Emirate of Hoolandaa (Pure Arabica)

The Arabs win the Battle of Tours in 732 AD, General Abd-er-Rahman is victorious as Charles Martel the Hammer is killed. The victorious Arabs begin to convert the domains of the Frankish Kingdom to Islam, enlarging their armies as a result of conversion, Muslim armies begin to march, some south to Italy and other armies cross the English channel and the Rhine river.

Arab armies eventually venture into the low countries encountering the Dutch who put up no resistance, due to the liberal attitude of the Dutch. Eventually both Dutch and Arabs learn each others cultures and language. Many Dutch people eventually embrace Islam and eventually create a unique and liberal Dutch Muslim culture, rivaling Al Andalus. Christians and Jews are tolerated and allowed to exercise their religion, though Islam remains the majority as well as the state religion.

Al-Amster and Al-Rotter have harems and though Alcohol is prohibited for Muslims, Non-Muslims are free to consume alcohol. Also Hashish and Opium are sold freely.The major exports of the Emirate of Hoolandaa are cheese,textiles,wool and their world famous non-alcoholic beer.

The Emirate of Hoolandaa has also extended it's dominion through it's overseas territories and caliphates as a result of it's religious zeal and colonial ambitions.It has close ties to Al-Andalus and the Dutch language and culture have acquired an Islamo-Nordic flavor.Mosques and windmills dot the Emirate's landscape.
