The Eastern Hemisphere Union of Middle East States, or the EHU, is a military alliance consisting of several Middle East countries. The EHU is considered to be the successor alliance to the Arab League, being almost identical to the league, except excluding Yemen, and at first included Israel and Turkey. After numerous terrorist attacks and protest, Israel officially left the alliance in 1973. In 1979, Turkey was removed following the second resolution.

Resolution 002 - Pacify Turkey[]

Proposal: Turkey has become an unstable power in the Middle East, faced with corruption, infection, and blasphemy. Over the last few years the nation has Turkey has turned its back to the real objectives of our people, declaring itself supreme over us. Turkey has strengthened ties with the Israelis, and has been heavily corrupted by the west. Drunk with this power Turkey has wasted our resources to unsuccessful power struggles and quagmires in Europe and elsewhere, hoping to appease his western masters. His nation has begun to fall into disorder, as angry citizens crowd the streets, carving out pieces of our once great alliance. I say we end the reign of Turkey once and for all. For our alliance, for all.
Pros: Increased stability. Prosperity
Cons: Long war

Resolution 003 - Choose a Side[]

Proposal:Russia has become a jingoistic nation, bent on conquest. Normally, such warmongering from any nation would not be a threat to the stability of the Middle-East, however, with Russia as a neighbor to the Middle-East, it has been determined that the threat from them is greater than we have ever faced since the Zombie War. An almost-superpower who has the strength to attack the United States all the way across the ocean, and retake most of Eastern Europe is at our doorstep, and will we wait for the Russian Bear to come marching down the Caucasus, tearing apart our families, our cities, and our religion, or will we march forth from the Holy Land, and ensure the safety of all of our nations, their people, and earn the respect of every nation in the world? The time has come for decision, and we must not let apathy be the death of us.

Discussion[]

Russian Federation (I don't know if I'm allowed to do this but here's a message): Our nation has never wanted to start this was, we we're originally attacked by Eastern Europe who has brought the attention of multiple nations including the United States who then attacked us for unjust reasons. Turkey, a nation that has just recently broke a treaty that your nations have signed a treaty a decade and a half ago has just attacked a signatory of that treaty. We are not an aggressive state but are reacting to unjustly attacks that have taken the lives of our citizens and troops. The Middle-East is of no interest to us and will not be invaded for no reason. Our government is self-focused and only prioritizes our people first in a constitutional federal government. We pose no threat to the Middle-East, but urge you do attack Turkey, a nation that has destroyed your holy sites and broke the Treaty of Dubai. Hopefully, your governments will understand this message, and not unjustly attack us for reacting to an invasion force who has unjustly attacked us.

Federation of the Arabian Peninsula/EHU (You are, since these meetings are not secret): We apologize for wrongly accusing your nation of such actions and acting hastily in the confusion that erupted from the quick escalation of the war. The fear mainly stemmed from the Allied propaganda that seems to wrongfully claim that Russia was the aggressor, not the righteous defender. In order to repair relations from this incident, the Federation is prepared to send supplies to Russian soldiers, as well as tanks, artillery, and volunteer soldiers (Like American pilots fighting for Britain without declaring war on Germany), and will deal out a proposal to the EHU to give greater aid to the Russian nation, possibly military assistance. On a side offer, we propose a joint invasion of Turkey, with details to be fleshed out later once WWIII dies down or whenever Russia is able to spare military force to attack Turkey.

Russian Federation: Thank you for understanding our situation, but please do not send in troops or supplies just yet because peace talks are going to be happening soon.

Resolution 004: Repacification and Partioning of Turkey[]

The nation of Turkey, invaded, pacified, and new regime has broken the Treaty of Dubai. They raise armed forces above their predetermined limit, and seek war as if they believe they can take whatever they wish. The faith in their new government has died as provision after provision is broken by the once great and holy Turkey. We must end them before they try to end us. They have broken treaties like Hitler broke the Treaty of Versailles, and they build their military for "their own defense", as Carthage did in defiance of Roman treaties. Their disregard and destruction of Holy Sites, their disregard of our treaty, and their blatant disrespect for the EHU will not stand, and we must not let a blasphemous Turkey continue to act. تركيا ليتم تدميرها (Turcia delenda est, or Turkey is to be destroyed).

Resolution 005: Aid our allies[]

Our ally Russia, from previous agreements and the FA involvement into CSTO, has come under attack by the vile South Africans. The South African people have begun a campaign of belligerance. How long before they grow tired of fighting their neighbors and they move onto our allied Muslim nations? How long must we wait in fear of attack? We must strike with our ally now, we must defend our peoples from future attack. For our children, for our homes, for our future, we must go to war against South Africa. لا تسعى لخلق الأذى، ولكن لوضع حد لها قبل أن تبدأ. (Seek not to create Mischief, but rather, to end it before it begins).

Protection of our Muslim brothers[]

Recently, the Ethiopian's have been taking an interest in Somalia. They've been trying to push and force them into an alliance that Somalia has shown exactly zero interest in joining. Do they believe that they can force our Muslim brothers around? We must jointly send soldiers into Somalia to show that we will protect them against Ethiopian aggression, be it political or militaric. They have already taken Somalian land, and we shall not let them take any more!
