exist? ~Viva
    • That, my good sir, is the implausogasm.
    • Data- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Convair_B-36.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Han Kyung-ni begins writing a Manhwa called Imperishable Night (영야초) and will have Seiga Kaku (카쿠 세이가) as the main character.
  • Italy: Mussolini marries his mistress, and she becomes pregnant. Italy also announces that Bosnia, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Macedonia, and Montenegro will always have the backing and friendship of Italy and as republics they control their own internal affairs fully while still a protectorate of Italy. Mass production of nukes continues, and we now have seven. Italy, keeping their word, drops a nuke on the Ethiopian plains away from the cities from still visible from a great distance, killing mostly plants. The DITO coalition then advances and takes all but the very western corner of Ethiopia, and DITO demands Ethiopia's surrender or another nuke will be dropped.
Progress of DITO gforces in Ethiopa
  • Bosnia: Celebrates independence and troops begin to fight Ethiopia and prepare for the final kill, waiting for Ethiopia's response. Troops also go to fight Germany should it attack again.
  • Croatia: Celebrates independence and troops begin to fight Ethiopia and prepare for the final kill, waiting for Ethiopia's response. Troops also go to fight Germany should it attack again.
  • Slovenia: Celebrates independence and troops begin to fight Ethiopia and prepare for the final kill, waiting for Ethiopia's response. Troops also go to fight Germany should it attack again.
  • Serbia: Troops continues to fight Ethiopia and prepare for the final kill, waiting for Ethiopia's response. Troops also go to fight Germany should it attack again.
  • Macedonia: Troops continues to fight Ethiopia and prepare for the final kill, waiting for Ethiopia's response. Troops also go to fight Germany should it attack again.
  • Montenegro: Troops continues to fight Ethiopia and prepare for the final kill, waiting for Ethiopia's response. Troops also go to fight Germany should it attack again.
  • Libya: Troops continues to fight Ethiopia and prepare for the final kill, waiting for Ethiopia's response. Troops also go to fight Germany should it attack again.
  • Eritrea: Troops continues to fight Ethiopia and prepare for the final kill, waiting for Ethiopia's response. Troops also go to fight Germany should it attack again.
  • India Continues to make more industry.
  • Spain: In an act of good PR, offers Ethiopians affected by the nuclear bomb refuge in the Spanish Arab Dominion. Threatens an invasion of Libya if Italy doesn't back down on their threat on Germany. (Looks like we got ourselves a Mexican Standoff here.) Continues work on more nuclear weapons, with five already stockpiled in a cache somewhere secret in Spain. Produces more Fusil-44 and A-45 rifles for the EELFT and the EELGN.
    • Ethiopia left the Axis, there not your allies, and Germany attacked Italy last turn, we will not nuke Germany, but Ethiopia must surrender, and there no longer your allies anyway, and we targeted a plane so no civilians were harmed, let alone any troops. We already nuked Ethiopia, so Spain we offer you parts of Ethiopia in return for you staying out of the Ethiopian conflict and helping convince Germany to accept pre-war borders.
    • On behalf on everyone else in the world who is tired of the war, Sweden kindly asks Spain to cease threats to Italy; we also ask Germany and Italy to conclude the war, which has devolved into a stalemate. We conclude this with the request that the entire world leaves Italy to implement its own designs on Ethiopia. Meanwhile, we invite Spain to join the ILEAN. (An international European alliance.)
    • Italy offers Germany status quo ante bellum.
    • South African Dip: We wish to acquire nuclear weapons from you. How much do you want?
    • Spanish Diplomacy: Still offering nuclear warheads for 50 Million Pesetas each. Three are available for sale now, with an additional five being produced by the end of the year. As our representive says, "They're muy, muy bueno!"
    • South Africa R: We accept.
  • Australia: Ceylon is fortified even more. 20,000 troops are demobilized and go back to civilian life. Mass public education and sanitation works still occur in Australia’s client and dependent states and colonies. Air and coastal defences are raised across Australia and Timmor. The aircraft carryer is launched, 100 three-inch mortars and 1,000 rifles are made. A new iron mine opens at Mt Isa. Civil aid is still sent to Europe to relieve suffering, especially in Greece, Italy, the former Finland, France and the Low Countries. 1,500 troops, ten Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, two Kangaroo tanks, five spotter planes, seven fighters, five light bombers, one frigate, one assault ship, two corvettes and three mine sweepers all land at the south of the Burmese Mon state and Aussie forces link up with British authorities in Mawlamyaing. Others head into the next province to the south. Six Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, two spotter planes, a fighter and 200 troops are sent to aid the British garrison in Tanintharyi city, Tanintharyi Region to help secure the area from future attackers. An alliance with the Saudi Arabians is asked for. 12 Vickers Medium Mark I tanks are sent to Malaya to help reinforce it from invasion, if it comes to it. Ten Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, Half a million tonnes of coal and 1,000 rifles and a tankette are sent to Greece, Albania, Korea, Argentina and Italy. Australia will not let its clients go fully (grey) independent due to the continued world crisis, but PD will still be handed to British Malaya in 1951. Canada's alliance is accepted.
    • Italy thanks Australia and we give you plans for nuclear weapons.
    • Aussie response: Thank you, we will keep them just in case of future trouble or a major war.

Also see-International Court of Justice (ICJ), World Health Organisation (WHO) and Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NNPT).

  • Britain: The military of Britain continues to be rebuilt as the nuclear project continues. Also, the UK
returns Faroe Islands, Greenland and Iceland to Danish control.
    • Italy gives Britain nuclear technology as well.
  • Switzerland: The Swiss decide not to construct a nuclear weapon, due to opposition from the citizens, and support for the NNPT. They do reserve the right, howver, to construct a nuclear weapon for defensive purposes if it becomes necessary, though this is a very slim prospect. Switzerland offers loans to help rebuild nations after the war ends, which will be re-paid with interest over a number of years. Switzerland begins looking into nuclear energy for peaceful purposes.
  • Spanish Diplomacy: Offers to secretly sell three nuclear bombs to the Swiss for about 50,000,000 Pts (Pesetas) each. As a representative of Spain says, "They're muy, muy bueno!"
  • South Africa: The government continues with its moves to increase the quality of life for its black African citizens, and establishes the Bantustan Program, establishing black homelands which are in union with the South African government. This forms twenty self-governing republics within South Africa, and its colonial mandate, Southwest Africa (OTL Namibia). The military is expanded and development of new weapons continues in addition to the desire to acquire nuclear weapons.
    • United States Dip: We will secret support a South African nuclear program with scientists and materials.
    • South African Dip: We accept your offer.
  • Saudi Arabia: Continues to spread Pan-Arabism propaganda in the surrounding nation while supporting some patriot cells throughout the Arab lands. The king goes to visit the Sana'a region and take the occasion to make propaganda.
    • South African Dip: We wish to establish a third party alliance with Saudi Arabia. Do you wish to take our offer?
    • Aussie Dip: South Africa to join the IL (UN)?
    • Saudi Dip: We accept.
    • South African Dip: We may in the future.
  • The Soviet Union: Continues its integration of Tuva and begins planning those of Xinjiang and Mongolia. Trotsky passes the formation of several new Soviet Republics (like Yakutia, Tatarstan, Mari El and the Komi) in order to weaken Russia (map coming soon, BTW, and also, BTW, this is not splitting, this is forming new Soviet Republics). The nuclear program continues despite the NNPT, with Trotsky arguing the missiles are only for defense.
  • The United States continues to produce nuclear weapons, while the Department of War is transformed into the Department of Defense. The Department of Defense begins looking into rocketry and space flight, but space is still far away. The State of Peninsula is admitted into the United States as the 49th state, while plans to add Alaska begin the next year. A bill to support the NNPT is sent to Congress and the results will be announced next year. Development of a new tank called the Sheridan begins. The results of the referendum in the Panama Canal Zone are announced and in a slim majority, the Canal Zone residents - mainly US soldiers and civilians - vote to have the Zone become an integral part of the United States. In the Philippines, a proposal is sent to the Philippine Legislature, where another proposal to fully join the United States as the 50th state passes the Commonwealth Legislature, due to a slim majority, and the people accept it, especially with the Japanese to the north and Australia to the south.
  • Canada: New Prime Minister is elected who heavily supports Canada possessing a nuclear weapon, and hires some of the top scientists in the nation to research nuclear technology. Uranium is harvested and a reserve system is set up to contain the ores, while keeping its properties intact, without decay. Calgary-Class battleships are beginning construction (OTL Equivalent: Montana Class). Jet engine research begins. Taxes are adjusted. Canada-Denmark Nuclear Program begins.
    • Denmark Dip: We are happy to help you in the nuclear program. And we would like to buy some of your ores. What do you have?
    • Canada Diplomacy to Denmark: We accept your Nuclear Program Partnership and are willing to sell a fair amount of Uranium ore to Your government.
  • Denmark: King Christian X is totally angry with the NATO (No Action Talk Only) nature of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and dismisses him. Venstre fills this slot with a centrist person, who strongly advocates improvement of nuclear weapons. Nuclear production is increased to three per half year, to be increased by one per half year per year, or 2/y/y. Withdraws from Germany, but still obviously keeps a heavy defense in the southern border, with at least two thirds of our army and a half of our navy plus a half of our air force in the south. It shall be noted that about a fifth of the army in this defense are civilians who are only armed in case of war. With the six million krones, we improve our economy by buying quite a lot of ores: tin and lead from Australia and iron from Sweden. With the Faeroe Islands, Iceland and Greenland returned we took control of the Fearoes and Greenland as normal regions of Denmark, and the Icelandic throne is returned to Christian X. This means the final personal union in the world. Iceland will have separate posts as it is an independent state, though it is a Danish client state and holds a personal union with Denmark.
  • The CoLA continues to build up its military. Highway interstate systems continue.
  • Japanese Dip: Asks Italy for an airport and fueling station in Sicily in return for 30,000,000 Yen and military support in Yugoslavia.
  • Italy states Japanese planes are always welcome for free.
  • Why is it that I see this as a step to bombing Germany? ~Viva
  • Germany: Germany continues to produce nukes, as well as other military hardware. The military continues to be expanded under the new government. Meanwhile, plans are developed to reach into space.
    • South African Dip: We would like to join you in this venture.
    • Aussie Dip: An alliance and trade deal is offered to S. Africa and Albania. Canada's alliance is accepted. The Australian Parliament proposes plans in case of Burmese choosing to racially persecute the Mon, Karyn and Cachin after Burmese or invade South Thailand independence (if ever it comes).

1947[]

  • Japan: Invades Afghanistan, taking it quickly.
    • The war is OVER.
    • Afghan Algorithm.
    • You've been murderous to many innocent men, and DITO decided you must be stopped
    • Wait. WHAT? ~Viva
    • No Japan, not yet, we must make an algorithm soon to ensure we're not screwed over, it's possible, wait until next turn so we can all declare war fully after the algorithm's done
    • Afghanistan and Germany are not puny Islands like E. Timor, so do an algorithm. The River Nile-2 (talk) 22:05, February 1, 2013 (UTC)
    • I did for Afghanistan and as for Germany, we're holding off on that.
    • DUDE, IMPLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUSOGASSSSSSSSSSSMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM! AIN'T NOBODY GO INVADING AFGHANISTAN EXCEPT BUSH AND THE SOVIETS.
    • And India or Persia, who neighbor it.
    • 'Implausible huh, hmm -- let's see, a port to Europe, oil, evil Muslims, sounds like enough reasons to me.
  • South Africa: An invasion force is sent to take Mozambique and Angola. Elsewhere, the South Africans begin testing their nuclear weapons, building a number of prototypes and detonating them over the Indian Ocean. Also, South Africa declares war on Germany, and supports DITO's efforts in Europe.
  • Australia: An alliance and trade deal is offered to S. Africa and Albania. Canada's Alliance is accepted. The Australian Parliament proposes plans in case of Burmese choosing to racially persecute the Mon, Karyn and Cachin after Burmese or invade South Thailand independence (if ever it comes). Italy, Denmark and Sweden are given some uranium, tin and lead ore sent to it. Roads are upgraded in Queensland and Tasmania. Another cruiser, an assault ship, a corvette and three coastal attack submarines are laid down. A coastal attack sub, patrol boat, 20 Vickers guns, 20 Humber Armored cars, 8,000 rifles, 100 three-inch mortars and 1,000 pistols, 26 Kookaburra tanks, 15 fighter aircraft, 12 light bombers, 15 medium bombers, ten medium civil cargo planes, ten Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, 20 Carden Lloyd tankettes, 12 Vickers Medium Mark II tanks, 12 medium passenger planes, 12 ground attack aircraft and 12 spotter planes are also made. 400 men, a spotter plane, ten light bombers, ten fighter planes, a frigate, a patrol boat and a Kangaroo tank are sent to re-enforce British forces in Oman and an identical unit is sent to defend Malaya. 12 Vickers Medium Mark I tanks are also sent to Malaya to help reinforce it from invasion, if it comes to it. A similar force is landed at Jakarta. 10,000 troops are demobilized and go back to civilian life. Mass public education and sanitation works still occur in Australia’s client and dependent states and colonies. Air and coastal defenses are raised across Australia, Timor and coastal Papua. Civil aid is still sent to Europe to relieve suffering, especially Greece, Albania, the former Finland and the Low Countries. 200 troops, Five Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, five spotter planes, seven fighters, five light bombers, one assault ship, two corvettes and three mine sweepers all land at the south of the Burmese Mon state and Aussie forces link up with British authorities in Mawlamyaing. 20 men push on with two Humber armored cars in to Hpa-an Township in Karin State Kayin State. In another landing, men, five fighter planes, a frigate, two mine sweepers, a corvette and 20 Vickers Medium Mark tanks land on the coast of the southern Taninthayi Region of Burma and join up with British officials in the town of Tanintharyi to help secure the area from future attackers and/or prevent any Burmese from persecuting the Mon, Karyn and Cachin after Burmese independence (if ever it comes). An alliance with the Saudi Arabians is asked for. Five Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, half a million tonnes of coal and 1,000 rifles are sent to Greece, Albania, Korea, Argentina and Italy. PD will be handed over to British Malaya in 1951. Canada's alliance is accepted. 12 and one Vickers gun are sent to secure Norfolk Island. 50 troops, a patrol boat, five Vickers guns and three tankettes are each sent to the headwaters of the Bulaka River, Rabaul and the Huon Peninsula, and Port Moresby. Aussies re-affirms its loyalty to the British, New Zealand, Canada, USA, Ireland and S. Africa. Add more soon.
    • South African R: We accept your offer.
    • Canada Diplomacy to Australia: Sends loyalty back ;)
  • Switzerland: The Swiss decline Spain's offer due to internal dissent. The nuclear weapons program is postponed indefinitely due to cost, but they continue to look into peaceful uses such as nuclear energy. The Swiss continue to offer loans for the rebuilding of Europe.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Han Kyung-ni continues Imperishable Night (영야초), which will be released later this year.
  • Spain: The country for the most part has been spared from devastation, with the exception of a few air strikes near Portugal and around the south coast. The three nuclear bombs are secretly sold to South Africa, which gains a profit of 150 Million Pesetas. More warheads are produced, which will confirm Spain's place as a nuclear superpower. While Gibraltar is given back to Great Britain, however, the Spanish State refuses to acknowledge the British claims, and all maps continue referring to Gibraltar as Spanish territory, though a massive barrier is placed in La Línea de la Concepción, claiming it as a military base, though it's not to reveal the truth that the British have gained back Gibraltar. The Andalusia Flagpole is erected in the same town, and is built to be 180m (590.55 ft), the tallest flagpole in the world, holding the largest flag ever made, a massive Fascist Spain flag, so that Gibraltar can be forever intimidated by the massive flagpole. Though, the flag will cost a massive 30,000,000 Pts (making it also the most expensive flagpole ever built). Intelligence claims that other countries are developing jet planes, though have no confirmation. Such plans are already being made to build prototype jet fighters in order to contest these theories, with plans to start self-reliance, rather than completely rely on German arms.
  • Canada: Any remaining troops dispatched in Britain are withdrawn and returned to civilian life. Military buildup continues and intensifies with the finalization of the first five Calgary-Class (OTL equivalent Montana-Class) battleships, finished and launched. A primitive jet engine is designed and is to be tested within the year. (1947.5). Invites Australia, Britain and New Zealand to Join the Canadian-Denmark Nuclear Program. (Will rename to accommodate). New Weapons are fitted onto existing military equipment. Plans for fitting out the coastlines with defenses are laid down in Parliament, and should be in use by 1950. CFB Alert is secretly established to Gain Intelligence on the Soviets. Relations started with Spain and Korea (Neutral / Wary?). Infrastructure is expanded. In spite of abstaining in the vote to go to war with Germany, the Canadian army will be providing weaponry and supplies.
    • If you read this you would see that there is evidence that Abstain/Against nations are only to send supplies. OreoToast555 00:00, February 2, 2013 (UTC)
    • Why I crossed out Canada's contribution to the war with Germany and Afghanistan was that the DITO attack was recounted. The River Nile-2 (talk) 00:07, February 2, 2013 (UTC)
    • Aussie Dip: We join the nuke project, but hope we never need to use them. Canada reserves uranium.
  • The CoLA continues to build up its military. Highway interstate systems continue. The elections are over and Alejandro Montes is elected Director of Colombia. In Brazil, Alfredo Neves retains his office by a narrow margin following an unprecedented challenge from conservative Joao Scarmagna. Elias Castro is reelected to a third term (twice as prez, once as director) and will be retiring in 1952 after 15 years in office. No elections are held in Peru or Chile since the sitting Directors are elected to ten-year terms the very first time they are elected (only for the first director of a brand new member). Economic progress continues and Argentina remains the leader followed closely by Brazil and Chile. Venezuela is approached with membership as is Ecuador, now that the "South American Panthers" (Asian Tigers parallel LOL, the Panthers are the most industrialized/modern/largest economies in South America and they are Argentina, Brazil, and Chile) have joined.
  • Saudi Arabia: The king sees that Ethiopia's nuclear program is stalled for at least a long time and instead approaches South Africa to who we as for the atomic technology for civilian purposes and develop our own bomb. The propaganda continues to be distributed in the surrounding nations and many representatives of those come to see if the king will provide weapons. The UK and France are continuing to be asked if we can buy their Arabic land at a fair price.
    • South African R: We'd be happy to aid you in your continued research.
  • Denmark: With the money from Germany, we continue to improve the economy. Peaceful nuclear researches start to use nuclear power for electricity. We want to buy uranium from Canada and Australia. Intelligence Organization is formed. Research for aircraft carriers.
  • Iceland: Christian X visits Iceland. Iceland builds up a military.

1947.5[]

  • Canada: Nuclear program continues. Asks Britain Again to Cede Newfoundland to Canada. A building in the Capital ajedent to the Parliament building is constructed for Diplomatic Missions. Trans-Canada Highway upgrades are beginning. A proposal to Start a formal/official hockey league in North America is brought to the governments of Canada and the U.S.A. Medicine is heavily researched in Universities across the nation. Televisons begin to become commonplace in family homes.

Roads are upgraded in Timor, Victoria and Narau. A cruiser, an assault ship, a corvette and three coastal attack submarines are made. A coastal attack sub, patrol boat, 20 Vickers guns, 20 Humber Armored cars, 500 rifles, 20 three-inch mortars and 1,000 pistols, 15 Kookaburra tanks, 15 fighter aircraft, 12 paratrooper planes, 12 ground attack aircraft and 12 spotter planes are also made. 5,000 troops are demobilized and go back to civilian life. 100 troops, Five Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, three spotter planes, two fighters, two light bombers and one mine sweeper all land at the south of the Burmese Mon state and Aussie forces link up with British authorities in Mawlamyaing. PD will be handed to British Malaya in 1951. 12 mortars and one Vickers gun are sent to secure Norfolk Island. 50 troops, a patrol boat, five Vickers guns and three tankettes are each sent to the headwaters of the Bulaka River, Rabaul and the Huon Peninsula, and Port Moresby. Radios become commonplace.
  • Denmark: Sends secret messages to Italy, Australia, Canada, Sweden, UK and Japan to join an alliance to pull down Germany in 1948 - 49. Sends scientists helping Australia and Canada in the nuclear program, carries real Danish nuclear weapons. Nuclear weapons continue being produced. Christian X visits Greenland.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Han Kyung-ni releases first issue of Imperishable Night (영야초).
  • Saudi Arabia: continues to support Arab patriots around and after many year of military build up. A possible invasion of the British colonies in the peninsula is secretly prepared. South Africa is thanked for its support and an advantageous price on oil is offered. The military continues to be built up and the Saudi Royal Air Force is created. After that a Saudi plane is created and is begun to be produced.
  • Britain: Newfoundland is ceded to Canada. Meanwhile, several atom bombs are made.
    • Saudi Dip: We would like to buy some or all of your land in Arabia for a good price and an advantageous low price for the oil we will dig in the next twenty years.
  • Germany: Germany agrees to a joint space program with South Africa. They continue to produce nuclear weapons. Meanwhile, early missile theories begin to arise among the scientists. Experimentation commences.
    • Aussie Dip: Australia states it will help allies build them now that the world has gone nuke crazy, but will not have or use any of its own, beyond three 1kt bombs bought in from outside for a post-nuking last stand. For our test sites ATL see OTL Woomera_Test_Range and British_nuclear_tests_at_Maralinga. Australia would ultimately like the nukes scrapped by all countries. Australia expresses concerns to the UK about the Burmese possibly choosing to racially persecute the Mon, Karyn, Shan and Cachin after Burmese independence (if ever it comes).
  • United States: The Interstate System is nearly finished and is expected to be finished by the Summer of 1948. Research into jet engines continue, while research commences on rocketry and the possibility of space flight. The Philippines is admitted into the Union as the 50th State. Despite strong protests from the people of the Philippines, many agree to the new rule. Plans to add the remaining territories as states begin in order of Hawaii (51st), Alaska (52nd) and Sonora (53rd). The Panama Canal Zone will become an unincorporated territory of the United States. Domestic drilling of oil in Alaska and Texas begins, while the US Government agrees to an official hockey league between the US and Canada.
  • Spain: The flagpole is completed. Upon hearing advances in television and media technology, The Caudillo authorises a television service to be operated in Spain and the Spanish Arab Dominion, and creates public broadcaster, Televisión Española (Spanish Television), based on the BBC's broadcasting methods, as reported by spies from the 1930's. This new television service will air news, sports and movies. For sports, to entertain the masses, Franco authorises the development of the Spanish Football Association, which will mark the return of association football to the public, and where games of La Liga (The League, aka, Premeire League), will be played each Wednesday and Sunday nights, with select games aired on TVE. The military continues development on the military.

Axis vs Allies- Reborn - 1948
  • Australia: Practical research into jet engines and diesel trains starts, while speculative research also commences on rocketry and the possibility of space flight. A new Adelaide to Darwin via Alice Springs highway is begun in Adelaide and Darwin. The Australian Parliament agrees on a secret plan in case of Burmans choosing to racially persecute the Mon, Karyn and Cachin after Burmese or invades South Thailand independence (if ever it comes). Australia pledges to maintain order and stop squabbling with the Burman vs Karen, Rohingyas, Kachin, Mon, Wa, Naga, Shan and Kachin tribes. All ships and subs are completed. 1,000 rifles, 40 Humber armored cars 12 spotter planes are also made. The last six ships planned are four radar picket ships, a hospital ship and a troop ship, which are laid down. 100 men, a spotter plane, ten light bombers, ten fighter planes, a frigate, a patrol boat and six Kangaroo tank are sent to re-enforce the local forces in Sri Lanka and an identical unit is sent to defend Johor, Malaya and at Bangkok. Mass public education and sanitation works still occur in Sumatra and Bali. Air and coastal defenses are raised across Western Australia, Pattai Darussalam and Banda Ache. 100 troops, five Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, three spotter planes, 12 fighters, two light bombers, a corvette and a mine sweepers all land at the south of the Burmese Mon state and Aussie forces link up with British authorities in Mawlamyaing. Ten men push on with a Vickers Medium Mark I tank into Kyain_Seikgyi in Karin State Kayin State and another ten push on with a Vickers’s machine gun to Myawaddy in Karin state. An alliance with the Saudi Arabians is asked for. 50 troops, five Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, five Vickers guns and three Carden-Lloyd tankettes are each sent to the garrisons at the headwaters of the Bulaka River, Rabaul, the Huon Peninsula, Nauru, and Bali.
  • Switzerland: The Swiss create their own national television service, SBC, or the Swiss Broadcasting Corporation, with its headquarters in Geneva. They begin construction of civilian emergency shelters, which can be used for any emergency (though their real purpose is to withstand a nuclear attack). They also strengthen border defenses. Swiss scientists look into the possibility of using rockets for military purposes.
  • Canada: A primitive jet engine design is tested on a refitted fighter plane and the results proved successful. The plans for the engine are sent to Australia and Denmark. Nuclear Research continues, asks Australia if any assistance is needed in the Indochina regions. Infrastructure and Military buildup continues. A test site for the upcoming nuclear weapon is built in the northern reaches of Baffin Island. Also, could I apply for the Der Führer for mapmaker?
    • Denmark Dip: What plan?
    • Canada Diplomacy to Denmark: Jet engines.
    • Denmark Dip: All right. I'll help. Also, would you like to have oil researching all around Canada and Greenland - together?
    • Canada Diplomacy to Denmark: We are surveying sites south of the Peace River regions for natural Gas and production at our oil sands are being ramped up. We will send some Coast Guard and scientists to Nuuk.
    • Denmark Dip: Let's participate in the space race - together. Also, please don't be wary with the Scandinavian Empire. It's one of my allies.
  • Sweden does stuff. Nukes. Digging up that uranium. Building up some of that military and economy.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Han Kyung-ni begins writing second issue of Imperishable Night (영야초).
  • Denmark: Build up military, economy and nuclear weapons. Nuclear weapons are given to the Icelandic Army for self-protection if the Danish Army can't arrive. Space program starts, although will have to wait several decades for a flight.
  • Iceland: Receive nukes.
  • Italy: Nuke and military buildup continues. Mussolini's wife gives birth to Benito the Second, and the DITO Space Program is founded, and space research begins.
  • Serbia: Nuke and military buildup continues. Space research begins.
  • Libya: Nuke and military buildup continues. Space research begins.
  • Ethiopia: Nuke and military buildup continues. Space research begins.
  • Eritrea: Nuke and military buildup continues. Space research begins.
  • Somalia: Nuke and military buildup continues. Space research begins.

  • Montenegro: Nuke and military buildup continues. Space research begins.
  • Slovenia: Nuke and military buildup continues. Space research begins.
  • Croatia: Nuke and military buildup continues. Space research begins.
  • Bosnia: Nuke and military buildup continues. Space research begins.
  • The CoLA continues to build up its military. Highway interstate systems continue. Economic progress continues and Argentina remains the leader followed closely by Brazil and Chile. The request for Venezuela's membership is stalled since a military junta took power in Caracas this year and just after Venezuela had one of its first clean, democratic elections. The state of Colombia houses the Venezuelan government in exile, with the ousted democratic (and legitimate) President Romulo Betancourt. In an emergency meeting in Bogota, all Directors assure Mr Betancourt that the CoLA will restore his government and they all agree to have Venezuela join as a member of the CoLA. Meanwhile, the government helps to organize an armed rebellion with the goal of ousting the illegitimate dictatorship in Venezuela.
  • The United States finishes its Interstate project ahead of schedule, connecting the East to the West Coast and vice-versa. Meanwhile, President Truman travels to Berlin to heal relations with the Germans and offers a trade agreement. Production of nuclear bombs continues, while research into jet engines and rocketry continues. The possibility of space flight is far away, however, but the National Aeronautic and Space Association or NASA is developed to help fund research into jet engines, rocketry and space. Relations with Venezuela are cut off until the legal government can return to power. Domestic exploration and drilling of oil in the North Atlantic, South Atlantic, Pacific Ocean, Alaska, Texas, and the Gulf of Mexico continues.
  • Wait, did you really just offer GERMANY an alliance against Sweden? KK...
  • I thought we were in a Cold War. US vs Sweden.
  • Actually it's US vs. Germany vs. Sweden. I didn't think my two rivals would gang up on me.
  • Oh. In that case, forget what I said. I thought it was just between the US and Sweden.
  • Saudi Arabia: Continues to build up the military and without answer from the UK, the various militia trained by the Saudi military are ordered to prepare the revolt for next year. The modernisation of the infrastructure continues along with the nuclear program in order to develop power plants in the oil aftermath.
  • Spain: Continues development on the military, and economy, including set up transmitters in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Zarazoga as the first television transmitters for TVE, which after a few test transmissions, will start transmissions on September 2, 1948 for about four hours a day (excluding La Liga matches on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and no broadcasting on Sunday, the holy day). Continues development of 20 new nuclear weapons, with the goal to hold a stock of 100 by 1955. Considers focusing on the EELFA, and building 200 E-48 Bramar nuclear bombers, an improvement on the E-N Bramar, for the EELFA. Research continues on making jet planes, including in the near future, possible supersonic combat jet planes. However, the economy is in a slump, due to no profit from the oil sold from the Spanish Arab Dominion. As a result, Daniel Torres, owner of the Spanish Oil Company, meets with representatives of the Confederation of Latin America, to see if they offer to buy our oil.
  • South Africa: South Africa continues to expand the navy and build nuclear devices. Additionally, the government orders the invasion of Madagascar. The construction of a supercarrier at Durban to serve as the flagship of the navy begins.
  • Aussie Panicky Diplomacy: West Indonesia now becomes independent next turn after heavy OTL style bloody rising except it’s Aussies, not Dutch colonists who are dying. Nationalist Banda Ache will be freed up in 19495. Muslim Pattani in South Thailand will join kindred British Malaya as planned 1951. Australia requests no outside interference and starts urgent talks with nationalists, unionists and insurgents. Banda Ache and West Indonesia will become grey states open to a new player. Australia will have free trade deals with them and a military base in the capitals to prevent a takeover by other states unless the mods kick the Aussies out or new players take the nations over, making the Aussie troops obsolete. PS, I can't cheat fate, alter the basic psyche of Indonesian brains or see the map get colored in and/or boring too soon.

All ships are completed. 1000 rifles, 12 Humber armored cars 12 fighter planes are also made. Air and coastal defenses are raised across Western Australia, Pattai Darussalam and Banda Ache. 100 troops and two fighters are sent to reinforce the British in Burma. An alliance with the Saudi Arabians and the Netherlands is asked for. 50 troops, five Vickers Medium Mark I tanks, five Vickers guns and three Carden-Lloyd tankettes are each sent to the garrisons at the headwaters of the Bulaka River, Rabaul, the Huon Peninsula, Nauru, and Dili. Rebellious West Indonesia becomes independent. Yes, the Dutch can get the parts of their ex-colonies back that Australia controls (the old Dutch Government in exile party around the clock and gets drunk on gin for ten nights in a row). Farming improved. Three minor 1kt nukes are developed as a post-nuclear war last stand weapon, but they will take a year to build. A slightly enlarged Papua New Guinea is slated to become a State of Australia in about 1970. Australia offers a customs union, free trade deal and defense treaty to New Zealand. RNG please.
  • Spain: Continues to offer oil deals with CoLA. Continues to develop more nuclear warheads, with the goal for 100 to be developed by New Year's Day, 1950. Produces more A-45 assault rifles, with the goal for all infantry to wield an automatic rifle into battle by next year. The TVE begins broadcasting at 8:10 PM on September 2, with an opening statement by the Caudillo himself, who states that Spain has the most high-tech broadcast facilities in the world, and that BBC, RAI and SR are inferior compared to TVE's current reach. Transmitters are installed all over the country, planning to extend coverage all over Spain by 1951.
  • Korea: The military is built up and infrastructure is improved. Han Kyung-ni continues writing second issue of Imperishable Night (영야초).
  • The United States continues researching jet engines and rocketry, all funded by NASA. Meanwhile, the economy is at best, people are enjoying life. Hawaii and Alaska are admitted into the United States as the 51st and 52nd states. Sonora will be admitted next year. Production of nukes continues. Research into an assault rifle and a better tank continues. NBC launches its first television broadcast in black and white. Oil exploration and drilling continues.
  • South Africa: The order to invade Botswana and Rhodesia are ordered. The South African government (now black African-led) states that the time to push the British out of Africa is neigh, and that effective leadership on the continent is needed to lead the new nations into a new golden age.
    • Saudi Dip: We offer our support to end imperialism, and we are willing to open a second front. Some military technology would be nice.
    • South African R: We would be happy to support a second front. We shall send you military arms and technology, as well as money to pursue your efforts in the Middle Eastern campaigns.
  • Germany: Germany declines the US alliance, stating that it will not be a lackey of the Americans. The space program continues with the South Africans, although it has a long way to go.
  • Aussie Dip: We wish to start diplomatic relations, but would like Bulgaria to be un-vassalized some time. A more democratic Germany is also something we would like.
  • Brazil: In Brazil, a new election begins as President Vargas dies of pneumonia. The election is expected to end in next year. While this, the military is built up and the Dutch are asked if they are willing to sell Suriname to the Brazilians. While this, the military leadership hears the news of a Magnetic accelerated weapon and hires several scientists to develop such a weapon (For the record, there was one made in OTL in 1934). While this, the infrastructure is built along the Amazonas River and the northern regions of the country.
    • Spanish Diplomacy: Offers to sell oil to Brazil from our fine Arab oil wells. (Also reminds Brazil that we have apologized for the shelling of the Portuguese border that occurred a few years ago, and have paid for the damage.)
    • Brazilian Diplomacy: Despite the offer from Spain, Brazil would like to first know the economic situation of the Confederation before buying Spanish oil. Though we aren't refusing, we would like to first know the situation. Expect our response in the near future.
    • Spanish Diplomacy: We offer to sell our oil as very high quality, and are willing to negotiate the price with Brazil. Though while we don't approve of CoLA's anti-Fascist policies, we will respect their neutrality policy, and not bother with CoLA's relationships with other countries.
    • CoLA diplomacy: Due to our strict philosophies, we don't negotiate with Fascists.
  • Sorry I took so long to come to the game.
  • It's OK.
  • The CoLA continues to build up its military. Economic progress continues. The federal government follows the lead of the state of Brazil and pours money into research. The CoLA-backed coup commences in Venezuela to restore democracy and to oust the tyrannical military. Due to massive support from the people, the illegitimate junta is forced out of Caracas and officials are sent on trial to Buenos Aires. As promised, Venezuela joins the CoLA as its sixth member-state.
  • Denmark: Sends troops to the Netherlands. We train up our troops, nuclear production continues, build up our economy, continue researches. We are confused about the current state in Latin America, being coups and coups and Fascist relations. Anyway, Denmark is extremely happy with the new Canadian flag, which has a special meaning - cooperation between Canada, Denmark and Sweden.
  • Iceland: Trains troops.
