Ed Miliband is the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom after the Fourth World War. He was chosen to lead a humiliated United Kingdom after the Allied defeat by the Soviet bloc. Under Miliband, the capital of the UK was transferred to York after London was destroyed in a Soviet nuclear bombing; the cities of Manchester and Birmingham deemed too heavily damaged from the war.
Miliband is considered to be a "puppet" leader of the UK, being heavily influenced by the Soviet military attaché in York to ensure no rebellion occurs in the British Isles.
