Loose association of republican nations in Europe. Contain both economic and military mutual assistance elements. It was justly described in its beginning as being under the overwhelming control of France but has become based more and more on power sharing as the years went by.

Works are protected by copyrights which simply require sending 2 copies to a national library. The republics have mutual recognition treaties.
