Mikheil Saakashvili, President of the Republic of Georgia
Mikheil Saakashvili was the President of the Republic of Georgia, a resistance government founded during the Fourth World War. Saakashvili declared Georgia's independence from the Soviet Union in 2004, in Tbilisi. Saakashvili was killed in 2006, when the Soviet Union crushed the republic.
