Treaty of Paris (Principia Moderni III Map Game)

The Treaty of Paris is a major treaty that ended the great war between Austria of the Holy Roman Empire and the various Anti-Austrian coalition.

Proposals[]

French[]

The territories of Elsass-Lothringen, Aargau-Basel and a small portion of Swabia,The State of Wallis, west-trier Julich Zweibrucken west-cologne Vultsburg (OTL trinidad), the Westenland Domains near Mali, will become territories of the French Empire, the first becoming part of the Kingdom of Rhineland and of the Union of Lotharingia, The territories of Austria becoming part of the French Colonial Empire may be administered by the Austrian Empire until they may be able to colonize again or until the population is predominantly french
The Nations to form the kingdom of Rhineland and the Union of Lotharingia will withdraw from the Holy Roman Empire,
There will be no war between the HRE in a period of no less than 20 years and no more claims from either side on the territories west of Tyrol for Austria and East of Aargau-Basel for France
The Kingdom of France will help Austria to Recover and offer an alliance, as an act of good faith to the Austrian Monarchy
France will not Meddle in any German politics in a period of 25 years, and Austria will do the same
Austria and France will attend a treaty in order to avoid any Sphere of Influence overlapping for both countries
Switzerland will withdraw from any Mutual defense agreement from any side and remain neutral for a period of no longer than 25 years
Silesia will be given to Poland from Bohemia
If consented by both Sides, a Valois-Arc prince or Princess may marry with a Habsburg Princess or Prince in order to ease the relations between the two countries
Hesse may receive part of the states of Mainz and the territories remaining from Cleves-mark

Hispanian[]

The Kingdom of Lombardy and her vassals will come under the Umbrella of Hispania as vassals or Personal union (whichever is applicable)
some of the small disparate territories will be annexed or integrated into their respective bigger nations if applicable
The Relics held by Lombardy will be transferred to the Roman Empire in Constantinople.
The Governments of all these Italian nations will be transferred to a series of Pro Spanish governments and their trade empires will revert to the Trade Umbrella of Hispania
The militaries of these states will be reformed under Spanish leadership.
The Treaty of Klagenfurt shall be upheld between Spain and Austria for their own specific terms.

Scandinavian[]

Pomerania and Brandenburg will be ceded to Scandinavia
Austria and its remaining vassals will remain neutral in all wars of aggression against Scandinavia by German nations or vice versa.
Obligatory NAP for 20 years

Imperial Roman[]

The Austrian territories in Greece, Montenegro, and Albania will be turned over to the Roman Empire and Albania.
The Austrian colonies in OTL Maryland and in the Imperial Sea will be ceded to the Roman Empire, and Austria will abandon any claims to said areas.
The Romans propose that the Holy Roman Empire be officially dismantled, and that a German Confederation take its place, with an Emperor of the German Confederation taking the place of the Holy Roman Emperor. An entire new set of royal regalia will be constructed, and the Imperial Regalia of the HRE will be transferred to Aachen in French Rheinland. Following a deal struck by the Romans and the Austrians, the former proposal is no longer considered by the Roman representatives. This is contingent on the deal being carried out in full, with no treachery or mishap.
The signers of this treaty will recognize the legitimacy of the Roman Empire's claim to be the authentic Roman Empire.

Croatian[]

Istria shall be directly annexed into the Kingdom of Croatia.
Trieste and the region around it will become independent from Austria and become a vassal of Croatia as the Knyazdom of Trieste
Slovenia will become independent from Austrian rule and declared a vassal of Croatia as the Knyazdom of Slovenia.
Croatia and Austria will work on the immigration of Austrians in Slovenia and Trieste into Austrian lands.
Croatia and its vassals and Austria and its vassals shall agree to a NAP for 25 years.

Other[]

Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth[]

As a personal request from King Józef Szczuka, we ask for the Silesian region from Bohemia.
All volunteers sent shall be sent back to the Commonwealth.

Hesse[]

Hesse will receive the following nations as vassals:
- Paderborn
- Westfalen
- Münster
- Berg
- Mainz
The following areas will be ceded to Hesse and will be administered by von Hessen nobles as vassals:
- Ost Köln (The eastern half of Cologne city, along with any all territories east of Cologne)
- Ost Trier (The eastern tip/horn of Trier)
  - The rest of these countries shall be ceded to France
Hesse will reform into the Kingdom of Westphalia.

The territories of Elsass-Lothringen and Austrian Switzerland shall be released from Austrian vassalage and shall form the basis of the French state(s) of the Kingdom of Rhineland and of the Union of Lotharingia.
The nations of France and Austria shall sign a non aggression pact lasting a minimum of twenty-five years, and France shall make no claim to any German land east of its territory in the Rhineland, while Austria shall make no claim to lands held by France.
The Kingdom of France will help Austria to Recover and offer an alliance, as an act of good faith to the Austrian monarchy.
Austria and France will attend a treaty in order to avoid any sphere of influence overlapping for both countries.
The nations of Wallis, Trier, Julich, Cologne, and Zweibrucken shall be annexed by the nation of France into the Lower Burgundian Kingdom and Rhineland.
If consented by both Sides, a Valois-Arc prince or princess may marry with a Habsburg Princess or Prince in order to ease the relations between the two countries.
The Electorate of Mainz shall be annexed by the Grand Duchy of Hesse. The Archbishop of Mainz shall abdicate and be replaced by an archbishop of the Hessian leader's choosing, who shall serve as an internal vassal to the Grand Duke.
The King of Lombardy shall abdicate the throne and be allowed to live on his estate for the duration of his life. The Kingdom of Lombardy shall be ruled by the King of Spain and Italy, in personal union, while vassals of the King of Lombardy shall become vassals of Spain.
The Iron Crown of Lombardy and the Bridle of Constantine shall be gifted from Lombardy to the Roman Empire.
The former Lombardian military shall be reformed under Spanish leadership.

Croatia and Austria shall sign a non-aggression pact that will last for 25 years.
The region of Istria shall be ceded by the nation of Austria to Croatia.
Slovenia will become independent from Austrian rule and declared a vassal of Croatia as the Knyazdom of Slovenia.
The colonies of Westenland under the control of Austria shall be vassals of France ruled by the nation of Austria. Each colony will pledge to protect France, while being managed by Austria, Vulstburg will be annexed by Sableville.
The colonies of Reichland shall become vassals of the Roman Empire, owned and administered by Austria. The colony of Reichland shall pledge to protect the Roman Empire.
The colonies of Kluftland shall become vassals of the nation of Spain, owned and administered by Austria. The colony of Kluftland shall pledge to protect the nation of Spain.
The Territories of Brandenburg and Pomerania shall be annexed by the nation of Scandinavia. (Barring Scandinavia loses it to Hamburg).
Austria will give up Silesia to the Kingdom of Poland.

I'm going to disregard the past where it says I am supposed to help Ms as he disregarded the part where I get the small bit of land from Swabia. Just leaving it here, guys (he erased that part which I claimed in my proposals).
