1780's[]

October 1 1788 - Catherine II is laying in her bed trying to coax sleep to come after a thoroughly enjoyable birthday. The POD occurs in an instant. A simple idea to see if the north coast of OTL Alaska has any profitable resources to make the Russian colonies more profitable. Now in OTL this simple little thought Catherine had laying in her bed never occurred.

October 3 1788 - Catherine II announces the plan to expand father into the North American continent, and that Gregory Shelikhov will lead the expedition.

April 27 1789 - Gregory Shelikhov leaves the coast of eastern Russia and heads toward Northern Alaska.

July 18 1789 - Gregory Shelikhov sails past the coast of OTL northern Alaska, and his crew is surprised to find many resources such as lumber and sea otters which would make Russian America profitable. Resources which wouldn't have been observed by Russia until much later without the one idea had by Catherine II.

October 31 1789 - This day is known as National Halloween in Yavukia. This was the day where a messenger arrived on Catherine II's doorstep telling her of the the news of how incredibly profitable that Russian America could become if expanded.

February 19 1790 - A new group of colonists are sent to Novo Archangelsk and sent to create the settlement of West Georgia.

1790-1796 - Hundreds of thousands of settlers from Russia immigrated to Russian America. Russian claims in North America encompass all of OTL Alaska and Yukon. This angers the United Kingdom as they also claim that territory.

November 16 1796 - Catherine II dies of a stroke forcing Russia to retreat from borders beyond modern day Yukon.

November 17 1796 - Paul I becomes the Emperor of Russia. He strongly opposes Russian influence in North America, and all Russian claims in North America are retracted except for OTL Yukon and Alaska.

1796-1799 - Russia makes no advancements in North America, and immigration severely decreases as only 2000 new immigrants arrive in Russian America.

March 23 1801 - Paul I is assassinated in Svyatoy Petersburg.

March 24 1801 - Alexander I becomes the emperor of Russia and immediately starts campaigning for more Russian America territory.

April 5 1801 - The Spanish Empire relinquishes claims to Russian Alaska which still exist from pre-Russian colonization times. They do this very reluctantly creating a barrier in Spanish-Russian relations.

1801-1809 - The amount of immigration increases again to times during Catherine II's rule.

1810-1811 - The amount of immigration increases again to times during Catherine II's rule.

1812 - The settlement of Fort Ross is founded in Spanish claimed territory by Russia. The surrounding area is claimed by Russia as part of Russian America this creates another barrier in Spanish-Russian relations. Due to existing bad relations Russia sends troops to aid the Americans during the war of 1812, this again creates bad relations between Russia and England. In this ATL Spain has been able to keep the Mexican revolution under control until 1812 when it breaks out. The Russian Empire steps in and aids the Mexican revolutionaries in their war. Iturbide bases the colors of their flag off of the colors of the Russian flag. Due to this war Spain and Russia are force to drop out of the Napoleonic Wars creating negative relations with the British.

1812-1816 - Russia and the Mexican revolutionaries continue their bid for Mexican freedom.

1816 - Spain loses control of all New Spain. The Northern half is annexed by Russia and the Russian Empire. The Caribbean territories, The Central American territories, and The Remaining Mainland Northern American territories become their own separate countries all governed by Iturbide's monarchy. Russia doesn't stop there as they push into New Granada appealing to the revolutionaries in those countries. Spain is able to sway Portugal to their cause and they ally against Russia.

1816-1819 - Russia wars with Spain and Portugal over their American territories.

1820's[]

1820-1824 - Russia wars with Spain and Portugal over their American territories.

February 24 1824 - Portugal loses control of Brazil and it becomes an independent nation. A treaty is signed in Madrid seceding all of Spain's and Portugal's overseas territories to the Russian Empire, except for their territories in the Americas which become independent nations. The Spanish and Portuguese government remain intact and aren't overthrown during this treaty.

June 30 1824 - Russia, England, and the United States all sign a treaty determining the borders of Oregon Country. Even though the boundaries are set all three countries claim the territory.

1824-1826 - It is unclear which side advanced first, but soon Russian, American and British settlers begin to advance into formerly unexplored territory.

December 1 1825 - Alexander I supposedly "dies" of typhus.

December 2 1825 - Constantine I take his role as the supposed Emperor of Russia.

December 26 1825 - Constantine I relinquishes his title of Emperor of Russia.

December 26 1825 - The Decembrist Revolt occurs, and the Imperial soldiers involved are deported to Siberia.

December 27 1825 - Nicholas I becomes the emperor of Russia.

1826-1829 - The United States, Russian America, and Rupert's Land continue to bring settlers into Oregon country. At first they advance quickly, but after the first few months the interest drops and they advance slower.

1830-1834 - All the rest of the Oregon Country is occupied by Russian America, Rupert's Land, and the United States. Even though there are obvious occupation zones set up the Russian Empire, the British Empire, and the United States still claim all of the Oregon Country.

August 21 1837 - The term the 8 sons of Nicholas comes into use as news of Nicholas I's manipulative power over Latin American leaders reaches the United States.

1840's[]

July 13 1841 - The London Straits Convention is concluded denying Russia and all other powers except the Ottoman Empire access to the Ottoman controlled Bosporus Strait and the Dardanelles Strait except to Ottoman allies during wartime.

January 6 1847 - Iturbide I dies in his sleep of a heart attack

January 7 1847 - Iturbide II takes the throne as the Emperor of Mexico, Central America, and the North Caribbean.

1850's[]

May 17 1850 - Leonid Levanov finds gold in the Russian American territory of California at the age of 19. He quickly develops a mining company becoming rich in as few as a few months.

October 1853 - Due to events in the London Straits Convention the Crimean war begins. This creates a serious set back in Russian expansion in the Oregon territory.

March 2 1855 - Nicholas I dies of pneumonia contracted during the Crimean war.

March 3 1855 - Alexander II becomes the emperor of the Russian Empire.

February 1856 - The Crimean War ends with Russia's loss, even with their loss Russia can now free up resources to expand into Russian America.

March 4 1857 - James Buchanan Jr. is sworn into office as president of the United States.

April 23 1857 - Due to the problems arising between the Southern States and Northern States of the United States James Buchanan signs a treaty with the Russian and British Empire seceding all of their territory in the Oregon Territory to Rupert's Land and Russian America. Due to arising problems in Canadian independence the majority of the United State's territory in Oregon goes to Russian America.

May 10 1857 - The Indian Rebellion in the British Raj begins. This is seen by many as India's first attempt at independence.

July 8 1858 - A peace treaty is signed between the Revolutionaries and the British Empire ending the Indian Rebellion, even with the war's end many insurgents continue.

1860's[]

1861 - The serfs in the Russian Empire are freed, this causes a huge immigration to Russian America as many Russian serfs look for freedom and better opportunities in the "New World". This causes a fall in the power of the aristocracy's monopoly of power in Russia.

March 4 1861 - Abraham Lincoln is sworn in as the 16th president of the United States.

April 12 1861 - The first shot is fired in the American Civil War. Any attempt of the United States to recapture Oregon is lost.

1862 - The British Empire sides with the Confederacy and almost joins their cause, but couldn't because of the Oregon debate, and the possibility of failure. This creates a huge barrier in relations between the United States and the British Empire, a barrier which existed until the collapse of the British Empire in the 1980's.

July 16 1864 - Due to Indian insurgents since the 1857 the British Empire is forced to take their resources from Oregon to the far more profitable British Raj. A treaty is signed in Toronto giving all of the Oregon Country to Russian America for an incredibly small sum of 3¢ an acre. Southern and Northern Russian America are finally connected through Oregon. This marks the last territory gained by the Russian Empire in North America.

March 4 1865 - Lincoln is sworn in as president for his second term.

April 9 1865 - The American Civil War comes to an end, and the current president Abraham Lincoln makes one more attempt to talk to Alexander II in an attempt to regain some control over Oregon Country. Alexander II denies any American attempt to do so. This causes an inconvenience to Abraham Lincoln as he will now miss the play Our American Cousin which he and his wife had been looking forward to for a long time.

April 14 1865 - Abraham Lincoln's carriage en route back to Washington D.C. travels over an unstable bridge which collapses, no one survives the accident.

1866 - Levanov's company discovers gold on the Yukon river which only increases his wealth and importance in Russian America society.

December 14 1869 - Oil is discovered in Bexar by Levanov's company which only increases his importance in Society. The official name of the company is changed to Levanov's Natural Minerals.

1870's[]

1870-1874 - Levanov's Natural Minerals have been keeping the majority of their profits to themselves, and the sea lion industry in Northern Russian America has dropped considerably, because despite the abundance at the end of the 18th century they have been over fished by the Russians. The purchase of the rest of Oregon is also beginning to negatively affect the Russian Economy. There is also considerable decline in the economy due to events which occurred in OTL. The Russian Empire did have more power and a better economy in this ATL. Which brings the economy of the Russian Empire to about what it was in OTL.

April 22 1870 - Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov is born.

April 24 1877 - The Russo-Turkish War begins between the Russian Empire and the Ottoman Empire.

March 3 1878 - The Russo-Turkish War ends with a Russian victory ending in the treaty of Berlin.

December 18 1878 - Ioseb Besarionis dze Jughashvili is born in Gori a town in OTL Georgia.

1878-1879 - The Russian economy keeps on declining because so many resources were put into the Russo-Turkish War

April 26 1879 - Due to the horrible economic situation in the Russian Empire, Russian America declares independence peacefully. The sign the Shelikhov Treaty allowing the territories of Russian America to be an independent state, but only if Yavukia will continue to supply the Russian Empire with resources from Levanov's Natural Minerals the few remaining sea lion pelts. They name their country the Yavukian Commonwealth. Due to their independence how ever many resources stop going to Latin American nations which heavily destabilizes their government.

1880's[]

1880 - 1882 - The Latin American satellite states of the Russian Empire all collapse due to the lack of resources they were used to receiving from Russia. New governments arise in these countries, governments similar to that of Yavukia's. These governments then start receiving a lot of aid from Yavukia. This doesn't please the Russian Empire as much, because now Yavukia is developing their own relations and management with very little help from the Russian Empire.

March 13 1881 - Alexander II is assassinated in Svyatoy Petersburg.

March 14 1881 - Alexander III becomes the emperor of Russia.

1883 - 1885 - The Russian economy rebounds and starts going up. They attempt to re-occupy Yavukia, but many nationals have developed in the country and won't allow Russia to interfere with any activities in the Americas. The Russian Empire warns them of the treaty, yet Yavukia remains in-line with it.

1886 - Even though situations have been rough in Hawaii, the government of the Kingdom of Hawaii doesn't collapse and the Russian Empire takes it under their wing holding it as the last stronghold of Russian influence in America lost in the last decade.

December 27 1888 - Yavukia and its satellite states enact laws similar to that of the United States as they look to the United States as a role model society.

1888-1889 - Relations between Yavukia, Yavukian Satellite States, and the United States improve greatly. This further angers the Russian Empire as they try to stop Yavukia from developing relations by exercising the little control left that they have in the country.

1890's[]

1890 - 1895 - Due to the limited resources in Yavukia, and the exportation to Russia, Yavukia and its satellite states plunge into a horrible economic situation. Some historians see this as the first affected by the economic crash of 1929, yet the two incidents are unrelated and their beginnings occur 39 years apart.

1893 - 1895 - The Yavukian Freedom Party grows from just under 50 members to over 5,000,000 in a few short years. The population of Yavukia is about 13,000,000. The government looks close to collapse with almost half of their population in an anti-democratic revolutionary party. Many citizens blame the Yavukian government for the economic crisis, yet it is really the fault of the Russian Empire's government.

November 1 1894 - Alexander III dies of nephritis at the Livadia palace.

November 2 1894 - The last Emperor/Czar of Russia Nicholas II becomes the emperor of Russia.

1895 - The Yavukian Freedom Army is formed by the members of the Yavukian Freedom Party who are of the proper age to fight in an army.

1895 - 1897 - Alik Orlov takes control of the Yavukian Freedom Army and the Yavukian Freedom Party.

1900's[]

1900 - Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov leaves Russia in exile. 1902 - Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov adopts Lenin as his surname.

August 23 1903 - The Bolshevik Party is formed at the Second Party Congress.

1903 - Ioseb joins the Bolshevik Party.

February 4 1904 - The Russo-Japanese War begins.

December 1904 - The 1905 Russian Revolution Begins.

1905 - Lenin returns to Russia to support the 1905 Russian Revolution.

1905 - 1906 - Nicholas II tries to agree to terms of the 1905 Russian Revolution, but can't stop the fighting. Thousands of people are executed.

1900-1905 - The Yavukian Freedom Army becomes more and more violent.

September 5 1905 - The Russo-Japanese War ends with a Japanese victory.

October 3 1905 - The Yavukian Freedom Army begins to barrage Baranov island.

October 4 1905 - The Yavukian Freedom Army marches into the capital and overthrows the government.

January 12 1906 - The First Mexican Republic collapses without support from the new Yavukia.

January-May 1906 - Two separate Mexican governments emerge one calling itself the Second Mexican Republic which is in support of the United States and the other the Free Mexican State which is in support of the new Yavukian government.

June 26 1906 - The Mexican Civil war officially begins with the Second Mexican Republic beginning with a disadvantage.

May 3 1907 - The Free Mexican States emerges victorious due to the lack of opposition from the United States and the help of Yavukia.

May 13 1907 - The Third Mexican Republic constitution is written and the country re-named to the Third Mexican Republic.

July 24 1907 - Korea comes under complete Japanese control, but as a puppet state, not annexed.

Mid-1907 - The 1905 Russian Revolution is repressed and the executions continue.

1909 - Conditions in Mexico are reportedly back to what they were in the time of Iturbide's Government.

1910's[]

August 22 1910 - The Japan-Korea 1910 Treaty is signed and the Japanese annexation of Korea is finalized.

January 23 1914 - The leader of Mexico, Camerino Valdez dies.


January 24 1914 - The next Mexican Great General Luis Valdez, the cousin of Camerino takes his place as the Great General of Mexico.

July 28 1914 - World War I begins.

1914-1915 - The United States is unable to convince the new Yavukian government to join the allies in World War I.

August 17 1916 - Yavukia is approached by Germany for aid in World War I. Yavukia denies them help.

March 8 1917 - The February Revolution Begins

March 12 1917 - The February Revolution Ends.

November 7 1917 - The October Revolution Begins.

November 8 1917 - The October Revolution Ends and the Russian Civil War Begins. Bolshevik rule is established in parts of Russia.

1917-1918 - Russia drops out of World War I in order to fight their own war.

October 8 1918 - Yavukia joins World War I on the side of the allies, but with the tide already turned it doesn't affect the outcome much.

November 11 1918 - World War I ends.

June 28 1919 - The Treaty of Versailles is signed.

September 12 1919 - Adolf Hitler attends the first meeting of the German Workers' Party as a spy. After an argument with one of the member he's invited by the current leader of the party Anton Drexler to join.

September 13 - October 15 1919 - After some thinking Hitler abandons the army and joins the German Workers' Party

October 15 1919 - Hitler gives his first speech for the German Workers' Party.

Late 1919 - Hitler's popularity in the German Workers' Party grows and he grows to a leadership-like figure.

1917-1919 - The Russian Civil War rages on.

1920's[]

1920-1922 - Yavukia's relations deteriorate with many of the allied nations. The only nation whose relations don't deteriorate with Yavukia is Japan. Their governments have very similar beliefs and due to this relations start to develop. One of the few disputes the two nations have is their opinion of the Russian Empire.

February 24 1920 - The name of the German Worker's Party is changed to National Socialist German Workers' Party.

September 28 1921 - Japan and Yavukia develop a basic trade agreement.

1921 - Adolf Hitler becomes the undisputed leader of the Nazi Party of Germany.

1923 - Surprising the entire world the Bolsheviks win the Russian Civil War toppling the monarchy which had lasted more than a millennium. The Bolsheviks agree to let Japan occupy all of Sakhalin and the Kuril islands if the Japanese Empire doesn't claim any more Russian claimed territory. Historians suspect this surprisingly passive move by the early Soviet Union was made for fear of angering the new Yavukian government, because at this point in their history they were hoping for support from the new Yavukian government against other superpowers of the time. All Russian Empire territories not connected with mainland Russia are made into independent, socialist, and communist republics. Japan invades the newly independent Philippines, but don't advance far until due to the Kuril Island Treaty Japan retreats not wanting to immediately anger the Soviet Union.

January 21 1924 - Vladimir Lenin dies in Gorki Leninskiye.

January 22 1924 - Joseph Stalin takes complete control over the Soviet Union.

January 24 1924 - Petrograd is renamed Leningrad in Vladimir Lenin's honor.

1923-1927 - The only major barrier in relations between Japan and Yavukia, the Russian Empire, is removed and therefore relations continue to grow. The similarities between their governments help their relations grow as well, and by 1927 they have several more economic agreements and military agreements.

July 18 1927 - Yavukia has influenced Japan so much and their relations have deteriorated with other League of Nations countries that they influence Japan to leave the League of Nations.

May 20 1928 - The Nazis win only 12 of the 491 seats in the German Federal Election, 2.6% of the population.

1925-1929 - Paul Von Hindenburg turns the democratic nature of Germany into a de facto conservative-nationalist authoritarian state under himself.

October 1929 - The Great Wall Street Crash of 1929 occurs beginning the Great Depression.

October-December 1929 - The German economy already on the brink of collapsing collapses due to the great depression. This causes a rise in the popularity and membership of the Nazi Party of Germany.

1930's[]

1930-1939 - The world economy continues to drop as people in formally rich countries fall into poverty.

August 4 1931 - Yavukia, Japan, and their puppet states create the Pacific Economic and Military Alliance.

1931 - Religion begins to be suppressed in the Soviet Union. Minor fighting begins between the Japanese Empire and the Republic of China.

March 13 1932 - Hitler runs for the President of Germany and loses to the current president Paul von Hindenburg.

April 10 1932 - The second round of elections takes place and Paul von Hindenburg still rises above Hitler.

July 31 1932 - The Nazi party wins the of the seats in the federal election of Germany with 37.8% of the vote and winning 230 seats.

January 30 1933 - Adolf Hitler is appointed Chancellor of Germany, and the Nazi Party of Germany comes to power in Germany. The persecution of the Jewish people begins almost immediately.

July 7 1937 - The Second Sino-Japanese War begins as Japanese troops advance into modern day Manchuria. The Japanese Empire advances father and faster into China than in OTL because they have no World War II hindering their progress and they have the help of Yavukia.

August 2 1939 - Yavukia officially leaves the League of Nations. They hadn't participated in any events of the League of Nations, but were only it by treaty. Yavukia had long disagreed with the policies of the League of Nations and with the League of Nations falling apart and all of Yavukias attention diverted to P.E.M.A. they felt that there was no reason to remain in the League of Nations.

September 1 1939 - World War II officially begins with the German and Slovakian invasion of Poland.

September 23 1939 - P.E.M.A. is approached by the allies in a hope of support. Due to the isolationist policy of P.E.M.A. and the Japanese invasions in China and South-East Asia, they turn them away.

December 3 1939 - P.E.M.A. is approached by the Axis powers for support in the war, they turn them away too, wanting to focus their efforts on continuing Japanese presence in China and South-East Asia. Due to the German support of the nationalist Republic of China, this also creates a barrier in relations.

Late 1930's - Due to the failing nature of the League of Nations, the United States joins in hope of stopping another world war and in hopes of bridging the peace between Yavukia and the United States, but by the early 1940's all countries (including Yavukia) had left, but the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Liberia. The League of Nations becomes very isolationist and causes about entering wars and entering new members, some compare the League of Nations to the government of Switzerland.

1940's[]

1940-1949 - The Japanese advance into more territory in South East Asia than they did in OTL, but are stopped when they reach Australia, and even though they still claim the area as Japanese have never been able to fully control it. December 7 1941 - Since there is no Pearl Harbor in this ATL, the United States doesn't even control Hawaii, and due to Yavukia's influence Japan doesn't want involvement in WWII, so there's no Attack on Pearl Harbor and no United States involvement in the war. 1940 - The Soviet Atomic Bomb Project is started when Stalin learns that the United Kingdom and Nazi Germany are both conducting research into building Nuclear Weapons.

April 30 1945 - World War II comes to an end, and Adolf Hitler and his wife commit suicide. Since there was no World War II in the pacific and no United States involvement the war ends sooner and only the United Kingdom and the Soviet Union occupy Europe. Due to only 2 countries occupying Europe(excluding a few islands occupied by Turkey), the Soviet Union gets a "bigger chunk" of Europe under their control.

November 8 1946 - Luis Valdez, the Great General of Mexico dies of a Brain Tumor

November 9 1946 - Francisco Valdez, the son of Luis takes his place as the third Great General of Mexico.

December 19 1946 - The First Indo-China War begins, this war is one of the first events to worsen Soviet and British relations, because is forced the two to take opposite sides in the war. The United Kingdom on the side of French Indo-China and the Soviet Union on the side of Viet Minh.

1946-1949 - The Soviet Union rushes in an occupies eastern China being the only part of China not controlled by the Japanese Empire. The Japanese empire claims this as an illegal act as the government of the Republic of China had fallen a week before the Soviet Occupation of China was finalized. Tensions also begin to rise between the United Kingdom and the Soviet Union, even though they aren't nearly at the point they would reach during the late 1970's and early 1980's.

August 15 1947 - India gains its independence through Gandhi, almost immediately the Japanese Empire invades them. Shortly after Japan's invasion of India, the Soviet Union advances into the newly free India. The Japanese also advance into the British controlled Ceylon.

January 4 1948 - Burma becomes independent from the British Empire, they're invaded by Japan quickly, but due the anti-monarch regime Japanese control is pushed out of Burma, but fighting on the border continues. The Soviet Union backs the current main Burma regime.

May 14 1948 - Israel becomes independent from the British Empire.

June 17 1948 - Mao Zedong abandons Yan'an and rushes to Soviet Occupied Urumqi.

March 31 1949 - Due to the more isolationist policy of the league of nations, Canada is reluctant to accept NewFoundland into their confederacy and as a result this uncertainty sways 3%, this seems small, but it is enough of the population to make the vote 51% for continuing Dominion status and 49% for joining Canada. As a result Newfoundland remains a British Dominion.

July 28 1949 - The occupation zones of India are agreed upon with the Soviet Union taking the Eastern half of India and East Pakistan and Japan taking the Western Half of India, West Pakistan and Ceylon. The occupation borders of China are also decided upon.

December 27 1949 - Indonesia is recognized as an independent Communist Republic.

1950's[]

June 18 1951 - The Soviet Atomic Bomb project reaches a breakthrough and creates the world's first atomic weapon. Igor Kurchatov is credited in this ATL with the creations of the nuclear weapon. United Kingdom spies quickly inform the United Kingdom government of the Soviet Union's success and before long the United Kingdom is testing their own bombs alongside the Soviet Union.

The three Asian Soviet puppet states created on October 16 1952.

October 16 1952 - The Soviet occupied areas of Central Asia become the independent countries of the Xinjiang Soviet Republic, the Pakistani Democratic Republic, and the Peoples Republic of Moghulistan.

March 8 1953 - The Indo-China War ends with the Communists victory. The communists are given control over all of Indo-China and 3 puppet states of the Soviet Union are created, the Peoples Pathet Lao State, the Vietminh Socialist Republic, and the Khmer Democratic Republic.

June 18 1953 - Egypt gains full independence from the United Kingdom.

February 9 1954 - The Japanese occupied areas of Central and East Asia become the independent countries of the Empire of Nanjing, the Empire of Tibet, and the Azadhind Empire.

1950-1954 - The Japanese fighting on the Burmese border continues, but eventually subsides in a ceasefire. Japan still claims the Northern half of Burma as the Myanmar Empire. This marks the last international conflict which P.E.M.A. was engaged in.

January 1 1956 - Sudan becomes independent from the British Empire, yet doesn't take on Communism.

March 20 1956 - Tunisia becomes independent from France and joins the communists in the Cold War by becoming a Socialist Communist State

March 6 1957 - Ghana becomes independent from the British Empire and embraces Communism like many previous territories of the European Empires.

August 31 1957 - British Malay becomes independent and develops Socialism and Communism as their ideology.

October 2 1958 - Guinea becomes independent from the French Empire and becomes Communist.

1960's[]

1960-1969 - Cameroon, Senegal, Togo, Madagascar, DR Congo, Somalia, Benin, Côte d'Ivoire, Congo, Gabon, Nigeria, Mauritania, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Rwanda, Algeria, Guyana, Uganda, Kenya, Malawi, Zambia, The Gambia, Botswana, Lesotho, Mauritius, and Swaziland declare independence and become communist nations ; Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, Chad, and Central African Republic declare independence, yet don't becomes communist states. The dictatorships in Spain and Portugal approach P.E.M.A. for possible involvement, because of similar governments. Yavukia and Japan see this as a possible way to create a bigger front against England and agree.

Yavukian Civil War

The Krais and Oblasts which the governments/great generals in Yavukia as of June 17 1961 controlled.

March 15 1961 - Alik Orlov dies, and many people claim to be the next Great General. There is no official declared Great General, and many of the Oblasts and Krais declare their support of various Great Generals.

June 17 1961 - Due to the rising aggression in Yavukia, the Yavukian Civil War begins. Japan remains neutral at this time, but look at their options as to which Great General to side with. Due the instability of Yavukia's government Yavukia's puppet states in Latin America fall into anarchy.

November 17 1961 - Due to Japanese pressure and want for independence in the Maldives, the Maldives become independent from the British Empire and join Azadhind as a pradish.

June 18 1962 - Indonesia seizes the Portuguese territory of Timor uniting all of Timor.

1962 - Due to failing British control in the Caribbean and an increased Soviet Movement for Communist States in the Americas the various territories controlled by European nations in the Caribbean declare independence and form the Peoples Republic of the Caribbean or South Caribbean, the name North Caribbean comes into use for the Orlov Caribbean Republic.

January 3 1963 - The Yavukian Civil War ends with Veniamen Orlov obtaining power as the Great General. All remaining Great Generals either flee to the United States or are executed. With the execution of Yuri Gwon (a Korean exile) Yavukia breaks yet another barrier between them and Japan and forces all Korean exiles in their country to go back to Chosen and take Japanese names. Veniamen ends the anarchy in Latin America by installing new Great Generals.

June 13 1963 - Haiti is invaded by South Caribbean as a movement for more communist states in the Americas.

1963 - Sabah and Sarawak declare independence from the British Empire and enter into a federation with Malay called the Federal Democratic Republic of Malaysia. Singapore is invaded by the Federal Democratic Republic of Malaysia and annexed.

February 8 1964 - Haiti's government falls and the territory formally controlled by Haiti is annexed by South Caribbean.

January 24 1965 - Winston Churchill dies.

February 16 1967 - Portugal and Spain join P.E.M.A.

Late 1960's - Due to the increasing number of former British controlled territories declaring independence and becoming communist nations the United Kingdom and the Soviet Union are forced into many conflicts combating each other. Much like the Korean War, Vietnam War, and Chinese Civil War of OTL Cold War these wars have the same affect on this ATL's Soviet Union and United Kingdom. These events cause relations to completely fall apart and many citizens across the world (even in non ECC AND CoMEcon nations) fear a nuclear holocaust. Venimen is also able to restore control over his country by enacting stricter laws taking more freedom away from his people.

1970's[]

1970-1979 - British and Soviet relations grow so tense that contact between nations controlled by either is forbidden. Nuclear War almost begins countless times, and the 4 billion people on the planet's worry about nuclear devastation continues.

September 18 1973 - The Kyoto Conference takes place, and the decision is finalized that P.E.M.A. won't take part in any of the final years of the Cold War as to not provoke a Nuclear War.

June 29 1974 - The Zimbabwean War begins with the Zimbabwean Nationalists siding with the Soviet Union and Zimbabwean Loyalists siding with the United Kingdom. With the Cold War closing on its last decade many of the citizens of the United Kingdom oppose this war and many protests ensue. This war is similar to OTL's Vietnam War where many citizens opposed the war and was seen in retrospective as a waste of resources of the capitalist side.

November 20 1975 - Francisco Franco dies, and Spain is transitioned almost immediately to a democratic government. The Kingdom of Spain leaves P.E.M.A., and try to join the E.C.C., but are denied by the British Empire who can't afford the responsibility of maintaining the many riots in Spain along with the riots in Belfast.

October 21 1977 - The United Kingdom officially retreats from Zimbabwe. Their falling economy forces this decision by United Kingdom, the resources used on the Zimbabwean War only worsens the economy of the United Kingdom. Many of the soldiers returning home are booed by the citizens of the United Kingdom and some are even forced to move out of their towns because of their ridicule.

January 17 1978 - The Portuguese dictatorship is overthrown and Americo Thomaz killed despite the aid of Yavukia and Japan. Portugal falls into anarchy for the time, but soon the Communist Party of Portugal seizes power and creates to Democratic Republic of Portugal siding with the Soviet Union against the British and Spanish.

Late 1970's - With the loss of almost all of its colonies and the colonies of its allies, England's power in the world starts to wane, while the Soviet Union's power grows. Many of England's old colonies have pledged their allegiance to the Soviet Union, and their economy begins to collapse due to the huge military budget spent to keep up with the Soviet Union. Even more of the colonies controlled by England and their allies secede and ally with the Soviet Union because of the poor economic conditions gripping the country affecting England and its allies which are mainly puppet states.

July 16 1979 - Due to the failing economy of its country the FRG joins the DDR and the Berlin Wall comes down. The Socialist Unity Party of Germany takes control of all of Germany. The SPD and the CDU are disbanded and their leaders are politically purged.

December 3 1979 - Portugal and Spain are invaded by the Soviet Union with very little resistance, the Soviet army occupies Madrid and Lisbon within weeks of their initial invasion. Portugal and Spain at this time are merely occupation zones and not countries.

1980's[]

February 2 1980 - West Italy is invaded by East Italy. England considers this a declaration of war by the Soviet Union, but are unable to do much, but watch as the majority of their army is dealing with protests in their own country. The United Kingdom still has an arsenal of bombs, buy don't launch them on the premise that if a land invasion of Britain occurred they might need them. West Italy is turned into another occupation zone of the Soviet Union. Some historians consider this to be the start of World War 3

June 27 1980 - Due to the growth of the Austrian Communist Party influence in West Austria, the influence of Germany's complete transition to communism, and West Austria's crumbling economy, all of Austria joins East Austria.

July 6 1980 - Veniamen Orlov dies of a brain tumor (the information released by the Yavukian government), but many people in non P.E.M.A. nations believe that Veniamen's son Matvey purposely killed him in order to gain control of the country.

October 28 1980 - France is invaded by Soviet Union as they move troops from Iberia and West Italy to France.

March 4 1981 - The Lowland Countries are invaded by the Soviet Union and easily brought down. Their capitals are reached in mere days after their invasion. Britain looks on in fear with only a small portion of France separating Communism from mainland Britain.

June 19 1981 - All of France is invaded by the Soviet Union and added to the Soviet Union's growing occupation zone.

April 1 1982 - Soviet troops land in mainland Berlin and begin advancing.

April 2 1982 - The first of many British missiles are released, but are shot down easily by the Soviet Union's anti-missiles.

April 4 1982 - When news of their first missile's failure the United Kingdom launches ten more missiles, but the Soviet Union's anti-missiles still are able to shoot them down.

August 14 1982 - The Soviet Union marches into London. Most of the members of the British

Parliament are killed when an entire company of Red Army soldiers marches into Palace of Westminster and open fires. Nicholas Scott is the only confirmed survivor because as he rushed out of the Palace of Westminster his car swerved into a tree killing him instantly. It is rumored though that the Soviet Union may be withholding some names of parliament members who escaped illegally into Canada, as 132 names are missing from the list reported by the Soviet Union. Elizabeth II who unluckily was in the Palace of Westminster at the time of the shooting was also killed during the Westminster Shooting.

January 5 1983 - Without the help of the British Empire Denmark and Norway fall and become Soviet occupation zones.

August 7 1984 - The leader of Finland dies causing mass anarchy in Finland. Brezhnev is forced to send military troops to Finland to add it to the occupation zone.

1985 - Turkey, Greece, Ireland, and Sweden all surrender to the Soviet Union within a few years of England's defeat. It is commonly known that Brezhnev's last order before his death was to occupy Sweden and add it to the occupation zone.

Late 1980's - Due to no other concerns rivaling that of OTL Cold War, the Soviet Union can concentrate completely on not falling as they did in OTL. Due to this many protests and revolutions of smaller countries are stopped before they can begin. 3 years after Gorbachev rose to leadership, his innovations were looked at by the Russian people as cowardly and he was replaced by the new comer and youngest leader of the Soviet Union to date Vladimir Putin who ruled by use of the military forcing many protests in Europe to recede and stabilizing the economy by making many reforms and although making the Soviet military presence known in communist counties still reduced the amount of money spent on the military. To this day Vladimir Putin is looked at in the Soviet Union as a savior of their country, because (as may soviet nations shudder to think) without his leadership the Soviet Union may have altogether ceased to exist.

1990's[]

Early 1990's - With the Soviet Union's brief drop in power, optimists in Yavukia and the United States hoped for another collapse of a super power, but to no avail. Putin leads the Soviet Union to the top of the scale again and the Soviet Union goes from one of the worst economies to the best in a few short years. P.E.M.A. which has never been a real competitor in the economic sense, and the United States with their falling economy only led to the quick rise of the communist countries as the dominant economic powers.
