Soviet Union: The British seem to be aligning themselves with the fascist Germans. You will be increasingly isolated as the fascists in Berlin and London tighten their relationship. Hindustan: They are not democratic but communists (Soviets). Don't join with them, you'll become as bad. Hopefully, the assassination attempt on Hitler in 1939, September might just succeed, hopefully.

Baltics: Don't join the communist Soviets and China. Come help us and the newly Norway. Even German are better. The Soviets will make France communist, and anti-communist people would be killed. Venezuela agrees that bygones are bygones and all is in the past and life is now friendly. Venezuela offers the UK an oil deal and recognises UK colonial holdings in Iran and Afghanistan, who deserved to be defeated. Venezuela would like to share in the UK's railway technology, so as to inprove there own. The border with British Guyana is returned to civil controle.

Italy will not back down in its mobilization or its demands of your government backing down on your hypocritical demand to the Soviet Union.

From finland: please help us. The USSR attacked us for no good reason and we need the extra points for the win. we are Eurasian powers allies after all. Tell the rest of the Eurasian Powers to help too...please...

Soviet Union: If you broke your alliance with them, you really shouldn't have them listed as a member of the Eurasian Powers. And it's propaganda. I can say whatever I want on the international stage, and you can't do anything about it, since you are losing the war.

• Thailand: Sounds good. Let's establish it!

• Ethiopia: proposes a secret alliance to jointly attack French colonies in the near future.

• Thailand: Apologises to Ethiopia and says that they do not want to go to war with the French Colonial Empire and its allies.

• Hindustan accepts and gives them the Shah type heavy tank because of their friendly alliance. They are also happy to receive the aeroplanes as gifts (like the word better that donations).

• Thailand announces that the Thai government is going neutral, but Thailand will still support China and Hindustan, but most likely by donations and giving supplies for now....

• Thailand announces that the Thai government refuses to join any International organisation (this includes the UN). The only organisation Thailand will remain in is the The Asian Democratic Pact and the League of Neutral.
• Thailand is invited by Venezuela to join the the Non-Nuclear Proliferation Treaty fearing Thailand is to small to survive a nuclear attack by another state. They are also offered a ten years worth of oil supplies.

• Thailand: While the Thai government agrees about the dangers of nuclear weapons and all, the Thai government doesn't want to sign the treaty, as Thailand is neutral on most issues (and will stay out of conflicts). Thailand accepts Venezuela's offer of petroleum (oil) supplies, and donates 100,000 British Pounds to Venezuela.

• They British have their own interests, so do the Nazis and and so does Hindustan. However, I am sure that Britain will not blindly follow them into war. I support an empire otherwise the world will be in the flames of civil war. Russian is huge and can qualify as an empire. I just want fairness and not a world dominated by one country or another. Germany without Hitler would have a weak Nazi government as the cabinet will fall into civil conflict. They could never declare war. Also new names should be added to the parts of the British Empire and I hope Britain the UK takes into consideration like changing the name of the African colonial counties into one unified 'Confederation of Africa' and the Cape to Cairo railway being built. Republic of Venezuela

General Diplomacy-

The president just come to office in an army coup. He's a nationalist, militarist and right wing army general. Venezuela has no problems with the outside world, but wishes to enhance our standing in the world.

A future Customs Union with Nicaragua is also on the agenda.

{C}Venezuela invites the Pontiff to Caracas and Maturín [[1]] to help spread the Catholic faith further and inspire the rural poor with his Papal visit in or shortly after 1945.

Venezuela condemns the casual use of chemical and nuclear weapons in 1950-51.

Demographics

Pros: Developing oil industry and growing urbanisation.

Cons: Impenetrable jungle interior, political instability and lots of poverty.

The 1934 oil deal is this-

1. The USA is given cut price Venezuelan oil for a fixed period of five years subject to renewal every five years.
2. The USA gives Venezuela several hundred rifles and pistols (obviously with bullets included) plus the odd tank and/or modern armoured car.
3. Venezuela has a free hand to combat the counter-revolutionaries that supported the former regime.
4. The deal will ultimately run out in 1975, assuming it's not cut short at one of the five-year renewals.

The 1935 telegrams to America and Colombia read like this-

Finland wants to gain Great power status and would like an alliance with USA and Scandinavian states (later form the Scandinavian Community Supernatural organ).

Soviet Union: If you intervene in the Baltic Conflict, then we will show you no mercy. Do not trifle with us.

Cuba accepts the Alliance. We plan to become a larger, more important nation. However, civil unrest due to Communist revolutions are making things difficult.

The British have your back against the Soviets.

Since 1940.6 the GoF/Baltic Project, a nuclear project has been going on. IN 1944 the USSR invaded Unprovoked and the SUMA (Scandinavian United Military Alliance) went onto a state of war against the USSR. The Finnish are now fighting to their last breath to defeat the Soviets who once worked with them on the GoF Project.

The Finnish Baltic project now has two main operations: operations GOD(H-Bombs or Thermonuclear Bomb) and MJOLNIR (rocket-mounted nukes)

Activities

Currently completely overhauling military, industry, and technology, will continue until 1936. Scientists are flirting with the E=MC2 idea and its military capability but not much attention is given.

The Finnish scientists have gains with uranium and are closer to developing a theoretical atom bomb

Split Poland on an ethno-linguistic line?

The Soviet Union annexes the part which speaks Ukrainian and/or Belorussian and turns the occupied part of the Polish speaking land in to a puppet state with a communist government. Germany gains the German speaking border villages. Poland would leave Hungary and the non-Polish speaking part it's peace of Czechoslovakia. Hungary and Czechoslovakia must go neutral. Germany could back from Czech Prague, but keeps German speaking Sudetenland as a gesture of good will. The USA could help if there are not enough Venezuelan peace keepers to hold the line if the plan is ratified.Oxfordshire 1972 10:37, September 12, 2011 (UTC)

Who owns Guyana Esequiba!

Guayana Esequiba is the Brown bit in Guyana.

Guyana Esequiba was traditionally Venezuela land and was taken off their Bolivarian forbears in 1831. [3] The UK does not legally own it and Venezuela wishes to see the 120 year occupation brought to an end [4]. We wish to reclaimed it peacefully and give the locals equal rights of abode under the Venezuelan constitution. If they wish to leave or stay they can according to their free choice.Oxfordshire 1972 14:19, September 28, 2011 (UTC)
